I highly recommend National Heating and AC. We woke up in the hottest day of the year expecting highs of 106 and our AC was out. We were expecting family the next day and I didn’t think in 1 million years we’d get someone out pretty quick considering the time of year. I called right away when the office opens at 7:30 AM they were able to have someone scheduled for 930 AM that same day. That person called me after finishing a job early and ended up coming at 8:30 AM and by 10:00 AM they had replaced our outdoor fan motor that was shot. Price was very reasonable for service call and replacement. Very happy.

The technician was very quick. Got to my home within a half hour of my call on a weekend and a holiday at that. I was to prepare a big meal using the stove and oven for hours. I would have had to cancel if not for this company and technician. My AC quit working, it was 86 degrees inside my home and outside. He was honest and said it was under warranty, I only had to pay for the service call. He had my AC running with a quickness and I got to enjoy a cool, comfortable holiday with my family. I am so grateful!

Nate at National HVAC went above and beyond installing a new ac and furnace for us. He helped us on short notice and delivered a great product. He seems to be a guy of his word who was on time, courteous, and found solutions for our older home. I can’t say enough good things. I would highly recommend his team!

The techs and team at National Furnace are always prompt and professional and do great work. They even wear shoe coverings EVERY time they walk into our home.My one suggestion would be to set up a reminder system for biannual maintenance other than just post cards. People get so much junk mail nowadays (in general, not from National Furnace & Air) that its easy to confuse a postcard service reminder for a piece of junk mail. It would be great if they would send an email or make a courtesy call as well. Or, with year round service plans, set the next appointment at the time of service so the customer doesnt have to remember to set their own appointment for something theyve already paid for. Thats my one small frustration.Otherwise, weve been using your company for years and trust you implicitly to look out for our best interests. The tech today even made a simple suggestion that will save us money. Your company shows everyday that it cares about its customers and not just about making money. Thats rare in 2021. Keep up the great work!

Our technician Grant was very professional and completed the repair in less than an hour. He had to leave a family gathering (without the slightest complaint) to accommodate our Saturday afternoon request and had our air conditioner working in less than an hour. I would recommend National Furnace and Air and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We had dinner guests coming over and our a/c stopped working (in NE summer heat). Other a/c companies couldn’t come for a few days. National heating and air came within an hour of our call. Austin was professional, courteous, and fixed our problem fast & efficiently. He cleaned the a/c out and finished within an hour. My AC conked out fairly late on a Friday evening. The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and got me right through to the on call technician. He got here ASAP. Thankfully, the problem was minor, so my system was up and running soon after he arrived. The technician was polite and worked quickly and efficiently.

We emailed on a Sunday evening and they responded first thing Monday morning. They came out same day prior to noon. Grant did a great job of explaining what was wrong and what he would do to fix the issue! Price was definitely reasonable!

The AC was having problems keeping up with the hot and humid weather we have had lately. Grant found the problem and cleaned the outside coil so that the system would not struggle to run. Grant was great to explain to me what I could do to avoid the issue in the future.

Hvac was not turning on and we were not able to troubleshoot ourselves, so we called. Travis came in and diagnosed our problems and was able to figure out the problems (which were a few!) Long story short we have a/c at a price that was less than expected and much appreciated as well as friendly and polite! Cant thank him and his company enough!

National was the only company out of six that we called who could get someone to us. Austin came out at 4am in the morning on the coldest night of the year and had our furnace running in 25 minutes.We are so thankful and so impressed by Austin’s quick work and professionalism. We had blocked vent pipes and he had to work mostly outside. Can’t say enough about how impressed we are!

We woke up on a Sunday morning with subzero outside temperatures and our furnace no operating. We called National Furnace about 7:30 am and actually talked with a live person. The repairman estimated he could be at our home by 9:00. He was actually there by 9:15 and had our furnace up and running in a very short time. We were very happy with their quick response on a very cold morning.

Highly please with the service I received on 6-11-2020 to service my A/C system. To start off, they were EARLY to the 3:30pm appointment I had set up. Both of the technicians were wonderful, explained things that they had found and done. One was an apprentice, but he still was awesome. Turns out that the leaking that had been going on from the furnace was simply a plugged drain line! Had to replace a part on the outside unit, and I was expecting it to be quite expensive considering how old my system is, but it was VERY reasonable!I will definitely use National again for anything I need to have done to either my A/C or heating system. Thank you very much!UPDATE: 12-30-2020Once again another excellent service by this company. Just completed having my winter service done, and the only thing wrong was I needed a capacitor replaced that was basically dead. The price was very reasonable and the technician was great in explaining what needed to be done, along with what he was doing.He said my furnace was in great shape for being 37 years old, so on to 2021!Again, I would highly recommend this company for the service you need.

I had national furnace to my house on a Saturday morning. I called and they were here right away. The AC Didnt get cool right away.The tech said it would take time. Made sense at the time. Called that evening to say it still wasnt cooling. Was told it was really hot, it wasnt going to get cold like I wanted it to. Called back Sunday afternoon to tell Austin it still wasnt cool. He was so rude and said if he came out it would be another service cost. I ask why, Austin said because it was not going to get as cool as I wanted it. 68, It was that cool before it broke. Called another AC company Monday morning. They came out that afternoon and fixed it. It got 68 right away. Still is.

The technician that came out at 1:45am on the 4th of July was professional and got out air conditioner back up and cooling the house in no time. Dave and I are very pleased and will call them again if ever in need. I 110% recommend this company and will tell everyone I know!!! Thank you so much for being available not only in the middle of the night but also on a holiday.

Our air conditioner had stopped blowing cool air on the hottest day of the year. It was a Saturday so we thought we were going to have to suffer for a few days but when we called National they said they would have someone out in 45 minutes! It didn’t take long for him to find the issue and fix it. We didn’t even have to spend our life savings! We will definitely be calling them again for any issues!

National installed our HVAC system in spring of 2016. They were easy to work with, respectful of our needs and professional all the way around from Office personnel to the installers to the service ppl. They service our system 2x a yrs. Very reasonable and pleased with their work.

First of all, when my air conditioning went out on a 90+ degree day, I knew I was in trouble. I’m a Disabled Vietnam with COPD and my wife has high blood pressure and diabetes. We called around to other places on that Thursday morning and everyone was telling us either late Friday or Monday before they could get to us. A friend suggested National, so I called them and they got to us within an hour since they finished another job early. I was blown away! Not only were they quick, very friendly, professional, and fast, but they were also a lot less expensive than our usual repair service. We’ve just switched to a new usual repair service, that’s for sure!!

They did a quality job, very thorough, always came when scheduled and the guys were professional when on site doing their job. It was easy to work with Jeff and his crew. A+

Just had Ryan over to diagnose my (not) cooling problem. Was there 2 hours earlier than expected and took a little over an hour to get it going again. He also gave me some helpful tips on cleaning and maintaining the unit outside. Will definitely call them again in the future if I need service.

My rep was Josh, he came out to our apartment complex and did essentially routine maintenance on my unit. He was amazing, he took the time to answer my questions, and teach me a couple fundamentals to maintain my unit as well, like cleaning the outside and filter replacement. The dude is a rockstar. We recently had our AC go out due to old age and were referred to National Furnace & Air by a coworker. Not only were they able to get out much quicker than the other 3 outfits we contacted, but they did it in a very professional manner and all at a fair price. Incorrectly installed a coil in our upstairs heat pump by not installing a drain overflow shutoff. Drain later backed up and cause $500 damage to the ceiling below. It took too long for management to acknowledge and take responsibility for their issues, but they did eventually did. 3 stars for ultimately following up after the work.

We just had National install a new Trane furnace and AC in our home today. Josh and Jeff were excellent to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the best equipment for the best price. They were very thorough explaining about the equipment and the replacement process. I HATE calling service companies out to my house but I was pleasantly surprised with National Furnace! My A/C stopped working on one of the ridiculously hot days and the first company I called couldnt be out for TWO days! I called National Furnace expecting to hear the same and they said they could be out in a couple hours! The tech that came to our house was professional and they had us up and running in no time. It was so refreshing to feel like I got the service I needed so quickly!

Our new Trane A/C and Furnace are just awesome. The guys at National did such an amazing job on the install and the whole process was so pain free. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

I have a Trane HVAC unit that was not igniting to get the heat going. National ran a few tests & everything seemed fine. So the technician disconnected a wiring harness that led to the igniter, which had a little corrosion. He cleaned that up & it was working like it should. Best part was his service call was pretty reasonable at $59. Thanks! Still staying warm a few weeks later.

We were having issues with our kitchen air conditioner on a Sunday afternoon and they were here within an hour! Friendly and knowledgeable tech and they actually had the part on their truck, so they were able to get us up and running within 2 hours of the call!

My heat pump quit working. I called on Monday morning and they had someone out in less than 2 hours. Ryan found the problem and ordered the part before he left the house. He came back and it took him 15 minutes to install the part and check system and was done.
