They are expensive not so much as others but still very high in price.

I used this repair center for several years while living in Jackson area. I couldnt give anyone higher marks. They stay busy so in emergency there might be a short wait, but repairs are reliable, office & service staff courteous & excellent customer service. Highly recommend this repair center.

Had to have the air conditioning replaced in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe. Has front and rear air. Putnam came recommended by a friend who used to be a used car manager for a local dealership. I was very impressed with Tom and his staff. Did a good job at a fair price. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest people who are SERIOUS about customer service. Ive been to a LOT of mechanic shops in town( used to have a 1998 Mustang Cobra- whole different story) and wish I would have found Putnam sooner. Wont go anywhere else.

This place is honest, hard working, and will always discuss alternate repair options with you. I like that.

These people messed up my car so bad that I had to have a tow truck take my car back home. I drove it in, but had to have it towed away. AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR TIME TO CHECK OUT MY CAR AND HAVE IT TOWED HOME!!And what is the deal with that smart mouthed heifer behind the desk?I learned the hard way.
