I went to a few different shops around town and found that the staff of Michael Tish were extremely helpful, hands down, the best customer service around. I went into the store with a general idea of what kind of engagement ring to buy and they were able to lay out several great options. They were extremely responsive to all questions and concerns, very quick to respond to texts and phone calls, and were able to help me get an engagement ring put together on short notice so I could propose on a holiday.

Purchased a necklace and was very poor quality.

We stopped in there to try and buy an engagement ring. While we were in the store the staff were only moderately helpful. We basically did all the looking on our own, and once we found a ring we liked they didnt show us pricing options on the ring nor diamonds. Claimed to be super busy even though we were the only ones inside the store. The guy said he would call us later with pricing, so we left. A few days went by with no call from the store, so we called and left several messages. Cue a week later, we only got one pricing option from the guy, and we asked for additional. He said he would call us back later with more pricing options. Oh he called alright. One month later. Skip these guys and just go to AT Thomas.

Very unprofessional. They can not get an appraisal right, copying and pasting the wrong information into a old document and not bothering to update the information. I would not trust them with anything.

Very scandalous company

I was given a necklace from Michael Tish Jewelers and the chain was twisted. I took it in and it was replaced with no problem. Their store is small, cozy and pleasantly decorated. You are greeted with a smile, and they will answer any questions you may have. The staff is willing to help you and show you what youre interested in, and will not pressure you to make a decision until you say youre ready. I would recommend Michael Tish Jewelers for the quality of their merchandise, the pleasant atmosphere and a great staff.

Mike and Mary and their adult kids are the kindest, most honest people. Been doing business with Mike since 1996 and wouldnt go anywhere else. Even from 1999-2005 when we lived in Wyoming, any jewelry buying was done on our trips back home or ordering over the phone. Dont need to go anywhere else folks.

Amazing craftsmanship! My husband and I bought our wedding rings elsewhere and after 5 years we wanted to make some changes. We went back to where we purchased my ring and after much confusion and poor communication we decided to seek a second opinion. We came to Michael Tish Jeweler with our rings, they gave us timely estimates on what we wanted done, and the work was also done quickly! My wedding ring had been catching on EVERYTHING, the original jeweler said it was fine. The folks at Tish fixed it!!!! Im no longer afraid of loosing my diamond! It doesnt catch on ANYTHING now!!! And they were MUCH more affordable than the original jeweler! Highly recommend Michael Tish Jewelers!!!

I have been a customer of the owners for at least 30 years and have always appreciated their friendliness and expertise. They always take care of me and have a knack for designing pieces. I have also sold some of my old gold pieces and compared their prices with other places. They were far more generous than anyone else in their payout and didnt destroy my piece of jewelry in order to test it. I would highly recommend doing your jewelry shopping at Michael/Tish Jewelers!!

The service that was provided to my boyfriend and me at Michael Tish was extremely disappointing. We were initially very excited to work with their team after finding a setting for an engagement ring that we absolutely loved. We were looking for a diamond that is not commonly found in jewelry stores in the midwest, but were assured multiple times that they would be able to find this for us and that they wanted to help us find the perfect stone.However, Stephen continually failed to give us answers as to what was happening throughout the entire time that we worked with him. We called multiple times hoping for answers in the last month and a half, only to be consistently put off with promises of a returned phone call that would never come. We would have been completely understanding if they had been honest and communicated with us about any hang ups that they encountered, but instead felt that they avoided us in the hopes that we would just go away. Their treatment of us made us feel as though our business was not important to them and we were very disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism that we received.

I took my mothers wedding set in that hadnt been cleaned or serviced in 40 plus years. Tish was honest and direct about what needed to be done and what it would cost me. There were no hidden charges, I got it back in the timeframe estimated, and I was extremely pleased with the results - all bright and shiny. I also purchased a new Tungsten wedding band for my husband. I was happy with the service, it fit him beautifully and he loves it!

We thought that Michael was very good and worked with us to provide us a great deal on the wedding ring. We did not like Tish quite as much. Tish seemed more of the sales person, we appreciated that she didnt constantly try to sell us something we couldnt afford like Nebraska Diamond did... but she did things like try to sell us P4 as an wedding band but not telling us P4 is about 80 percent sterling silver and then the next time my fiance just came in by herself and she told her that you dont want P4 as an wedding band. Just stuff like that... But Michael was pretty great!Prices were good and they had a decent selection. I would recommend this place as well as AT Thomas Jewelers, both had a great amount of selection as well as prices and they both back their products.
