I really cannot say enough positive things about my experience! I wasn’t able to get to the dealership early in the day as I would have preferred, and when closing time was near, everyone that was helping me with my purchase stayed late to help me drive off the lot with my new Nissan Rogue that night. My sales person Jonathan Summons was so great! He went above and beyond to help me work with what I had. They gave me a fair trade in value for my old car, and even took time before I left to do a last minute detail……and this was after 10 pm! I didn’t feel any of the normal sales pressure that I’ve gotten from other dealers, and that was greatly appreciated! Again…..5 stars all day long!!!!

My salesman Jonathan Bailey was phenomenal. From start to finish my car buying experience exceeded my expectations and certainly hesitations. Buying a car 3 years back in another state the dealership gave me the run around. My experience at this dealership was superb. Jonathan was persistent, he listened to what I needed, and definitely took time to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my purchase without any pressure. The process was in and out. Terrible, simply terrible. The only redeeming quality this place has is that John Zimmerman works for there. THIS was the ONLY person that even bothered trying to contact me or put me in a vehicle. Jason, Tiffany, Vernon... some frumpy guy with a beard who appeared to be Johns boss. Everyone seemed WAY to busy smoking cigarettes and convalescing around the golf carts out front than trying to sell cars. I literally spent a few days trying to pull answers out of people on questions I had about cars with ZERO replies. I even had my friend try to contact and he got the EXACT same run around. To yalls credit, you were VERY quick to add my name to your emailing list but I was just as quick marking it as spam and blocking it. If anyone should feel the need to contact me about my experience, I would be more than happy to discuss. Ask Tiffany, James, Vernon for my contact information. They all were given it. I dropped my vehicle off early for an oil change service approximately 3:40 pm. I used the online service to schedule my appointment for 4:00 pm. I wasnt notified until 5:51pm that my vehicle was ready for pick up when there was a promised time of 5:00 pm on the invoice and was also informed that you guys close at 6:00 pm. When I finally received my vehicle there was oil hand prints all over the vehicle and it was returned to me in a state much dirtier then when I dropped it off. I feel as if I was not valued as a loyal Nissan customer. My home town Nissan dealer would never return my vehicle to me in such a state. They also would not call me 9 minutes prior to closing to let me know that my vehicle was complete but they got busy and forgot to call. I was going to have my fuel filter service completed at your facility this Friday however seeing the quality of service I have changed my mind.

I highly recommend Mclarty over almost any other dealership. We had James Forrester as our salesman and I was very impressed. He worked with us even though it was a hard situation. My Fiancé needed a car ASAP and as you know in COVID it’s hard to find a nice used car. So we had a 15,000 budget just to find something temporary anyways, so he showed us a 19’ Nissan Versa listed at 16,599. We Kelly blue booked it at 14-16 with the 38,000 miles it had on it. So what was so good is we only put it in her name with a 740 or so credit score BUT she had no way to prove income because she is a private pay nurse and only 1 bank would take us in. But after we sat from about 3pm- 5pm we finally got the price down from 411 per month to 297..... I DONT KNOW HOW. But we got that Even with no proof of income (she has a good job) but no proof but she had a good Credit. $14,000 is what we paid for the car before sales tax and warranty. We came out to 15,000 after GAP and warranty and tax were added and also after a 2,000 down. Pleaseee try James if you’d had bad luck in the past!

Matt was OUTSTANDING!!!Sales manager did a fair job.My 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite has a major windshield crack in the lower middle that was NOT taken care of. After trying to wipe off what appeared to be an external outside smudge on the middle, right in front of drivers view, windshield it turns out to be the begging of another windshield crack. Now, in the very near future those will require repair service or total windshield replacement. I asked about them, but was told that was the it was & that windshield replacements are way backlogged. They did NOT offer to offset my cost on the windshield. Also, the Van did not have the 2nd remote key immediately available. It might be at the Nissan of North Little Rock... i will not know for at least another 2-3 days. However, i was guaranteed by Matt that if original key fob is not found, they would pay for a new one to be made. Also, did not know in advance about having to make the first 3 payments with their finance/lender bank before refinancing to my own bank for more than a 1.3% better rate. Given all the above, i would still recommend this dealership for their entire staff was extremely accommodating, gentle & professional.I only wish they would have offered to make me whole on that windshield by picking up the repair costs or the full deductible of insurance replacement.

Renee is a very exceptional service technician! She is clear about expectations, knows how to talk to customers, and goes the extra mile. I always get my Rogue serviced at a dealership. So when moving from VA to AR I found McLarty. Renees demeanor, voice, and helpfulness making coming back to McLarty a pleasure. She goes the extra mile for her customers as she helped me figure out how to get the tire jack placed correctly into my car. I just could not figure it out, I called Renee, she said bring it over we can help. Not only did she help, but also helped to remove the boxes from the car. She is an outstanding person and thats why I always ask for her.

Today, Sept 6th, 2021 Labor Day, I woke up this morning and found out that my tires were low due to the temperature change last night. I called McLarty BMW to see if someone could put some air in my tires because I had to leave out of town. They told me they only people that were there were sales, not service. They told me to try around locally to see if someone would be able to help. Well...I went across the street to McLarty Nissan. I was greeted by Jonathan Summons. He was very helpful. He doesnt work in service, but sales. He happily put air in my tires. Because of his outgoing customer services I am now considering buying from McLarty Nissan.-Ashley

Michelle in the service dept…Michelle is great! She is friendly and works diligently and efficiently. She was able to work me into the schedule with short notice. While I talked to her on the phone, she went out twice to ask about working me into the schedule. I happened to be off today and I was reluctant to schedule another day because of work conflicts. Saturdays are unavailable because the electric vehicle technician is not available on Saturday.... anyway, she got me scheduled today and the work was finished in short order.I made contact again with my sales consultant, Jonathan Summons - another great McLarty associate! He is personable and gentleman. He is easy to work with… Has quite a memory - he still remembers my name after 2 years. I recall that he helped us in any way he could, including having our car delivered to our house. If I could, I would buy more cars through him - I have all the cars I need. I’ll call him for my next one.

I came in for an oil change and a new cabin air filter. I also agreed to a new air filter if needed. 4 hours, $165, and a splitting headache later I was finally out the door. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you need just an oil change for your Nissan. You could definitely get that quicker somewhere else.What also bugs me is that they offered no apologies or explanation for how long it took them. Things happen, I understand... If they didn’t have my parts in stock and had to order them or something they should have let me know that it would take half my day to get an oil change.

I brought my car in for a checkup to sell to another individual, and the dealership was so helpful in my entire transaction with nothing to gain from it. Matthew Todd is the best car sales person I have met. I would give 5 stars for him. He is transparent and gained my trust in few interactions. But the title / registration team is super lazy. They have no clue when it comes to out of state title registration (minus -3) . If you planning to register out of AR after purchasing your vehicle here, you better think twice.

Could not get calls back for updates on my car, mclarty locks all there doors on there cars but doesnt lock there customer doors and my car got broke in all my valuable stolen, and waited and waited on Rick who was on the phone and couldnt get to me after waiting 20 minutes, only for them to call and tell me to make a police report and file it on my insurance. Its acceptable to me.

Damaged my vehicle when left with the shop. They clearly hit my car with something and took the paint off down to the metal. I keep my car in very good condition and recently had the dings fixed and a new paint job. My guess is that they just don’t take care around any vehicle that isn’t a recent model. They are in the business of selling cars. They get two stars only because they completed the routine maintenance for which I brought it in.

I want to brag on Mclarty Nissan, they always have impeccable service, they are courteous, I have bought 5 vehicles from them as well as sent family and friends to them. They never disappoint and I will continue to refer and try to use them with every purpose make in the future. I always use Heather at the north Little Rock store and she always does her best to help me with everything.
