My air conditioner quit working on Friday night and I contacted Absolute Comfort and they were to my house on a Saturday morning at 9 am to repair the unit!! I have used them many times in the past as a Realtor in Lincoln and refer my clients to them and have always had a wonderful experience. They are honest and the are very reasonable priced. I will definitely continue to refer people to them and use them for all my HVAC needs.

We just moved into a new house a couple weeks. The furnace kept running and running, constantly. I messaged Darren and he had Jeremy come right out on Monday. Jeremy changed the filter on the furnace, cleaned the sensor, and showed me how the furnace is a two-stage furnace... something I knew nothing about. He explained how it all works to me and I decided to shut this option off. He also replaced our ancient thermostat with a new digital one. He was very thorough and patient and double-checked to make sure everything was running right. (He was also very patient with my 4 yr daughter who wanted to watch, help and throw her ball to him!) The furnace is no longer running constantly, which is great since we just got our gas bill from when it WAS running constantly! Prompt response and friendly service. They fixed our air conditioning twice this summer and came to our rescue quickly.

These guys are good. It took two trips but my A/C was 50 years old and even though it was the weekend they got the A/C going and didnt charge me for the overtime which was great. They didnt have a lot of answers to my questions but they got the job done, and I understand that older systems are very complicated. They also dont take cards but they do take checks. So anyway they got the air conditioner back to running condition, exchanging currency for their advertised service. Which is fine. These guys did a good job.

My experience with Absolute Comfort was the best ever! Darren is such a hands on owner and tells you exactly what you need, he does not try to get you to buy bigger just to help him and his company. The install was smooth and I felt very comfortable with the workers who were here to do the install. They were efficient and showed up on schedule. I am a person who goes by word of mouth which is why I am making this review. I would tell anyone to use Absolute Comfort for all of their heating and cooling issues. I will use them again!

We worked with Absolute Comfort twice in a few week span on the two furnaces in my home. The first time I called mid-morning and someone was at my house within hours. The second time I was able to reach Darren at 7:00 a.m. to tell him that there was about a 10 minute window that someone would be at my house to let the technician inside. He said he would make sure wed be taken care of and sure enough the technician showed up exactly on time. My wife spoke to the technicians on both occasions and said they couldnt have been nicer. Absolute Comfort truly takes pride in its business and it shows on all ends of its service.

Todd came out on time and inspected my air conditioning unit and did a 17-point inspection... Im sure glad I called them he was able to find a broken bolt off my fan motor mount... I know Todd save me money in the long run and explain to me everything he was doing... these guys are good highly recommended!

AC went out sometime Friday night, called around Sat morning, Absolute Comfort said they could be out in a few hours. Nate showed up, determined the outside unit had a bad capacitor. He fixed, cleaned and tested the AC unit and it works great! Would highly recommend!!!

Absolute Comfort is the “absolute” best. I got a referral from a friend during the summer when my old company quit doing air conditioning. I needed two new units (which I knew, ugh), but Darren figured out a way to use part of my old system. He saved me thousands of dollars and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t absolutely need. Last week, I came home to 61 degrees and a water problem (the old company’s installation). I tried to fix it myself because I didn’t want to bother Darren at 11:00 at night. I gave in the next morning when it was 58 degrees in the house. Absolute Comfort wasn’t open yet, but Darren sent someone within the hour. From air conditioning to heating, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Excellent company! We had a zone issue with our heating system that they diagnosed, ordered the correct part, and installed in a timely manner. From their service technicians to their business office, everyone we encountered was a consummate professional. Their knowledge of our HVAC systems was spot on. They were polite, courteous, and went above and beyond the call of duty. This included a misunderstanding with our bill, which was quickly reconciled in a fair manner.Unfortunately, I mistakenly clicked 3 stars on American Home Shield’s rating system for Absolute Heating & AC. When I contacted AHS to correct my error, I was informed that my rating could not be changed. Please make no mistake, our satisfaction with Absolute Heating & AC is very high, regardless of what AHS may have on file.

These guys are great. My heat went out on this, cold snowy Saturday and he was here within an hour to fix the furnace. Very friendly and he explained what he was doing and what the problem was. Id definitely call them again.
