If it had a dashboard wipe down service, Id give it 5 stars. The car and tires look awesome after the manager special wash.

The more we go to this place the worser the service gets. They wash one side of your car and send thru the was! Barely suds. Car is halfway wash! Cherry Blossom 🌸 does a better job! I’m taking all of my vehicles over there.

I love the discount car wash days! 🚘🚿 I believe every Wednesday after 4 pm, you can go through for half price! 💰🪙😃 Vaccumes are powerful and free for customers. I experienced the monthly $40 unlimited washes & detailing for a while. I was spoiled. 😳👸🏾 The staff is young but decent.Be sure to sit somewhere near the detail output area so you can spot when they are looking for you to return your keys. 🔑 🗝If youre getting maintenance or interior details done, bring a snack and/or something to entertain yourself. The snacks/drinks are pricey and the TV viewing channels are limited. Overall, I enjoy their services. 🥰

I wish I knew the young girls name that works here. She has seen me and my kids show up faithfully. She finally ran up to me one day and said before you pay, you need to just get a membership. I did. And let me tell you, i have 5 kids so there is no more excuse for a dirty car!! Now Im there almost every day! All the attendants are so nice and pleasant. And I feel safe going there even at dark to vacuum my car. Ask about the membership next time you go! And every Tuesday is a special on washes. And they do have cameras they monitor so you are safe every time you are there.

The car wash on Gray Hwy is a joke!!! Alot of the time is not to work , they dont have enough people outside. There is one girl working there she is so lazy.... she talks more than work.. Half the time they dont wash the back of your car window. They spray 1 side of the car , with saop and sometimes 1 side of the car with water. Before the car go into the car wash. It not good . The joke and they cut up and play too much while supposedly working. And all for heaving a good time at work. But keeping respect you are at work... People are paying you.

I paid for a package and they did perform the service. Though when I got in and looked at my floors that had not vacuumed under some seats and just glancing I could seethat they had not vacuumed around one of my seats at all. The staff is friendly.

Tried two different vacuum hoses. Barely any suction from either of them. Seems the suction has gotten worse and worse over the last year. Might need maintenance.

Wish they had a fast pass only lane. Ridiculous wait time for a carwash

You vacuum your car before you get it cleaned. There are ample spots for clean your car prior to the car wash. We stopped while traveling through and we would stop through again!

First time experience with Fountain Express was good and good Simonizing

$8 is a little steep for a basic wash, especially considering I still have spots on the hood that werent completely clean. Vacuums are usually good, but inconsistent in how well they work. Parking is a little tight, but overall about what youd expect from an express place.

I had to drive through twice, I spoke with the guy Johna, he says he was the manager, they did do the normal for my drive through that i monthly pay... terrible service today!!!!!

Several reasonable options for washes and free vacuum available. Got through quickly. The $10 washed my car sides, tires & windows better than could be expected after it has been sitting under a tree all summer. Those areas came out beautifully clean. The front and rear bumpers, hood, roof and trunk looked pretty mych the same as when I arrived. So there could be better service in terms of getting those areas clean. My car was a hot mess when we arrived so I was surprised to see much improvement and there was a lot! Id go back and get a wash again. Maybe I need to stop parking under that tree! 🤣

Terrible experience today sound 6:30 PM young man that sprays the car, didn’t use the brush to clean the back of the car... seem as though he was upset. I had to go inside to report him the guy I spoke with says he s the manager... He took car of it!!!! Poor service today😡

I love to go there and get the outside of the spotless and shining and its so easy to get to and from, plus if you want you can vacuum your car then go through the Fountain Express Car Wash because its a Express and the prices are reasonable for such a quick great car wash.

They WILL RUN YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION..EVEN AFTER ASKING THEM MULTIPLE TIME NOT TO DO SO.. SO BEWARE!!

Car wash is fine they need better vacuums

First off the vacuum I was using had a hole in it. The attendant called his self fixing it. It still failed to suck up anything. They are poorly made. The wash wasnt much better. My vehicle looks basically the same before I went. Very dissatisfied wont be back no matter the special.

This is actually the only place I take my car to when its time for her twice a month detailing and washing

The carwash itself is good, it is getting out on to gray hwy that can be such a challenge! Reasonable price just wont go here again due to the exit being so difficult to get out!
