Oh so very pleased with service!!! Traveling from Orlando back home to Oklahoma and water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced. After hearing so many no no no and cant do anything until Monday. They were my last hope and not only could they fit us in but also got done same day. Closed at 4pm but Charles stayed until almost 6:30pm to finish our car. Wylan was amazing finding us an affordable price. Very friendly, punctual, great communication. I am very pleased and if anything happened again and we are passing through. Would deff call them first!!!! Now a days many make you feel like an inconvenience. In no way at any point did I get that vibe. Thank yall very much!!! Thank you so much!!!!

My husband went one time with his car to get an oil change and was charged fully for 5 quarts of synthetic when they never did it or if they did do it they didnt told us there was water in the oil. Same day car broke down and when we checked the oill and there was so much gunk under the cap and around the edges. My husband didnt feel like dealing precision with lies and excuses and took his anger out on the car by junking it. Car drove fine on the way there and the day b4 and after the oil change car started shaking. This happened in 2018

Service was better today but was lied to by wylan the manager about a previous oil change that was supposed to been free on my next visit which wasnt true bc I paid today just like any other day... Price seems to ALWAYS GO UP

I will definitely be making this my home place for oil changes and tuneups. Mainly because of the customer service. Its been a long time since i experienced such good customer service. The receptionist was very knowledgeable of the business and the manager came out and spoke and ask if i had any questions..it was just a good experience from some good ol southern folks. I feel like i can trust them with my car.. They were awesome..

I called at 6pm to see if they did tire patches the blonde hair one told me they loved to do them. I went in and they had and irate customer, however the employee took my information and keys to take my car back. The situation escalated to the police being called and because they closed at 6:30 he lied and told us he could find his tire plugs. Literally wasting our time. He didn’t show an remorse knowing the status of our tire. All he was concerned about is going home. So I will never come to this establishment again

Very good and friendly for a mechanic shop

Terrible! Manager was rude as hell! Also tried to charge me $30 per spark plug (I needed 8 of them) and said he had to make money some kind of way. Note: the spark plugs were 6.99 each from the Autozone next door. Same part number and manufacture. I will never go back to this place even tho the technicians were level headed. The manager is terrible.

I came in when the drivers window would not roll up. Basic experience tells me the window was off track or the motor was broken. I was charged $155 to be told the motor and regulator were bad. Because fixing it was too expensive, I told them to put the window up and Id get quotes on the parts and labor. You should have seen how they put the window up and replaced the panel. The regulator is under the front seat on the carpet,the window is jammed with cardboard, and the panel is covered in oily fingerprints. The door rattles when sitting still and when driving, not just a little, but excessively, as if the parts were thrown back in the door and the panel put on. No exaggeration just because I am frustrated. This was so unprofessional! $155 to jimmy a window up! I would not let them touch it again after seeing what they considered acceptable. First and last experience.

Great management and staff to fix a brake squeaking issue. They are very patient and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Manager is a good leader , Mr. William & George were very helpful!

Excellent customer service through and through. I was able to call receive a quote and get a call back as promised with an estimated time for parts to be delivered. Literally had my car in their shop within the hour and they completed the work in under 3 hours. With only (2) people staffed, and one technician multitasking on phones and working on cars. I was sooooo impressed and extremely satisfied. I apologize for the previous rating since I misunderstood the technicians instructions on where to find the warranty information but so loved their service and I will be back. My alternator repair was awesome and I really appreciate their help!

After coming here for a simple oil change and brakes. I was charged 575$ !! Which is quite a bit of money considering that they caused a major oil leak that they now want to charge $300+ to fix. 0/10 do not recommend.

Drove into their parking lot with a hanging down spare tire under the cargo area of my SUV....caused by failure to secure it properly at another Tire co. across town. One of the employees immediately came out, rolled under the car, and took care of securing the tire , was cheerful, and he and the owner refused to take any payment for saving our day. I took a car that I was wanting to buy and had it inspected here. The man quickly took at it and informed me of where the oil leak was coming from. He went above and beyond typical service.

Had no problems before going. Went and got my oil changed, left then boom my check engine light came on all of a sudden and my car is making a noise it wasnt making before. I was warned to not go here but lesson learned

These folks here always take great care of my car. I have been dealing with them since I got my car in 2015 and although Ive seen a few faces come and go they all do great work and make sure to take car of all the car needs Ive had. I have now convinced my sister and mom to start using them and they also have had nothing but great things to say about the folks. Keep up the great work

My car was doing fine before I got an oil change from here now my car isnt even running it want even stay crunk Never again I done replaced the fuel pump, filter, Back and front spark plugs, mass air flow, alternator and the fuel injector sensor and still not cranking

DO NOT‼️ I repeat‼️ DO NOT‼️ take your car to precision tune in Macon on Mercer drive.The shop so called incompetent manager Wylon is clueless about cars. He nonchalantly gave me the run away for 4days! I took my car in on last Tues to have a simple sensor put on..get to the shop on Wed & my car want start after being told it was ready for pick up.The so called Mechanics shade tree are just as clueless! With the exception of one employee who was HONEST & stated we dont have a clue what happened to your car & we dont know to fix it wow! After speaking with the CLUELESS manager Wylon numerous times its evident that hes really CLUELESS! I wouldnt recommend this shop to work on a POWER WHEEL. My car have been towed(Sat)to another shop to have them PROPERLY diagnose my car & fix with Waylon & his circus of a crew screwed up..oh yeah Wallace stated my shop isnt responsible for the new repair bill..Waylon the devil is a lie‼️ HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ‼️

Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

Came here to get a specific issue fix. Walk away with everything else fix but the issue. However, I do not regret getting those issues fix. I regret coming to them and they not fix ALL issues. So, now I have to go to another mechanic to get my other issues fix. Talk about inconvience! Nevertheless, one thing positive I can say is great customer service. I dont think I will return for huge issues I may have with my car.

I feel a lot better since they hired someone who knows what he’s doing! Feels good to get a part fixed without having to worry about my car having a new code or problem. Also feels good to eliminate the small problems first rather than jump into paying for major parts or having someone guess what’s wrong like the last guy.

I brought my car this past Saturday February 16. I saw the sale posted for synthetic oil for 39.90. the guy took care of us and said with taxes would be for $45. and change. I was ok with that. Next thing. When it was done. This lady with tattoos told me that it was going to be $70.04 I asked why so much. She said my car a toyota highlander takes 6.4 quarts of oil an extra $11.19, canister oil filter $10.00, shop supplies $4.89, $4.06 for the taxes!!! Do the math. I told her its only 5 quarts not 6.4. She kept insisting. I told her it was brought there before and we were charge from the previous $54.11 with no extra oil put in... So how the hell, with the sale, went up to $70.04???!!!????? I told my husband to pay for it with my card. I walked out saying I wont be bringing up my car here no more! For that I take it to the dealer instead! I feel robbed out of my money that I know for sure I didnt have to pay that amount!! I am very pi**ed till this day!I honestly deserve a damn refund!!!Cant find a way to respond to the owner. But I will call tomorrow. Just to let yous know I wasnt charged a few months ago that amount. I was charged $50

Went in to get my power steering pump replaced on my 04 Lincoln LS thinking it was the problem. After the mechanic finished after like 3-4 hours he said it wasnt the problem. It was another part. So that tells me he never checked to see EXACTLY where the leak was coming from before he changed it. In which now Ive wasted money AND time getting something replaced that didnt even need to be touched!! When I left to head to work hours LATE; the leak was wayyyyyyy worser than before. We went back the next morning for him to check it out, and he said he couldnt check it out because he was sick (looking & talking perfectly fine), but yet didnt inform his boss about leaving early. Sounded like some bullcrap to me. He just knew he put my pump on wrong, and didnt want to deal with the outcome. I would NEVER in history do business with their company again!!

On Friday September 8th 2017 My Wife, 5 Children and I had our van break down while evacuating out of Florida from Hurricane Irma. It took 5 hours for them to find and fix our problem. 5 hours of work, a new Caliper, brake lines bled. and 7 happy customers. After everything was said and done, We went to pay for their services and Our tab was paid for. During a time like ours, having to leave our home and not knowing if our home would still be there when we got back; this jester was a blessing. they took very good care of us. The manager even called us first thing Monday to see if we made it to our destination safely. Thanks to them we did,. I want to thank The mechanic and the manager for their hard work and dedication for our families safe trip. if the owner sees this please tell them that our family is in debt to them. They could have taken advantage of our need and charged us an arm and a leg... but they didnt. It is good to know there are good people on this earth. I cant say enough as to how much we appreciate what they did. Thank you again. with more to come.

I visted this location on 08/25/2018 and had a high mileage oil change preformed and drove my car home and parked until this morning. I started my engine and the oil drained out. ALL OF IT!!!! I will be contacting them in the morning because there is no way I can drive my car out of fear of locking the engine or throwing a rod. Smh. How hard is a oil change? Right?!UPDATE: I Decided to go back to this location today after a not so great visit and a manager that was awful the last time I visited and I am glad that I did! The service was great and the new manager was awesome. I was in and out in a reasonable time. They have earned my business back. Great job guys!!!!

I got my oil changed there and they didnt close up my undercarriage cover. I discovered it was hanging open and dragging on the ground if someone else got in the car. The screws were completely missing. You could even tell where the screws had been in place recently. There was a clean circles around the holes.This was totally negligent.

Had me in and out in less than 5 minutes to change a timing belt. Charged me what they quoted over the phone. I was very pleased.

Had a tune UP done.. the small Caucasian guy with his hat turned backwards did my tune up and he let me sit out there and watch him do my tune up though it was pricey $500 pricey Im happy with the work

Precision Tune Auto in Morrisville, NC are the best! After having work done at another location in another state and still having issues after that work, the Lattner Ct. Morrisville, NC team helped me to resolve my issues with my vehicle and contacted the previous location where work was not done but that I was charged for. Highly recommend this team...they helped me to be safe getting back home and worked hard to be sure I was. They bent over backwards to help me and I am most grateful. Thanks Guys! :)

I have always been a fan of the franchise but this location has turned me away forever. They broke my dip stick and then acted as if I was over reacting when I asked them to replace it. He said It still works just use some pliers to pull it out. The dipstick cost like 11 dollars so this is not about money but instead customer service. If you break it fix it. I asked him if it be ok if I broke the store door handle but you could still open the door with gloves and a monkey wrench. I immediately stopped arguing with him and I promised to never return to this location. Macon has some serious catching up to do when it comes to customer service
