Been using Ruppel for about 25 years, always top of the line work, through and fixed correctly. I figured out years ago to use Ruppel when two other shops couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our vehicles and told me to take it there. Both times Mike found the problem and fixed it. Being sent their by other shops pretty much says it all. All I can hope is someone is learning well from Mike because I know eventually he will want to retire.

Very Professional in all aspects! They text you when work begins and ends or if they need to talk to you before more work is done. Due to the year of my vehicle the refrigerant is very expensive and they made sure I was aware of the cost before they proceeded. Im impressed!

Needed a hub bearing replaced for the third time in 6 years. Mike took the time to figure out and explain why. Then, fixed it correctly so that it will last.

He kept digging into my problem until he reached a satisfactory conclusion, explaining what he was doing along the way. Mike Ruppel will absolutely RIP you off! I took my vehicle with my own parts to have him work on. After he told me three times that he would be ok using them, he charged me $150.00 for a new set of spark plugs that I already had. Then Found three other things to try and let him work on, that wasnt broken. Just another lying crook.
