Considering nothing was really wrong, it was plenty pricey ($99+$99) -- to give it a check and reconditon certain aspects, the most important of which was a cleaning (also pulling out old misfitting filters jammed inside the filter space on the furnace, corrected me on filter size).It dawns on me that I thought the deal wiith Home Depot included an annual inspection. Dont recall any. I will check with them.The service man was fine. Courteous, personable, knowledgeable and willing to give me my moneys worth within corporate restrictions.On other appliances, Todds has come out a few times to flip a reset switch or something minimal and charged nothing, so I swear by Todds. As a senior on a fixed income, I may look around the next time I need service.

Technician was very knowledgeable and diligent, worked hard to diagnose and solve my AC problem. He was very respectful and it was a pleasure to have him in my home. Will definately rely on Harley’s next time.

We have used Harleys for many, many years for all of our heating and air needs. I have the guys come out twice a year to perform system checks and make sure everything is working properly. The techs that come out always show respect for our home and are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are ready and willing to answer any questions I have about any work required. The quality of their work is great and prices are very reasonable. They always discuss options available so the customer can make an informed decision.

Our outside until stopped running but the inside unit was still running and it was 87° in our house and the thermostat was set at 68°. It was going to be hot all week and we have 6 kids ages 6 and under so having ac a necessity. I called the company who serviced the ac before we bought our house a year ago. They couldnt come for a few days. I called around and no one could come within a few days. I called Harleys and they were literally like 5 minutes away. This was also after 7pm in the evening. The technician, which I did not have his name because my husband was outside when he arrived had our problem diagnosed and started working to fix the problem. We were so low on freon it had shut off our outside unit. Price wasdwas very reasonable as we. I will be using them from now on. I would recommend them as well.

Harleys heating and cooling staff assisted me in a time of crisis when my complete heating and cooling system had a catastrophic failure resulting in the need to have it replaced completely at the least opportunistic time. The assistance in getting the financing worked out and selecting the best priced and yet correct system for my home was instrumental in providing be piece of mind that my home would be cooled and heated reliably. Definitely the right company to use in this situation. There installation staff are very professional and proficient, they where able to install a complete heating and cooling system in one day, which required so reworking of duct work and ventilation in a home that is 120 years old, and not originally designed for such a system.They will be who i recommend you call.Once again excellence service, chevkedceverytbjng and advised things to improve performance and address my concerns over humidity levels. I have plan oil to keep my system running for years to come

Really fantastic service with Harley’s Heating & A/C.Eric was here today and cleaned our vents. Our house hasn’t had a vent cleaning ever before so they really got lots out of them. They even cleaned out our dryer and they were so thorough in all aspect of their service. Excellent!!

Brian was notified today at 4 P.M. by your staff that I had a furnace blower that needed replacement. He showed at approximately 6 P.M. on a Friday. I returned from vacation on sun pm to find my a/c was out. I contacted Harley’s on mon am for a diagnostic; they came out Tuesday afternoon and told me I needed a new unit. The owner came & met with me Tuesday pm to go replacement options & costs. We’d my new a/c unit was installed by very nice and knowledgeable employees-especially enjoyed working with Eric. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing assistance.

I just had Harleys install 2 additional heating vents in my basement so we dont freeze to death down there this winter. What a change. You couldnt tell they havent always been there. Price was very fair and only took and hour. Special thanks to Eric. So professional!

Went the air conditioner gave me trouble, Harley’s came out fixed and no charge since it was a manufactured defect. Harley’s don’t track in your home, respectable and kind to the heart.When I move to Lincoln NE I called Harley’s for new heating and air, I enjoy working with Harley’s. The treat people better than family. I had an issue with my townhouse, I talked with Harley’s since I didn’t know who to call. I absolutely love the staff at Harleys Heating & Air! They are all very helpful and truly care. Our dryer wasnt completely drying our clothes. The appliance dealer suggested that we have our dryer vent cleaned. I called Harleys and Rick suggested that we have our duct vent to the dryer cleaned. The technicians were on time, very personal. They ended up taking out FIVE gallons of lint. Potential fire hazard. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely be calling them again and suggesting them to my friends!

I’ve had a service contract with Harley’s for 5 years now. They are always prompt & thorough, & when my furnace blower motor died while I was out of town, they worked with my son to get it fixed on a freezing cold weekend with a very reasonable repair cost. They are the best!

Harleys heating and air conditioning has been fair and honest in their dealings with us for the last 20 years. They have help correct contractor errors on both homes we have owned here in Lincoln. They recently upgraded/replaced 3 heat pumps. I have complete confidence in them.

Ive used Harleys for a few years with their yearly service agreement where you pay for both inspections (ac and heater) at one time and then if there are issues throughout the year the service calls are free and you just have to pay for parts. I called this past Friday night at 10pm when I tried to start my heater for the first time this fall and it wasnt working. They were out Saturday morning by 9:30am to get it going at no extra cost! Knowledgeable, professional, reasonable.....I love Harleys!!!

I had my ducts cleaned at my house, Justin was my technician he was extremely friendly and efficient. He explained the entire process to me! I felt great after he was done! He cleaned up his mess, closed all my windows and even turned my air back on. I would definitely recommend them! Amazing job Justin!!

I use spring and fall maintenance/inspection. Prior to using them my heaters flame sensor got dirty which led to me eventually fixing it after many hours of wondering if my heater needed to be replaced. That was about 3 years ago and using Harleys Ive had a worry free heater and A/C since.

They did a fantastic job. Reasonably priced, friendly, and came at the last minute on a Saturday. Thank you for fixing our AC so we can keep our little ones cool in this heat.

Harleys was awesome. They came out within an hour of when I called when my furnace wouldnt start on the coldest day of the year. Eric actually figured out the true problem and fixed it, after another company had incorrectly solved the problem and convinced me to buy a new control board that turned out to be unnecessary.

Set up a service call in October been on their continued customer service plan for multiple years. Constantly having issues to get them to show on time and out for a regular service call. Be very careful.My advice find a better priced servicing company.
