We got my engagement ring form this location and I cant say enough GREAT things about them! The staff is very detailed and found the perfect style. They are so kind and welcoming! Will definitely shop here more and recommend them to everyone!

I bought my fiances engagement ring here. Service was excellent. Monica did an outstanding job, helping me work through the different choices over several visits to pick out the ring.

I worked with the salesperson to create my wifes engagement ring here. I expressed that I did not want to just buy a ring, I wanted to make something unique for her and the salesperson worked with me for multiple hours over multiple sessions to get it right. It turned out perfect, see pictures for image.Later after my experience there, my wife went there to create my ring, which they also did a wonderful job on.They gave us both great deals on quality stones for the creation of the rings. I did shop around and neither Borsheims or Malashocks even came close. I will drive there for any big jewelry purchases in the future, despite it now being an hour away from where I live.

Staff are incredibly uppity. If you didnt purchase something from them, such as a watch, they have no interest in looking at it. Im not sure why they even staff a jeweler if he isnt going to do jeweler things. Will not return.
