Do not go!!!!! Got an oil change and tire rotation. A couple days later my check engine light came on. My car didnt want to accelerate past 40 and was struggling to go. Took my car to a Nissan dealership to have it looked at. Almost $200 later I found out my air filter was on backwards. Charlies had checked it then put it on wrong!! Found out from Nissan this isnt the first issue they have seen that has gone to Charlies before hand.

I took to get a 1 tire plugged and to give me an estimate on replacing rear brakes and tires. They told me my rear left caliper was locked up and it would cost $725 to replace caliper/brakes/rotor.I left there thinking that was far from being correct. Had another mechanic look at it to tell me the caliper was working just fine and he also replaced all my brakes and rear rotors for just $75 and I paid $110 for the parts on Amazon. I saved like $500 by not going to Charlies Fast Lube.Charlies cost me $40 to just plug a tire and lie to me!!They used to be a lot better and not so crooked when they were Jackson Tire.

Back today for my regular oil change.they were super quick and friendly s alwys6

Next in line when I pulled in, two hours later they finished a simple oil change.

Well thought they were good til got home to find they put 8 quarts of oil in car that only holds 4. Could have really messed motor up. As for their check list they did not check all things on it and just made up status of list. Want to take honks back from exiting.

Friday August 21st; Brought vehicle in for oil change. Attendant informed me that previous oil change by Plaza Tire, that they over torked the plastic cap over oil filter.Apparently they reccomend replacement of oil cap.Part was ordered by Charlies Fast Lube through 3rd party vendor. Promised next day Saturday August 22nd via Fed Ex.Saturday rolls around and no call from Charlies Fast Lube. Time nearing their Saturday closing time, so I call them.Im informed by Charlies Fast Lube, that theyd not had time to follow up with 3rd party vendor about the oil cap.Charlies Fast Lube calls me back moments later, informed me the oil capped arrived damaged, and the next one will arrive Tuesday August 25th.Now changing review to 1 star. Charlies Fast Lube - Jackson promised part would arrive Tuesday August 25th.Nobody from Charlies Fast Lube bothered to call today August 25th for follow up.This first time customer, CAN NOT... recommend Charlies Fast Lube at this time!Monday August 31st Charlie Glueck calls to apologize.Apology accepted.However, doesnt make up for extremely poor customer service. Will NOT utilize Charlies Fast Lube again

I only take my car here for oil changes and today I was reminded why.My vehicle had its oil change required words pop up, so naturally, I take it in. I drop it off because I had to take my son to the doctor. After a few minutes, they call me and tell me that they think they just forgot to reset the oil change timer thing last time I had an oil change and they didnt want to be dishonest and change my oil when it didnt need it. They checked my fluids and parked my car and I came back to pick it up later. No charge.As a customer who has been taken advantage of by previous mechanics, I appreciate knowing that they arent going to do the same.That is why I always recommend them and why I will always go there over anyone else. Thank you!

A twenty minute endeavor turned into a two hour wait when the company ordered the wrong part for my car not once, not twice, but three times. I was left in the dark most of the first hour and had to cancel plans because of the mistake. No compensation was given was waiting two hours, and their mistake was waived off as not their fault but the store-where-they-ordered-the-part’s fault. I will not being going here again due to bad customer service and being left in the dark about my wait for over an hour.

He work me in to change my tire with a few.minutes before they close. I was super happy about that.

Courteous and help me right away. I was only in to pick up windshield wiper blades but they even offered to install them but I told them it was okay.

We come here to get her oil changed every now and again. They have great service they are definitely very friendly, but they are always busy and they have a lot of customers, you will be waiting in line for a few minutes at a time. They did not get your car and very quick usually so it’s gonna take at least One hour to 3 hours to get something simple done-but you can’t beat the prices.

The service and work were excellent. However, I wish they would take note that some individuals simply want a conventional oil change, nothing more or less. The individual who came up to me was kind at first, letting me know that there were options they believed to be better for my car (which I appreciated), however when I responded with a no and I simply wanted a conventional oil change I got hit with do you just want me to stop asking questions now? I found this to be incredibly rude. Your questions are appreciated, but just because I say no to additional services does not mean Im being a rude customer or not appreciative. Some people simply want a conventional oil change.

Made a quick stop traveling back to iowa from Mississippi.. my oil light came on and with still 6 hours to drive.. I found this lil place!!! The workers were amazing .. knowledgeable and didnt bs me. They exchanged my inside filter which I had asked several times at a pervious place in iowa to do which was nerve done ... they took the time to change it out and show me what the filter looked like.. oil was changed and we were back on the road... very nice people !!! Would go back if I lived closer!
