I called on Wednesday and they were able to have a technician at my home Thursday for a non emergency plumbing need. Jon arrived and was very personable. He used his expertise and knowledge for good not evil which cemented my trust in him and Action. Many times your tech knows things you dont which is why you hire them but Jon utilized what he knew for my benefit and I appreciate it. I will use them for any future needs I have. They are reliable and I found them trustworthy.

Serviceman (Alec) was very polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had discussion with me before he did anything to get good understanding of issue. Unit was not cooling well and he checked a few things on AC and furnace. Explained his diagnosis and added freon based on what he saw. Remained for a awhile and rechecked a few things and confirmed everything was functioning correctly and that issue was fixed. I used them to replace a water heater a few years ago. Had a very pleasant experience with them that service also. Highly recommend them for plumbing and HVAC.

We needed a replacement kitchen faucet installed. Purchased the faucet at a big box store. It was going to take the plumbing company they contract with 3-4 days to replace the faucet. Action Plumbing Heating and Air were able to come to my home and replace the faucet the same day I called. We have had a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater replaced as well as a soft water system installed by Action. Excellent company to work with!

This company replaced my water heater. They were able to come out same day which was great since it was starting to leak. I called a number of other places that were booked for a week or more. The tech was super friendly and explained everything. They are competitively priced and assuming the invoice is close to the quote they will be my first call for plumbing going forward...very impressed!Edit: the invoice came today and there were no surprises. Exactly what was quoted on the phone. Very satisfied and will be doing more business soon.

We had an air scrubber installed by Lee, it has done wonders! We have two people in our home with severe asthma and it has worked tremendously! I no longer wake up needed my inhaler! It was the best experience I’ve ever had with home maintenance and repairs.

Today Jon at Action installed a new sump pump. I am absolutely elated with their service. Jon was on time, quickly assessed the problem, he had everything he needed with him, and was done in no time. I’ve had Action repair my Hvac as well and experienced the same thing, plus they went above and beyond by investigating the warranty.

Action always sends knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Just this year we have had a gas line installation, a tankless water heater installation, and an air conditioning service call. They give you the information up front and are always willing to have a discussion about your options. They are my go to for all plumbing, heating and cooling needs. I also find their pricing to be competitive if not lower than many other competitors in town.

I called Action Plumbing at 9am, needing a shut off valve replaced to install a new dishwasher. I was thrilled that Austin arrived at 11am. He replaced the shut off and also fixed a troublesome leaky kitchen faucet by replacing the cartridge. All work completed within an hour. Very pleased with Action and Austin today.

The water heater failed on Sunday. I contacted Action Plumbing for an estimate to replace and haul away, etc. I had an estimate before 8:00am on Monday. Had John come out and remove some water lines on a sink that was removed from a classroom. They are always very prompt and friendly and we have used them for years so John is very familiar with our location and setup. Tried a few places when our AC went down in the middle of a week in the upper 90s. Action was most professional on the phone, and we went that route. It turned out to be a great decision. Their text alert system kept us updated without being intrusive, and Matt (technician) was professional and personable. AC is up and running at a fair price.

David has always been professional and trustworthy. Stepping into the door, he immediately greets the dogs with a big smile. One time I found one of the dogs sitting right next to him while he was crouched down working on the furnace. Rather than getting annoyed with his nosy friend, he was so kind to take extra care working around her. He genuinely loves people and pets, and that’s the kind of person I trust working in my home.

Lee was able to find the problem with our new furnace. This is a brand new furnace and it has been making very loud noises since we turned it on. These are not normal noises. You could hear them when the furnace kicked on all the way up to our second floor bedroom on the opposite side of the house. He found we need a new motor/blower which he is ordering. He will install it when it comes in. Hopefully, this fixes the problem. The noise is very loud and annoying.
