Even though the salesman didnt answer the questions the way that she wanted a man sir he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the product that you would sell it. Seems pretty new to selling cars as instead of answering the questions that she shot them out he would say hold on Ill get to that and he did an entire spill from memory. I got an oil change today and Shellie was extremely helpful. This was extremely useful because I had my infant son with me. It was a very comfortable oil change experience that did not take long at all.They gave me details of what I should do in the coming months to keep my vehicle up to par. This place really doesnt deserve 1 star. My husband is a mechanic and had to go get a ladies car from here because they lied to her and kept charging her $50 a day for months and the lady was so far in debt she barley was able to get it out of the place. So my husband drove almost 2 hours to this place to bring it to our house and help her with the car at a much cheaper price, with no storage fees, and the people acted so rude to my husband when he came in to get the key and when he went to crank it they had ran the battery down so much that it wouldnt even crank. Would not recommend this place at all.

Mr. Ustenoff Tillman was extremely helpful when we brought in our 2019 Hyundai Sante Fe. We had taken our truck to a tire shop because the sensor kept coming on but the tire shop could not find a nail in the tire. We thought it was something wrong with the sensor but turns out it was a nail. Mr. Tillman had the service guys check out the tire and had it plugged at no charge. Great service. I would recommend the service department to anyone.

We recently bought our 2021 palisade from Clarence Jennings at Wilson Hyundai in Flowood. Clarence was very patient with my wife and I, as we were going back and forth on the model of vehicle we wanted, so the deal kept changing, but he stuck with us to the end of the process. I would recommend purchasing from this dealer based off of his commitment to his customers alone!

I worked with Antoine and he was great, because he worked with me and I am out of state at the time. He went above and behind with helping. The deal was almost closed until I told the Finance team that I wanted to go thru my bank since I got a better APR rate (2.1 versus 4.1) they wanted to give me. Danny got upset and told me no, I’m changing the deal and they don’t worked that way and decided not to sell me the vehicle . I told him I didn’t understand what the problem was because I am still purchasing the car, the bank is sending the check directly to the dealership and will be there in a few days. He said because they wanted to close at the end of this month and if I go thru my bank the deal was done. I was really disappointed but I guess business first.

I had a mostly wonderful experience with Wilson Auto. After seeing seen a pre-owned Dodge Ram advertised online, I headed down to check it out on February 24th. I was assisted by Flo, who was amazing during the entire process. She not only convinced me to trade in my old car, but she provided me with boxes and bags to put items from my car in, and then stood out there at night and in the pouring rain to help me transfer the items to my truck. Flo truly demonstrated what above and beyond customer service looks like. The only reason I have waited until May to post a review is because the title just came in the mail today, May 3rd. While I am a little disappointed that it took so long to get it, this factor does not in any way detract from the unrivaled customer service i received during the purchase. Therefore, I rate them five stars, and highly recommend any others searching for a vehicle to choose Wilson Auto Group.

Went car shopping with a buddy. Our salesman was the Genesis specialist, Rene (that’s not how he spells his name, but I don’t recall exactly how it’s spelled). The guy was extremely professional, well trained, extremely knowledgable and seemed to be very trustworthy. Ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere (different make and model), but the Genesis guy was a great example of what a consultative salesperson can be. He was a joy to deal with.

If I could give Wilson KIA 0stars I truly would.... The manager Josh was very very rude 😡😡😡 The GM Josh yelled at me but its Flo and his word against my cousin and my word😡😡and I didnt find out he was a manager until 2days later after I was told t at I had to talk to the GM on Monday and I was constantly told that I was not the one buying the car... Even if I wasnt I was there with the person buying on her behalf....and my husband was looking at buying the K5 but after such a horrible experience we decided to not purchase anything from this dealership and to buy a Hyundai instead🤗

On 7/21/20 I drove home in a brand new 2020 Hyundai Sonata thanks to Mr. Joshua Archie. He’s really the absolute BEST & HIGHLY recommended. I explained to him what I wanted/needed in a car and he told me that he had the perfect car in mind. He was CORRECT! He pulled the 2020 Sonata around to where I was and presented it to me to keep me from having to stand in the sun (I’ve never had that done before at any car lot.) He was very patient with me in my decision making process (because yes I’m one of those people that can’t make up their mind lol) and he even worked with me around my work schedule (nurse life.) Even while waiting he made sure I was comfortable and offered bottled water several times. Mr. Archie explained in detail from under the hood to the trunk on down to warranties on the car. He taught me how to use all the features of the car safely with emphasis on safe lol. I love my Sonata and everyone that has seen it loves it as well. I’ll definitely be going back to Mr. Archie in the near future. Fast friendly service

It was a quick service with very helpful people. It was my 1st service for my new Soul. I lost my first Soul 😭 to a fender bender when the insurance company totaled my car. It was an awesome car with no major issues in the 7 years I had it, so I bought another. Wilson took very good care of my first Soul so I am hopeful that it will be the same with this one.

Bad service, people here think you are criminals, when you bring your car for service there, the first thing they want to see from you is your title to make sure you own the vehicle instead of providing assistance with what you need from them.

My experience deals with the Kia service department. My son and friends were on a trip from Texas to Pensacola when they had a catastrophic engine failure thankfully near Wilson Auto Group. This occurred on a Saturday after the service department closed. The car was towed to Wilson and the dealership was very nice in letting the boys stay inside while making arrangements for transportation on to Pensacola.Early the next Monday I received a call from Conner that they were looking at the car and it needed a new engine. The long story short is that Conner and the service department were very patient in my phone calls from Texas to check on the status and kept me informed of all the progress.The day I picked it up I had to rent a car to drive to Flowood and when Conner learned I needed to go to the nearby airport to drop it off he arranged for transportation back to the dealership. My car was washed and ready for me to drive home when I got back.Kudos to the technician who installed the engine as it purred like a kitten all the way home. If anyone in the Jackson area needs maintenance, whether routine or major, the technicians at Wilson are first rate.

Ustenoff Tillman - I spent 6 hours of my day test driving the different Santa Fe’s and finally deciding on the one I want. Of course, they didn’t have the interior that I wanted on the lot but they did all they could to find me the car I wanted and get it to me within 2 days.
