Our 1987 air conditioner gave out with 95° heat wave. Had Daves replace our whole heating and air system. Beat others by far in price. They brought out a temporary central air and had it installed in an hour, for us to use for a couple weeks until the new system could be installed. Who does that? Laid down runners so as not to track on our carpet. Very clean, professional, and very nice people. No pressure. I would give them 10 stars.

Dave is a wonderfully responsive and kind professional who came out on a brutally cold Super Bowl Sunday to look at our broken furnace. I was impressed by the fact that he answers his own phone and does his own schedule. He arrived within a few hours of the call and identified the issue quickly. Since it was a Sunday after 5pm he had to wait to get a motor on Monday but we had it installed midday even though he had to have an employee go to Omaha to pick up the motor. We are so grateful for the professional and efficient service over the weekend during a two week cold snap that will be causing furnaces to fail all across the city. Its 2 am on a Sunday with negative temps outside. After watching too many episodes of something on the streaming device, decided to go to bed. Our air conditioning went out, of course, when we turned it on getting ready for the 90 degree temperatures! I called right away Monday morning explaining our problem. They had someone out to look at it right away, giving us options. We chose to replace our 25 year old air conditioning unit and 42 year old furnace, getting both new at the same time. (We knew we were going to have to do this for several years; we were just waiting for one to go out!) Jerry and two guys came out a few days later to install both units! They were so very polite, courteous, and considerate as they installed and made sure everything worked perfectly before they left! Dave did some A/C repair at my house a couple of years ago, and late I hired Dave to install a whole-home humidifier. He did an outstanding job, and now two years later the humidifier is still working just fine, no electrical issues, no leaks where it connects to the pipes, no issues. Dave is amazing! Hes very friendly and takes time to explain each system, what hes doing, and what to watch out for. During the summer, we had a leak that I thought was connected to the AC system. When I called Dave, he made time the same day to come over and take a look. Dave was very personable, courteous (wore slippers over his shoes when he came in the house) and quick. I didnt feel Dave was trying to suck money out of my pockets when he came to fill my coolant. I will call him again if I have anymore trouble (my system is at least 20 years old) but Dave seems to feel it will be good for a few more.

My air conditioner stopped working on 98-degree Monday. I called 3 places before Daves, and they all said itd take at least a week to come to my house. I called Daves, and they were at my house the next day. The technician was honest and gave me a couple options, explaining that Option A would save me ~$200.The next day, my AC stopped again, so I called Daves again. They came out and found a wire had been clipped my the AC fan. They repaired it without charging. I will definitely choose Daves for future issues.

We had a furnace breakdown on a chilly Saturday morning and definitely felt worried how we could survive from the cold. As a DIY person, I read all the instruction and fixed what I could have done. I decided to call Dave based on the reviews I read, and I was not disappointed. He was able to get to my ac right away and knew what was wrong just from hearing it. The bearings were bad and the motor needed replaced. He had the part with him and had it in before I knew it. When I asked if he would change the furnace filter as well since its in the attic and I dont have a ladder, he didnt have a filter my size, but he ran out and got one came back and put it in. I cant tell you what a relief it is to have all that taken care of. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and the service was so reasonable. Our heating broke down during the ice storm. we had to sleep overnight in a freezing house with our baby because non of the other local companies (John Henrys and Bills) were willing to drive on icy roads. after a hectic night of burning candles and huddling for warmth, we called Daves in the morning. Dave came himself right away, fixed our heater in 20 minutes and the bill was lower than other companies. Hes a very pleasant guy. We wont be calling anyone else to fix our AC/heater other than Dave.

Excellent service from Daves heating and air. I called in the morning and Kevin showed up in the afternoon and found the problem immediately. Very friendly service as well I would highly recommend this business for heating and air services.
