A great place to begin and end your car shopping. Everyone was extra welcoming and polite. When it comes to vehicles I dont think any other dealership in Macon has such a selection. If you want new cars SUVs trucks come here if you want to get a good deal on it. If youre looking for a used vehicle look no further I think most of them are here. Staff very polite, knowledgable and respected my time. No high pressure they allowed me to look around and decide at my own pace. If youre looking for a place to get service for your vehicle theyll have you in and out with money left in your pocket. I would definitely suggest this place to all my friends and family.

Terrible experience. Ordered a GMC Yukon. Was told by the salesperson when we ordered that because we ordered it straight from GM and did not buy it off the lot we would not be charged the approx $12,000 dealer markup. Great, until i go to pick up my Yukon when it arrived. They will take that $12,000 out of your trade allowance. I had with me the J.D.Power NADA value and the Kelly Blue Book pricing report for my specific trade-in (2018 Toyota 4 Runner limited, low mileage, impeccable condition) . Both were within $4000 of each other in value. Hutchinson GMC offered me $11,000 less for my trade in. When i objected and questioned it the sales managers response was, well we didnt charge you the normal dealer mark-up My response was that is unacceptable, then the deal is off please return my 1,000 deposit. They said ok and let me walk out. I walked straight to the Yukon to get my things out of it and they already had somebody out there ready to take pictures of it to put it on the internet/dealer lot. I have bought and sold plenty of cars in my 60 years and this is the worst experience ever. Buyer BEWARE. This dealership is playing a shell game and will tell you one thing and do another.

Tyler and Steven are a great addition to this business. The last time I came in for service it was just fine but now with these two, I have to say it was fantastic. They both worked together to make sure my experience was the best. They offered me a ride, made sure I was up to date on my services and even offered my wife and I something to drink while we waited. They sell your information. I purchased a used Buick Enclave & since my purchase Ive had at least 10 spam calls a week trying 2 sell me a warranty contract or advising my warranty contract, which I dont have is about to expire. I didnt get these calls until I purchased this vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a car here.

The absolute best customer service I’ve had from a GM dealer! Griffin is the man! I was visiting Macon for a competition and had an issue with a check engine light. I first went to another dealer who gave me a couple different answers, needed my truck all day and couldn’t accommodate even tho I had a couple different 2 hr blocks I could come between competition rounds. I saw Hutchinson’s sign, prayed about it, and The Lord sent me in. Griffin got things handled for me so quick and was able to do a code reset covered under warranty to fix this issue! Wish there was GM customer service like this everywhere!

Was on our way to Fort Myers, FL from Madison, WI to move my sister when her car basically fell apart on the way in Macon, GA. The tire looked crooked and we werent quite sure what the issue was, but it was obvious something was very wrong. Since we were out of town and on a strict schedule, we didnt have much choice. We took it to the nearest car place we could find, which happened to be this Buick dealership. We went to the service and explained our situation, and Tyler was kind enough to come and take a look at it right away for us. Him and some other co-workers looked over her car and diagnosed the problem, but since they were a Buick dealership and the car was a Toyota they couldnt order the necessary parts. Tyler explained this to us and advised us to go to the nearest Toyota dealership and pointed us in the right direction. We asked him how much we owed to look at the car and he said nothing. We were simply astounded at the genuine kindness they showed us here. Would definitely recommend.

I found myself in Macon, Georgia for work in the midst of Hurricane Michael. One morning I left my hotel, intent on getting to the jobsite to continue providing critical backup power for the area hospitals. As I approached my field service truck I noticed with a sunken heart that my window was broken and upon further inspection realized that all of my tools had been stolen and my truck door had also been bent whenever the thief pried it open. I was very distressed of course and after filing the police report and notifying my employer I sought out a dealership to repair my vehicle.My truck is a Chevrolet product. I could not find a Chevy dealer close to me to drive with broken windows so when I approached the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and explained my situation, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were happy to fix my vehicle. The staff at Hutchinson went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they source a window for my vehicle and get it installed the next business day but they treated me extremely well. I am from out of state and now just realizing My whole livelihood had just been stolen. The staff at Hutchinson assured me that they would keep my truck locked inside the dealership overnight while they waited for the window to be delivered and they secured a loaner vehicle for me for the time period they had my truck.I was very impressed by all of the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and I would encourage any person to go there for their vehicle needs. I will also be getting my new vehicle there too.Thank you.

They use those gimmick things to get you to come there. All they want to do is pressure you to get a car and then offer you ear pods. I stay too far to come up there for ear pods.

Well I was in a very ugly situation and needed a special part. The parts associate a female was amazing super knowledgeable about the transmission fluid I needed and got it for me quickly. Then we needed a funnel and the service counter gentleman was able to find and and let me use it to fill up the reservoir. Outstanding customer service and I dont own a GMC vehicle. My husband went to the dealership to test drive a Cadillac XT4, we loved the car and the way it felt and drove. The dealer experience left much to be desired. He has a Mercedes, and was test driving a Volvo, Infinity and a Lexus. He got the wow factor with the Cadillac. The sales rep was so-so. We loved the car! Husband goes to Lexus and gets the luxury car dealership experience. Deciding between the two, its Lexus hands down. The Cadillac sales manager never returned his call.

False advertising and deceptive sales tactic winning flyers to get you in the door to try and make a sale. Flyer states winner for $500 prize and when you get there the alternate fine print codes do not match the in store codes so you dont get the money. As soon as you say your not buying a car out the door you go.

Be careful, this place will try to charge you more than the advertised price. Expect to wait over 2 hours for a routine oil change service. Time In 11:47am time out 2:05pm.

A lot of companies claim to have good customer service but let something go wrong and see how they respond. The true test of customer service is a companys ability to respond when routines break down. I had a rather unpleasant experience with a registration problem for a used vehicle purchased there. However, leadership got involved and went above and beyond to address the issue to my complete satisfaction. Kudos to good service and good leadership--something that seems harder and harder to find these days!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased my very first brand new car from Hutchinsons. When I say I was the happiest girl. The salesman Byron James was absolutely incredible. He is very patient, kind and thorough. He works in some of the most difficult situations to see what he can do for you. This salesman goes over, above and beyond to accommodate his customers while they are making a purchase. Purchasing a brand new car is a big decision, and you need someone who will take the time to explain the steps. This office is very clean. The people are friendly. They have refreshments available for you. I just love it! You can go out there anytime to ask questions, and leave well informed. If you are in the market for a new car, go there first!

Later into the day we informed Chris what we liked,which he already knew, that we were walking away from the bank sales person and he worked his magic for us. The service department is the worst i have ever visited. They kept my truck five days and didn’t fix one thing that they said they were going to fix in fact after they worked on my 2018 GMC Sierra supposedly fixing a popping in in the front end they said they had to do an alignment and a month later my tires are completely worn out on the insidei from them doing the alignment. They also supposedly fixed my auto dimmer for my headlights. It hasn’t worked one time since i left. Highly recommend not using or buying from this dealership.

Purchased a used vehicle from hutchinson over a month and a half ago. Still currently have no permanent tag. So I called the tag office in the county and theyve stated the information still is not in the system. I have tried calling multiple times and the only person who is been answering their phone is the operator.

My appointment was for 2 pm I arrived early, I didnt have to wait for salesman. He was ready when I arrived. I came here looking to buy two new vehicles. I was interested in a new truck and my wife a new caddy. I was on the lot looking and never had a salesman approach me or anyone ask if I needed any help. I heard someone yelling over at GM service building and saw the owner in someones face and yelling. He was a angry little guy and was acting out big time. No employer should ever talk to any employee like that. No wonder they have such high turn over. Because of this...I will be taking all of my business elsewhere.

Today I went in to check out a high pitched whining noise from the passenger seat ac. At check in the service agent,Bill, was very polite as he immediately identified the problem and removed the box of Kleenex that had been pushed way up under the seat. I was a bit embarrassed but was very grateful for his professionalism and expertise.

My wife and I Dont recommend neither Hutchinson dealerships a Employee at KIA in red shirt was driving a white 2021 or 2020 Kia Telluride that about ran us over in the parking lot (Wife Me my 2 year old and a Hutchinson Employee) after spinning tires in the parking lot looked to be on a test drive absolutely crazy... This took place near the detail side in the Buick GMC parking lot. If you go here dont let your kids walk around unattended. Gald we didnt cause she probably would have been killed by this crazy idiot!!!!!

I had done some research and knew which truck I wanted, didn’t really expect to find it at one of the closest dealerships to my house. I also did not look forward to going through the hassle of checking everywhere since inventory is constantly being moved around and not always listed online along with the fact that I’ve met a few pushy salesmen through the years. I feel like I was very lucky. One reason was that when I pulled in to Hutchinson, the first person I met was Steve Stokes which began the best experience I’ve had at any dealership in the 22 years that have passed since I purchased my first vehicle. VERY SHADY ADVERTISING. If you get that scratch off flyer in the mail do not believe you are a winner. I scratched off the circles and my numbers matched for a 2020 GMC saying I was a winner. Being very skeptical, I called the number and the lady lied to me several times saying I was the only winner and I had won that truck, all I have to do is come in and claim it. So I drove 25 minutes to find out I did not win the truck and I had been deceived to get me in the door. If you’re thinking about doing business with this place, DON’T.

I normally don’t post, but I had to...I have had the absolute worst experience.. the quality of service is awful. I have taken my vehicle in for routine maintenance and some other repair jobs. If I could begin to list the number of times jobs were incomplete, no call back when my vehicle was ready, parts not properly attached under the hood, and chipped paint. I couldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. A supervisor even tried to act as if he stayed with my vehicle during the entire repair job, so of course that is to suggest that no damage was done... come on, no supervisor does that. They lie about pictures taken before, but then can’t produce any once you question the damage. Poor, poor, poor, quality of service.. don’t waste your time... there is better quality service elsewhere... just trying to save you the headache.

I got a new truck

The service was in no way as great as the first time. I left my car for service Monday morning. My service rep promised she would call me that day to give me info. I waited all day and night. I called twice Tuesday to find out what was going on with my car. Talked to another rep (Jay) who was very helpful. My initial service rep finally called me late Tuesday with no apologies for not informing me sooner. My car was there a week and they refused to give me a loaner. My service rep continued to be delinquent in keeping me up to date and I had to call her every time for updates. I must say that the technicians did a wonderful job with my car and it was finally returned to me sparkling clean. But I was disappointed at the service. I wont be back.

We were able to rent a van at Enterprise and was advised by one of there employees that Hutchinson Auto Mall was down the street and had a Kia Dealership. We were able to get our van there on a hope and a prayer. The dealership was closed. Unfortunately we had no choice but to leave outside their gates and put the key in their drop box and hope they would help us and it wouldn’t be towed by the police. We made it to Orlando, Florida and I called the the next day and spoke with Katelyn. I without having an appointment or knowing how busy they were that week, she assured me they got the vehicle, would look at it and get back to me. While we enjoyed ourselves at Disney I kept in touch with Katelyn and she kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. As many times as I called and bothered her and I know it was a lot, she never wavered in her kindness and professionalism. The following week we got back to Macon, our van was fixed and got us home safely. Just wanted to say thank you for great customer service from Katelyn to the mechanic, manager and whoever else was involved at that dealership.😊👍
