My wife and I bought a used Outback back in February. When we purchased the car it only came with two sets of keys. At the time I asked the salesman if he could locate the remote start fob and key. He stated he did not know if the key was available.Fast forward 7 months later we got the remote start and extra key in the mail.Nobody in the local car business can do things like this and go way way way above and beyond like Little Rock Subaru. We will be making this top shelf dealer our go to place for all our automobile needs. Great place to do business. Thank you Subaru of Little Rock.

I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Subaru of Little Rock. It was a casual, no pressure experience. This was my first time to buy a car and Corey H. was beyond helpful. I was able to test drive several cars, and ask countless questions. I ended up getting home and realizing there was a major scratch that wasn’t there at the time of purchase. However, the manager, Bryan, worked with us to get it fixed. Highly recommend anyone buy a car here!

Great service and a great place to buy a new car! Ive been working with this dealership for the past three years and the staff have always been great and helpful. My 2019 Forrester even gets a wash whenever its serviced and they usually have a loaner available if I need one. Ill be buying my next Subaru from here as well!

After a LONG time of trying to find a car after this pandemic, we found what we wanted at this dealership. We agreed to purchase it at the website price plus the BS $129 because-we-can fee. The vehicle needed work to the rear end and was in the shop being fixed. I offered to stop and place a deposit to which the GM said no need. We were notified today that the car was sold to someone else. From the GM... were so sorry. No you arent.It is my opinion you should avoid this lot. It is my opinion that you not trust them. It is my opinion that as used car dealers go, theyre typical.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A CAR DEALERSHIP. Stephen Lindsey was very knowledgeable and helpful.. Although he is definitely a Subaru kind of guy, listened to me and what I was looking for. He didnt try to persuade me into going a different route.. He was very friendly and amicable.. He kept me informed throughout the whole buying process, never left me wondering or guessing. Subaru of Little Rock is well stocked with inventory. They have a full staff just waiting to serve you.. Everyone we met was very friendly. The waiting areas are comfortable. They offer you snacks and beverages while you wait. BUT the whole process didnt take very long at all. Ive been to a dealership where buying a car was an all day event. Not at Subaru of Little Rock. They are thorough and efficient. And the finance guy (Ill try to update his name later) was also GREAT. He explained everything thoroughly and didnt try to sell me on extra stuff that I didnt need. He was also super friendly. Wonderful experience buying here. If you are interested in buying here ask for Chad. I have have been to alot of dealerships but never one like this. From buying to maintaining a vehicle they are hands down the best. I highly recommend shopping here. Also they are pet friendly. Bring your dog along and share the love. Awesome room for children also. They can color and play while you get your oil changed.

Purchased a used car about a month ago had a great sales experience. Unfortunately the vehicle I purchased the heated and cooled seat on the driver side does not work I was promised it would be taken care as part of the deal.but I haven’t been able to get a hold of the service department to get an appointment scheduled. I’ve been trying for over a week my call always end back up at the receptionist desk and sent again and againUpdate after a bad review we received a call from there GM who got us taken care of. Everything about sales was great. Service on the other hand was still awful but I fixed review to reflect sales

I found a vehicle that I wanted on CarGurus.com, and the car was located at Subaru of Little Rock... Chris Ferguson assisted me with a trade estimate through phone calls and text. This was during the snow event we had, and I couldnt drive to the dealership that minute.The website estimated my trade-ins value at $23,000. He appraised my car at $17,000 (I provided my VIN, and explained that it had every available option, and was in like new condition).I countered the initial low estimate with a screenshot of the estimate from the CarGurus website, and Mr Ferguson never replied to the message or called.Im obviously disappointed in the lack of customer service

We had a GREAT experience with Taylor H. Put the poor guy through the ringer with all the questions and indecision over our week-long decision-making process. He was so patient and helpful through the whole thing. He was able to answer (or find the answer) to all of our questions. He didnt pressure us at all and I felt at ease with the process. He was great to work with. If youre in the market for a new Ruby, ask for Taylor H.!I would also like to give a shout out to Blake. We had to wait quite some time to get into the finance office once we finally made up our minds, however, once we were in, Blake was so quick and very, very helpful! We had a superb experience at Subaru of Little Rock. Our salesman Ramun is personable, professional, and relaxed. He knows he has an excellent product and his primary interest is making sure you’re in the vehicle that suits you the best. He’s knowledgeable about his work and the features of his product. Our finance director Scotty was also adroit and friendly, and expedited our financing process for us. He patiently answered all of my questions and was superbly professional. The general manager Mike is friendly and leads a consummately professional and effective dealership. It’s not often I can positively review a car dealership, but I would buy all my vehicles here in the future.

Just want to shout out to our sales person, Patrick Tibbitts. My wife really liked a couple of cars we drove, and was undecided for some time on which vehicle she would like to purchase. Patrick gave us the time and space to look at vehicles, was never once even remotely pushy, and was thoroughly patient while we came to a decision. Sales staff is wonderful. I came in for a specific program car that I found on line, they handled it quickly and easily, walked me through all processes. Ive called about a few things about the car that I didnt understand and the service people were extremely helpful. The only issue is that it has been 6 months since I purchased this vehicle and the title has still not been sent to the state for clearance. Ive made my third phone call on this issue this morning, so hope it gets corrected soon.....

Originally 3 stars. However they have corrected the major complaint.James did a good job at showing us vehicles we were interested in and letting us test drive them. He was very patient and relatable.We purchased a crosstrek with the written agreement that specific body work would be done. We came back to pick up the car and anyone could have seen that the body work was not done and it was a very weak attempt at masking it. This was a our major complaint. Brian the manager came out and with no argument said it would be taken care of the right way.Will Jennings helped when the other two were not available and worked with James to get me a loner and make sure I was updated.When we picked up our car at last we were very satisfied. Will helped settle everything and James made sure the car was ready to go. I am grateful the three of them were able to help us get this car. Subaru is a great car!

Went in and spoke with Bo. I really like(d) him. He was super chill, not pushy, spoke to me instead of the guy with me because it was my deal. Things didnt work out, I didnt get the car. No biggie. I wasnt upset at all. I had asked them only to run my credit through Cap One as that is who I am financed with already and had a pre-approval for a car loan. They ran it through Cap One but they also ran it through Ally, Exeter and Subaru. Of course I find this out after the fact. I went home and received a call from Subaru financing asking a couple of minor questions, this is when I find out about it being ran through them. After the phone call I call Bo and let him know. Cool, light at the end of the tunnel he says. I dont get my hopes up, still whatever, and I send him all the things he asks for about my financials. This is Saturday. Monday I get some emails and text from Bo asking for the same pay information saying they are still working on it and that the manager is on the phone with finance because he knows I am in a time crunch with family coming in. Cool. It is now Tuesday at 2:09 p.m. as I write this and the last communication I had with anyone was at 3:42 p.m Monday. Also, why is the guy that was with me, boyfriend or not, texting me telling me what Bo needs from me about my financials? We did not present ourselves as husband and wife. We did not sign any paper work together, he is not on my credit app. In fact my roommate is on my credit app but they never contacted him. So almost 24 hours later and I have still not heard anything and they ran my credit 3 more times (that I am aware of) more than they verbally agreed to. Not a way to run a business. Again, not upset about the car thing, I am upset because they didnt listen, openly lied and lack of communication. DO BETTER by the next person.

Me and my wife traveled to Subaru of LittleRock an hour and a half. We had a good experience on the lot after originally looking at new Bronco at a different dealer we decided we liked the Forester sport. We drove a few and decided to think about it for a couple days before making a decision. We made several attempts to call Chris Ferguson the salesman we dealt with. After not having any success. We decided to try online. I spoke with an internet sales manager. He was not very helpful and quite frankly acted like he didn’t want my money. He said he would call me back that’s been two weeks and still no call. This dealer does not respect or appreciate customers! Do not go here! It’s worth the drive to go to Adventure Subaru in Fayetteville. We personally bought a different brand in LittleRock.

Efficiently diagnosed an unexpected noise from my new Forester. Part ordered and service completed in expediated time. Happy with all around service. Lounges, lobby, and outside areas were all large enough to keep me socially distanced. Staff all wore masks that made me feel they were taking steps for customer safety. Subaru of LR is fantastic! The customer service is unlike anything Ive ever experienced before. Richard Wade assisted me in picking out a vehicle, but Corey Haydar really sealed the deal for me when I came back to sign all the paperwork. I have never met a salesperson as genuinely interested in their customers as he is, and when I asked for some Subaru merch (I wanted a keychain), he immediately found me one. I felt very appreciated, welcome, and important when speaking with him. I would recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking for a vehicle. Mike Wilson and Will Jennings worked hard to get me a deal that fit my budget, and Scott Crosthwait was extremely easy to work with and very upfront about the financing and the options that were available to me. I am a staunch Honda buyer, and these folks had a great CR-V on their lot, which Dylan took the time to email me about and was a fabulous salesman. Wife and I purchased a new Crosstrek from them. We live in NWA, but were much more pleased with the service at Subaru of LR than our local Subaru dealership where we had bought our previous vehicle. We knew what we wanted, and our salesman Alex and the manager were able to work with us to get the Crosstrek we wanted at the price we wanted (Entirely over the phone and texting). They were very transparent and straightforward and delivered the car to us 3 hours away same day free of charge. If you live in NWA and want a Subaru, make sure to check out their prices. We paid less money for the same car and had it delivered same day. We can still get it serviced locally for the first 2 years free, so no loss there.

My husband and I went to the dealership looking to trade in our cars for something more sensible and reliable. We showed up to trade in my car and the process was AMAZINGLY smooth! Chris was so kind, patient and willing to take our preferences and priorities into account every step of the way along with working hard to get us the best deal possible! They gave us our space to discuss things and were very prompt with information that we inquired about. We felt this way from inquiry process (via text) all the way to the finance portion of the deal. All of the employees made themselves available for any questions and displayed transparency throughout the entire process. Our experience was so wonderful that we went back and bought my husband a car 3 days later!

We live locally and contacted this dealership about a Forester in Dec 19. The salesman that picked up our lead was textbook. We were told that they had 3 cars available. We went in on a Saturday (for the sake of work schedules) and waited for 30+ minutes on him to come up front and meet with us. Finally, The lady at the front desk was able to get another salesman to help us. While there were 3 vehicles available... none of them had been inspected and there were no techs available to perform the inspections until Monday. We left.We were able to return and test drive one of the 3 vehicles on a weekday. But that was after 3-4 back and forth phone calls where we were told the car(s) were available and then told they werent, etc.We happened to be out of state over Christmas and stopped at a dealership owned by Mr. Fletcher. We were able to purchase my car, no fuss/no muss entirely via phone,/text/email AND received lifetime power train warranty. This dealership offers a service package.

As a former Ford driver I must say its difficult to put into words my satisfaction with Subaru. Genuinely great vehicles.My only concern is with the difference in cruise control highway driving. But that alone will never get me out of our Subaru.
