I bought a used car from them, and they said they would have car detailed and front bumper repaired the next day. When I went to pick up car it still was not detailed, and bumper barely secured. So we scheduled a time to bring car back the next morning with all people on the same page, I thought, but when we brought car back we waited for 2 hours and still nothing was done. No sense of urgency or client satisfaction.

Eli Osborn was super professional, went above and beyond to help me out when no other dealer would even try and got me approved for a car I never thought was possible. Great dude would recommend to anybody!

I purchased a used car from Crain. The salesman’s friendliness is the only reason that I didn’t give Crain Ford a one star review. “Cowboy”, the ring leader, arranged for touch ups on a few nicks on the pain. Afterwards they cleaned the car before I picked it up. Of course, they were late with getting things done and I had to wait around about two hours. When I got the car there were no floor mats. Cowboy promised to get me a new set ordered. He said the others were probably discarded since they couldn’t find them. That was the day after the purchase. Two months have passed. I have made multiple contacts to the dealership and to Cowboys cell. I have documented texts to prove contacts. I still have no floor mats. This dealership does not stand behind their word. I would definitely shop somewhere else.

I had a good experience with the service department, fast oil change also. I wish they would have gave me the correct price on the oil change, thats the only reason I didnt give five stars. Not truthful about how much it would be, but the man that did the oil change was great and the man that checked me out was wondering and he explained the price to me.
