I love Doug and Mary and Gracie. Doug is a whiz with sizing rings and I wouldnt trust anyone else to size my grandmothers 1932 class ring from a size 5 to a 9.5. It fits beautifully and he does quality work on all my other pieces. Mary is so warm and welcoming - customer service is her middle name. She really knows her stuff too, and I love talking shop with her. Gracie? Shes in it for the belly rubs :)

They will tell you if something is not worth fixing and not try to string you along. Their merchandise is always of genuinely excellent quality and Ive never been disappointed. When my diamond fell out of my wedding ring and chipped the mall jewelry store where we bought it said it could not be fixed because the diamond was chipped and that my only option was to trade my set in for a bigger, better set. I did not want to lose my set and I did not want a new set, I wanted the set my husband put on my finger 16 years ago.So... my husband took the ring to Gold Smith Jewelers. They were able to put my diamond on to a new head and fixed my ring in less than 2 days. Im so pleased with it and so pleased that I can continue to wear my set. Thank you! Also, my husband said they were friendly and helpful and our two boys loved petting the dog and playing with the toys. Great experience all around!! Thank you!

Gold Smith Jewelers does excellent work! They are so knowledgeable about what they do. They have repaired and fixed my fine jewelry (...I took my rings here after being dissatisfied with the work at a large, popular engagement ring superstore in town...) and also replaced watch batteries for me. Reasonable prices and honest answers!

Doug and Mary helped us create a wedding design from a family heirloom ring. They both felt the importance of this ring and offered great suggestions based off our ideas. Just returned home from Gold Smiths Jewelers after a very delightful experience. Arrived at their door as owners were closing up on Im sure a full tiring Saturday. Response was not what I would have expected. What can I help you with? My son needed some links taken out on a watch for his small wrist. Come on in, Ill see what I can do. Fixed for us in a short time and with smiles on everyone! First time there, we will be back again for sure.

Doug was able to repair watch that other jewelers had said they couldnt repair. So we brought in another watch that needed some work that a different jeweler had said couldnt be fixed and he made the repairs needed. He has excellent workmanship. We will be using Gold Smith whenever we have any future needs. I highly recommend this business!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was in to have an inexpensive ring repaired. I also asked if the gentleman could help me identify the stones of some other pieces I had. I felt as though I was an intrusion and very awkward. Upon picking up my ring, again I felt very uncomfortable with comments about my photo i.d. and the condition of my debit card. Needless to say, I will not return, nor would I recommend Gold Smith. Perhaps the service would be better if I were shopping for an expensive diamond ring?

Both owners have helped repair several pieces and have me create a beautiful ring and necklace. Doug and Mary take the time to listen and understand individual needs of the customer.
