Dropped of tire around 11-1130am and was told I might not get it back until tomorrow….didn’t realize it took 8 hours to put a tire on a rim. Hate to see how long it takes to do a wheel alignment or any other service. I might want to invest in a bicycle

They give me a good price for the tires to my 2002 GMC W3500 but they dont have the tools to do the job. A tire shop do not have the tools to do a tire job. I think they have to said that they do not work on all types of lite trucks or get the tools they need for the job.

I had a 3:00 o clock appointment at bell tire to get 4 new tires on September 2.2021. I was told when I arrived there it would be 2 hours wait . So I left and when I returned to get my car in the parking area my car seat had been pushed all the way back and I am short. Then they left a tool in my console. Where in the h. Did this come from ? The next day I noticed my center wheelcaps were totally scratched up. I call corporate and sent pictures of my tires. They told me it was corrosion. My wheels were not scratched when I tookmy car in. I will never return to this place ever again. Very poor service.

My experience was: I walked in after getting a flat. They did not have the correct tire for my car, but they wrote down the information that I needed and provided directions to a tire store that could help me. Very grateful!!

Quick in and out, had an appointment which was kept fot service, did not check wheel balance when tires were rotated.

Went into belle tire for an alignment and a tire balance. That took roughly two hours, then they called to tell me more was wrong with my vehicle. So I told them to just replace the parts (which was $1,066.25 of work done), they told me it would take another 6 hours to finish my car. I came home to yet get another call saying that my car was being difficult & it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I traveled back to Jackson to grab my car & to take it to another shop to get my car a tune up to see my car was blowing out tons of white smoke!! The other car place wouldn’t touch my car, I called belle tire back up, they told me to bring my car back. I couldn’t drive it, so I had to pay $65 for a tow truck, I was ONE road over, so I paid the tow man. Then belle tire told me that my car was leaking oil through the turbo & I needed to take it to a dealership to get it fixed.. The funny part was my car wasn’t leaking oil through the turbo until belle tire did my oil change & replaced parts under the back end. I will never come back to belle tire, my car NEVER (NOT ONCE) EVER smoked until I picked my car back up from them. (Now to replace the turbos & everything else it’s going to be another $5k-10k to fix the dang thing…) so now let’s HOPE nothing happens to my kids since I can no longer drive my vehicle & it just sits in my driveway. (The date I went to belle tire was June 7th, 2021) (I’m just now doing the review because I just got back from my flight (delta))

I will never recommend belle tire. We made an actual appointment for first thing in the morning. We were told the service would take about 2 hours, and they would call when service was complete. We found something to do for almost 3 hours, and decided to go back to see if they just forgot to call us. When we got there, they hadnt even started on our vehicle and said it would another 45 min to an hour. Wed wasted 3 hours already on that side of town, and had other obligations, therefore we said to forget it. Their excuses for not having it done were bs. An entire (cherished) Saturday morning was wasted. Dont make appointments if youre not going to honor them. I will never return to them for service, and believe me my friends and family will hear about their lack of professionalism and ineptness.

Total lack of managwork. And waste of our day. They could not even do a All Pt check and rotate our tires.Said job was done but when we came to pick up vehicles they had forgot to rotate the tires so we waited another 1 1/2 hr...checked back again but still not done. So wasted our time 4 1/2 hrs of waiting we just finally left.I wont recommend them to anyone. Plus they had 3 of their crew standing around waiting for wirk.

I am less than thrilled with my experience here. I will likely never return to Belle Tire for my personal tire needs again. I made an appointment for a Wednesday at 5pm online after hours , called Monday morning to see if I could get in earlier , guy said he was going to call me to change the appointment anyways because it was not enough time to replace my tire , so I dropped my tire off 330 on Monday was told I’d get a call when it was finished guy who checked in my tire wasn’t too friendly at all , Tuesday almost 24hrs later I call to check on my tire it was done I asked if they could put it on today guy said it shouldn’t be a problem not a long wait , got there to get my tire and was told it would be a little over an hour wait to get it on , annoyed with the previous day’s experience I took my tire home and put it on myself .

I called and set an appointment 3 days ahead of time. I spoke with the guy on the phone he told me the ONLY! Appointment he had was for Monday at 2:30. We book the appointment I get there on Monday at 2:30 and he says we never booked the appointment! He told me he could have it done by close (7pm) and that it would take 2 1/2 hours. On the phone he told me an hour 45 minutes. The biggest inconvenience ever! I really needed tires! It’s was supposed to rain and I have to drive 45 minutes to work. To spend the whole day planning around this appointment and really needing tires really made it hard. Thank you Belle Tire of Jackson best customer service ever!

Do Not, I repeat Do not shop here if you are female unless you have an endless bank account...they will tell you to plug a flat/Slow Leak you need a whole new Rim my $25 fix it at my trust worthy local repair shop was NOT THE $487.00 NEW RIM That I did NOT NEED... RIP OFF😣😭

Wife had a flat rushed it over and the sales manager took care of it himself for me without hesitation since his guys were all busy. Love that place.

Very honest establishment. I was having new tires installed & they recommended getting an alignment. 65 minutes later, my car was done & I was told it did not need an alignment; that it was in great shape. We definitely will be back.

I find this Belle Tire hit or miss. They do great work and for a great price. But sometimes the level of customer service you get up front depends on who you talk to. One person will tell you one thing and another something different. Now they want you to drop off your car and leave it. Lets be honest, some people, like me, just cannot do that. I live to far away and I do not have anyone to give me a ride to and from. Some people just dont have that luxury. I got this run around three weeks ago and ended up at a Belle Tire in Ann Arbor for new tires. Now I have a low pressure light and Jackson is telling me Ill have to leave it and theyre completely booked up until Feb. 1st. They said this is the result of them being the only Belle Tire in the Jackson area. I do believe that because they are the only Belle Tire in the area. But theres also absolutely no effort to work with the customer. I say Ill have to go back to Ann Arbor and they say, okay, and thats it. It doesnt bother them that a customer is now going to have to drive 1 1/2 hours round trip to figure out the issue with the new tires they just bought a few weeks earlier. Now the Ann Arbor Belle Tire on Jackson Rd is absolutely amazing. Their service is great all the way around. Jackson Belle Tire could learn a thing or two from the Ann Arbor location

Went and got my tires rotated, decent customer service. Few weeks later I got an alignment at a dealership. Belle Tire put my wheels on backwards making it a dangerous ride for me, my husband and child!

I had taken my grandson car in for service thinking I only needed a few things checked to be serviced. I was so please when I received a call from the rep explaining what they had found, multiple items needed addressed. Originally wanted my flat back passenger tire fixed, but the guy told me that it was done for so I asked for them to switch the two fronts to the back to get rid of the flat and to put two new tires in the front to which I showed and explained to the receptionist twice. Found myself driving to work the next day with that same flat tire still in the back except this time it was on the other side. The guy tells me theyll go find my old front tires. Took it back in and they told me those front tires was too warn out so they replaced them with new tires free of charge! Later when I went to check on them, I was appalled! The sloppy work showed. Did a price check and they ran for around $46 a peice. My guess is, they couldnt find my tires and made up some bullcrap. I feel absolutely lied to. You can giggle about what youve done to my car all you want, but the great thing about life is, karma doesnt forget and shell be rolling back around. Have fun!

Have never bought tires from Belle Tire and NEVER, NEVER will again. When a woman stands in front of you and says I have a tire that keeps going soft, and have had to put air in on three differant occasions and you tell her that it will be Thursday, this is the place that will leave you stranded along side the road. What if I was from out of town or state.I will NEVER EVER recommend Belle Tire.

I just came to bear Tire today July 9th at 5:24 its a gentleman that has curly hair thats red hair and long beard with glasses decided to be sarcastic to me about theyll let me just grab the handle and do it yourself but it was another guy with a blue shirt on that told us he will help us out the one Im talking about had a red shirt on

Had a problem with a tire. Called and was told they were extremely busy. Told to bring it in and drop it off at 7:45 a.m. and hopefully they can get to it.... Dropped it off at 11:30. Was told it didnt look good. 20 cars ahead of me with 4 techs., open until 5. Good news, they fixed the tire. Sad that they were just so off putting. Emailed about the experience and heard nothing......

Had a flat tire in the morning and AAA (Jimmys) came and got my car from where I work (Medawar Jewelers) and took it to Belle Tires where they fix my tire and had it done by 2pm. Great job Thank you so much.

I was 10 minutes early for my 12 oclock appointment. At 12:20 i was approached by a salesman. The belle tire did not have have the appropriate tools to finish their job. I had to drive all the way home (which is about 40 minutes) to get a tool that they SHOULD have had!! I then had to wait another HOUR and some odd because i was late to my appointment!! I got no kind of compensation or anything in return for this and i will not be going to the jackson belle tire again! So thank you guys for wasting two hours of my time because you people were not prepared to do your job!!The tires are good for the price. The ONLY reason you got any stars at all!

I stopped in Wednesday to order 2 tires for my car. They had them in stock & the clerk said if I wanted to wait for them to be put on instead of dropping my car off & coming back later, I should come in Saturday at 7:45 a.m. before they actually opened & then Id be the 1st one. Sounded good so we agreed on that. I wasnt feeling good Saturday morning so my husband offered to go for me. He was there at 7:30. They came out at 7:45 & told him they had 4 cars left from the previous day that come first. They said no one should have told me Id be first! There werent any other customers waiting! This isnt the 1st time theyve lied to us but it WILL BE THE LAST! Im done with them.

Id give five stars but had to take my truck there twice. They found multiple problems with my front two tires. Replaced both control arms, ball joints, bushings and tires. Alignment of course. $1500. Had to take it back a few days later. Asked for it to be inspected twice. Not done either time. They claimed they did an inspection. If they did, they never reset sensors, never checked the back tires of my car. Which apparently are bald.

I needed tires for my car. The inner and outer tie rods were wearing my tires down to the wear bars and my brother thank goodness noticed this while he changed a rear tire that had gone flat!!! Sooo I called Belle tire( thought I chose the Jackson store) but I must have picked the AnnArbor one by mistake. Anyway, while walking in to take care of business, Cory, went out to check my tires and thankfully they had them in stock. With an alignment and new tires and parts replaced (also needed middle steering shaft replaced) this car drives like I never drove it before. No shimmy of the steering wheel, no worries about the tires, so I’m a happy girl. Yes I am. I am thankful for all the workers at Belle tire for getting me back in action. They were kind, respectful, and thorough. Appreciate everyone of them!!!

The customer service was great and the prices were on par with others in the area (or lower). The only reason that I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they forgot to but my wheel lock back in my vehicle and the next day I realized that they forgot to reset my tire pressure sensors before I left. They made all of this right immediately upon becoming aware of it and apologized. I would use them again.

Called for a rim that was listed on their website. Of course they cant get the single rim I need but can sell me a whole new set at 10 times the amount I want to spend! Every time I call no matter what car I own I get the same story!If its not something that you can get dont list it on the site. Its really simple.

My son bought two new tires from Belle tire.they installed them.two weeks later they wore down to tread.they would not do anything for him.they his ball joints were bad I bought him two used tires from kutchs tire.and he is still driving on them .a month and a half later

Just an unorganized organization. Picked up a nail in a tire and they couldnt get to it for days and said I would have to leave it all day. To get a slow leak fixed at a tire place?!? Come on!!!

Had a 430 appt. To replace 1 tire, Ive been waiting over an hour and they just put back on car. I always recommend Belle tire but not so sure now. I waited less time to get 4 tires replaced... Really slow today not many customers either.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Belle Tire Jackson for quite awhile now, and Ive always been treated like they appreciate my business. There are a lot of places we could take our vehicles but my first call is to these guys! Gabe, Scott, and Jason have taken great care of me and when there have been issues theyve taken care of them immediately, no questions asked.

Had a tech who mishandled the wheels, changing tires on my f150. I told them about it, manager took care of replacing them with new after markets of my choice. Was a pain in the butt after all the visits, but glad they owned up to it and took care of it, plus some extras they were able to add on at no charge.

Prompt and friendly service. I have been to this location a couple of times, and each time have been completely happy with the experience. Salesperson Jason was wonderful! Thank you to all staff for getting me in and back on the road safely in such terrible Michigan weather.

Need to change name from bell tires to bell mechanics. Unless your only going to do exclusive work on tires. I have never had to wait or drop a vehicles off for tire repair before moving to Jackson from Adrian, this place really make me miss Vulcan Tire of Adrian. In and out only Tires hardly ever a wait and almost never ever have to drop a vehicle off to get work done. It is silly or even false advertising to call yourself a Tire service center when you are clearly doing brakes, brake lines and whatever else customers need to get done while my tire sits losing air at a so called tire shop...bell Tire like tire is in the name of your business. You would think you would make this your primary focus. Let others worry about brakes, brake lines, suspension, all this mechanic work should be done in a mechanics shop not a tire shop...

Salesman told me to show up right at 8am on the day of my appointment and they would get me right in and done. When I arrived they told me it would be 3-1/2 - 4 hours before they could get me in. Another salesman told me that the guy I worked with was in training. Another customer that was there said he was told the same thing.

Was happy that they matched another stores price on 4 tires because they are closer but when they were dismounting my old tires they broke one of my TPMS sensors and wanted me to pay $65 for a new one. I told them no so now I have the tire light on my dash until I have to replace these tires in about 2 years. I highly doubt I will be going back.

Im pretty rough on all my vehicles, but Jason always fixes everything I break. Always gets me in and out quick. Free rotation and balancing no questions asked! Thanks Jason and all your associates too.

Beware. I visited this location after I needed a flat tire repair. The shop advised me at that time I needed both my front/rear brakes replaced with the wear being significant enough that I needed both the pads and rotors replaced. Foolishly, I had them replace the rear brakes and waited on the front brakes. Weeks later, I gave the Belle Tire a call to confirm the price and they pulled up the estimate they had originally quoted for around $450 that indicated I needed both the pads/rotors replaced. Instead of going back to to Belle Tire, I contacted my mechanic and setup an appointment to have my brakes taken care of. Shortly after dropping my vehicle off with my mechanic they called me and said my brakes were fine and whoever told me I needed them done lied. The only thing my mechanic said needed to be done was my tires were off balance and I needed an alignment (yet a tire shop couldnt find this?!). I contacted Belle Tires corporate office to let them know what happened. Corporate had seen the estimate for the front brakes and confirmed the price with me, but after speaking with the local branch said they never told me I needed my front brakes done. Funny, because corporate had seen the estimate and I had just confirmed the estimate with them as well. If my brakes were fine why would they try to charge me for both pads and rotors? If corporate would have handled the situation instead of trying to cover up a scam, I would have simply wrote off the Jackson location, but still kept my business with Belle Tire. However, I now know that corporate does not take care of their customers when situations arise. Giving customers estimates for jobs that doesnt need to be done is a SCAM and knowing that corporate does not stand by not tolerating this is a shame.

I loved the very friendly service men, willing to give you the best comparative price. The calming and comfortable atmosphere includes the waiting room, which by the way has free coffee as well as a vending machine with a great assortment of chips, drinks, and sweets, a flat screen television and comfortable chairs, even for a heavy-set person! So nice!!!

The guys here always take good care of me and my car. Only place I trust with my baby.
