These guys are awesome. I spoke to another business about brake replacement before Williams Automotive. I was told a complete replacement was going to cost me at least $800. I called the gentlemen at Williams Automotive and gave me a quote that was a lot more reasonable. They scheduled my appointment for the next available date, which was the next day.The staff was very informative and still quoted me at the same reasonable price from the day before over the phone. They told me how all of my brakes looked and said which ones were still good and which ones werent. Once they confirmed what I wanted, they started the process in getting the work done. They also told me about any local restaurants nearby while I waited.Overall, Ill definitely be returning to this place for all of my vehicle brake maintenance. Very friendly, professional, clean area, and within walking distance of a few restaurants.

They fixed my 2 tie rods, Hub, wheel bearing etc. They did a great job. And Mr. Williams the owner checked my car himself he is great. This will always beMy place when ever I need my car fix. I trust them dearly.

Took my vehicles there for years and early on I was pleased with the service. The last few years I had to take one vehicle back for a failed repair and had other repairs that were doubtful (I felt it was patched so I would eventually have to bring a vehicle back in). I now have new vehicles and will not take them to Williams when I need any kind of service.

Very nice people! Clean place and good work. But Ive never been charged 126$ just to order my tire and put it on a rim before. I had to go ahead and do it because I needed it asap. Sadly, I will travel back to Bryant for future auto care as the place I used to go to only would charge me 90$ for the same service.But still giving 4 stars for the people being so nice.

I went in for new tires and the did a full inspection and found my lower ball joints were about shot. What impressed me a lot was the took pictures and a short video to show me exactly what was in really bad shape and followed up with a call after they texted me. All the people u dealt with were very friendly and polite. I will definitely be using them again

Ive called four times to get quotes on different things and not one call back, finally get a quote and it was gonna cost an arm and a leg for something real simple replacing four sensor that cost 80 bucks to buy them but over 500 to put them on. No way in hell.

For a small town not a very small town attitude you got to show the green to get any service not willing to help or direct you in a place to help you without some money and for anyone who reads my review and disagrees thats all I have experienced every time Ive stopped by for advice or to look at something or ask about bringing my vehicle there, so this was the only opinion I could develop for them and their response to me and my situations... at the times that I have dealt with them they were not helpful they were not informative, and frankly it was obvious they did not care,

Weve know this place for decades. Dennis has always be nice and fair in everything hes done for us. We had to wait for payday to pay and he let us. And he answered the phone after hours to take our payment over the phone and leave the truck out in the parking lot for us to pick up the next day.

We all in the door, and he calls us by name. Most times why we have visited in the past. We are always treated well.When we needed a set of tires. Brian wasnt there, but the ones that helped us were very nice, when I called, and were very helpful with my questions.He was dead right as to what was causing the steering wheel to shimmy, and noise up front. It was a tire coming apart, from when i hit a pot hole on Baseline Rd.Great service. Husband took my van down there, and had a very nice area to sit and wait, with comfortable seating. Time in and out was quick.Satisfied.

Went in on a Friday to get a frontend alignment and 4 tires balanced. They did a great job and at a reasonable price. Cant thank them enough.

Very courteous and professional staff, and reasonable prices. Straightforward on their diagnosis/repair with no shady upsell tactics. Its a good ways out of my way but will definitely be using them for all my major repair needs.

Fair, honest, and good to deal with. They could be a bit faster on getting parts, they could be located better. But really in spite of those two things there is no one I would rather trust with my cars. I tried someplace else just to be closer to the hose. That was a huge mistake.

The people are friendly, although I believe they are quite pricey. I paid three hundred dollars to have two fuses replaced in my car, parts were under 15 dollars.
