We were on a road trip when our car started making a strange sound. We stayed overnight in Little Rock and searched service stations the next day. We found Jetts, and they fit us in their booked schedule. Turned out to be only loose window trim that battered the car frame at high speed. They glued it and sent us on our way. No charge! They were so professional and pleasant. If I lived in Little Rock, thats where I would take my vehicles!

I pass by here every day but have never stopped. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they fixed it very quickly. Theyre very friendly and I definitely recommend!!

Wonderful customer service. Owner is front and center in the day to day operation of the business. I had a weird rattle in my car that the dealership didnt know what was wrong. These folks diagnosed my problem in about 10 minutes and fixed it that same morning. Definitely going back for future maintenance and issues!

Got a quote for $3500 (my car had many issues) at one of the franchised auto shops. Went to Jetts for a second opinion and they called it $2500 and fixed a loose brake pin for free. Later I had them do my steering column and replace the rear brakes; they did it in a day. These guys are great. I just moved out of Little Rock and I miss them already.

I drive a very junky old Saab. It is so beat up that I already plan to drive it to the junkyard whenever the next thing of any consequence goes wrong. I had a very slow leak in one of the tires, the kind that goes from full to flat in 3 or 4 days. I made an appointment and showed up a couple of minutes early. My car was taken in immediately. The leak was found quickly and without removing the tire a plug was inserted. With such a nasty car I must have seemed like a charity case. They wouldnt take any money, just said, We dont charge for stuff like that. So you can bet the next service of any kind I need I will go back to them. Genuinely nice guys.

These guys are great! I have taken my car in to have a couple of things fixed--the last being the alternator. They charge the prices they quote, if not less, and the cost is very reasonable. They are thorough and even let you know if they see any problems that might arise in the future. In my case, they told me I should probably consider getting a couple of new tires within the next month or two. They also do the work in the timeframe they promise, if not sooner. I wouldnt do business with any other service station.

Friendly, helpful bunch of guys here, they are very good so you have to make an appointment for most repair and service. Stop in and check their reasonable prices.

Highly recommend, wonderful experience. Called them and they worked me right in. Found the nail in my tire and patched that for me. While they had my car let me know my headlight was out which I had on my to do list but kind of forgot about. The dealership where I take my car for oil changes told me it was complicated to change headlights in Range Rovers and I would need to make an appt with them for I’m sure $$$. Jett’s had my bulb change in 5mins. They were all super nice and very tolerant of my vocal and curious 3 year old. All of this for maybe 20 mins of my times and under $30!! Will absolutely be back for any needs in the future and recommending them to all my friends.

Really great Local business . Excellent customer service along with outstanding automotive products . Very clean facility with a knowledgeable and consistent staff . I like their ethanol free gas...auto runs better and gets increased mpg when I use it . Closed on weekends...they have some automotive services like oil changes and more.

Back when I owned an old beater I had to come here twice a year to fix various problems. I always got fast service at about 1/3rd the cost of the dealership. They also seem to be very honest and Ive never felt like they did any of the bill padding that some less reputable shops engage in and they have even fixed a few minor problems (like a taillight bulb I installed incorrectly and a busted tire valve) for free. I dont need them as often since I got a new car, but when I do need a shop in Little Rock, I go here.

Completely incompetent about auto repair. My car came out with a dozen new problems after going there that werent there before. Broke my brake lines and then SENT ME HOME with them still broken. Then charged me to fix what was their fault. DO NOT go to these people if you have any real problems with your car. I wouldnt trust them with an oil change.

Friendly people. Capable shop. But did not stick to price agreement. I brought some control arms for them to install some bushings, which should be a straightforward job if you have the equipment, which they did. I asked multiple times and was told it would cost around $60. I showed up the next day and was told the bill was $150. Seeing my frustration he lowered it to $100 which is better. But I still feel ripped off. So they seem to overcharge which is not different from any other auto repair shop Ive been to in Little Rock.

I have not used the garage service yet but they were gracious enough to give me some advice about an EGR valve... I scheduled my tire rotation and oil change a couple days out and started on time, did it quick and were friendly also. My new go-to for car stuff.

Out-freaking-standing service! Over the years I have been looking for an auto service shop to depend on and I can confidently say that I have found it here with Jetts.These guys are honest, organized, timely, friendly, very helpful (with questions and whatnot), dependable, and reasonably priced. Im not going to be putting any of my vehicles in any other shop for the foreseeable future.Basically all you need to do it set up an appointment, they put you on the board, you bring you car in, and within an hour or two theyve got you in, have checked whatever problem you reported, and are giving you a call with the estimate.Ill spare you all the long story but basically these guys could have easily sold me a few things I didnt need that I told them to check out. Of coarse they didnt and I got outta there with a lot lower bill than I was expecting.Highly recommend. Its little wonder theyve made the Best of the Best lists around town. Thanks guys!

Ive been getting my oil changed here for several months. These guys have great service and are fast and honest. I recently had an issue with my jeep making a strange noise. I took it in, and they checked it out for me. They suggested I take it to the dealer because it was still under warranty and could be fixed--didnt charge me. Great place--highly recommended!

I went in with something massive stuck in my tire. not only did these guys repair it, they didnt charge me a dime. then an hour later I called them on behalf of my roommate. her battery was dead and we had no way to jump her off. less than 10 minutes later one of the guys came and got her car started so she could take it down to them to get a new battery. THANKS JETTS!

Took my car there for a misfire on #2 cylinder, was told they couldnt get the computer to hook up and they replaced the spark plugs and thats all they could do, recently just found that only 1 spark plug was replaced and one of the spark plug wires wasnt even connected. Took my car there again when the rear end housing was leaking, was told that the nuts had loosened and they had put Loctite on them and tightened them back up, well its leaking again and there is no signs of Loctite on anything. Spent around $400 dollars of my money here only to have to fix my car on my own.
