I would never recommend this company for home inspections. I bought my house last February and after owning my house for a few short weeks my roof started leaking into my bathroom. Turns out there was a huge section of roof that was tarred and siliconed but never reported in depth on my home inspection. in fact, the pictures on the inspection didn’t even show the section that was “repaired” improperly. When I reached out to the company I was informed there is nothing they can do about my inspection because the inspector who did my home inspection no longer worked for the company. I was taken advantage of as a first time home buyer and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. The response from the company is absolutely horrible and the company has never made it right... awful. Please don’t let them take advantage of you like they did me.

We recently had a new property we were selling inspected by this company. They claimed the HVAC unit would not be adequate to heat and cool the home and recommended supplemental heating and cooling should be added. They also recommended heat and cooling should be added to the unfinished basement for $5,000 to $6,000. This is an inspection company designed to get business for there HVAC company. A complete conflict of interest. Would not recommend if you are buying or selling.Update: We checked on the home when the temperature reached -26 as it was still vacant. The home was a toasty warm at 70 degrees including the basement.

I’m in the process of selling my house and the buyers requested a home inspection. Kevin with Luxury came out on Tuesday to set up the radon inspection and came back on Thursday to perform the full inspection. Normally I would have been at work but it was during quarantine, so my daughters and I were here the entire time. We hung out in the basement so he could do what he needed to do. Kevin saved the basement for last. He was so incredibly friendly and I’m not sure if he could tell I was stressing about it, but while finishing up gave me a thumbs up and told me either radon was super low and when I asked about everything else, he was very forthcoming and said everything was great and told me the few minor issues that needed to be fixed. I instantly felt the bricks lift off my chest. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and put my mind at ease letting me know they were super easy fixes. Would highly recommend Kevin and Luxury!

Les was easy to work with, and the installers did a great job. Even laid down sheeting so they didnt dirty up the carpet. Great value for the price!

They planned the route from the basement to the attic and out so you hardly know it is there. System is working great and numbers are way down. I would highly recommend this company and their team. We recently had our 26 year old HVAC system replace by Luxury Comfort Solutions. They did a fantastic job and we are satisfied with the installation having recently been put to the test by this most recent extreme hot spell. We appreciate that we were not pressured into buying more equipment than we needed. As a retired tradesman I know that I had a quality installation that was installed by technicians who worked well as a team and got the job done in a hard days work. Purchased a property which had a new HVAC unit that was installed by this company in Feb. I was experiencing issues with the AC unit. As the unit should be under warranty I called for assistance. After several phone calls explaining my problem to the lady that answered I was getting no response so I sought help else where. I did not expect immediate service, but I had hoped for a response and some interest in backing their work and product. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Had them do our HVAC inspection. Found out we had an AC leak within a few days of living in our new house. They missed 2 huge corroded holes in our furnace drain line that were leaking. Caesar admitted his mistake with the drain line and said he would have someone come fix it but said I bullied him into doing anything about it? Found out a couple weeks later they didnt clean out the condensation pipe p trap. Had to pay a different company to do a job they were supposed to do. Caesar wouldnt do anything about it. Said they cleaned it out when it was obvious that they didnt. Ive had nothing but trouble with Luxury Comfort Solutions. They have no idea what they are doing. Useless HVAC inspection and servicing. Caesar is a liar and doesnt care at all about his customers. Dont waste your money on this company like we did! Told my realtor not to use this company with any more of his clients. Dealing with Caesar has been a nightmare.
