Robbie and his crew was so nice and was able to get my car in the very next day, not to mention it was late in the day and on a short notice. He went above and beyond. If our car had to break down on our trip from Chicago to Orlando, I’m SO happy it broke down in Macon! Advance Auto Parts recommended this shop, and we felt at ease the moment we got out of the tow truck. They were so accommodating with our situation. Right away they welcomed us (and our dog), offered us soda, informed us of nearby places to eat and shop, and kept us informed about what was going on with our car every step of the way. The price was very fair and the mechanic went the extra mile to make sure our car was safe for the rest of our trip home. I really wish this shop was located in Orlando so they could be our regular mechanics. Thank you to the entire team for your help!

They are SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem that had been seen twice by other mechanics. It was intermittent and not the main reason I was there so didnt even mention it to them, but they noticed it and fixed it! I never feel like I am being taken advantage of... And you cant beat their prices.

Ive called several times to donate a car. They havent called back in two months. Very disappointing.
