Just had an awesome experience at Rapid Oil Change on Terry rd.! The gentleman were nice and respectful, took care of all of my car service needs, and even pulled my car in from the rain so I wouldnt get wet! Highly recommend this shop and will be returning again!

Yesterday I had my truck oil change and tire rotation at the ROC in Hazelhurst. I normally use the Castrol Edge Extended Mileage. That option was no longer available. In the interests of cutting costs you had switched to only oils available in bulk delivery. Today I tried to have my car oil changed in Brookhaven. Again - no Castrol Edge, but in Brookhaven i couldnt even get a full synthetic. Instead of 5-20 full synthetic, I had to settle for 0-20 blended. Of the sis types of oil carried, four. Of the containers were empty. The last two Blcs were down to10% the store was literally 3 or 4 customers away from running out of all grades of oil. They should have already closed but instead they try to continue to operate switching customers to what they have, not what they wanted. I understand all of this was a result of new management trying to reduce costs by minimizing inventory and working capital, you are going to reduce costs yourself right out of business. Ive been a customer of your Brookhaven franchise for years, but I wont be coming back. The business management is inept and ineffective, and the customers and your employees are the ones that suffer.
