Very horrible service. Avoid ! When I showed up at the airport, there was no one at the desk. There was sign for the customer to go to Hertz car rental. the lady made me wait 45 minutes after signing me , and I still dont have a car. She said there were no people to transport the car. Horrible horrible horrible service

I just want to say thank you to the gentleman who checked my car in at the Dollar/Hertz rental at Jackson Airport. I left my wallet in the rental car and didnt know it till I was back in the airport. I return to the car rental return station and this gentleman quickly found the car and my wallet. I wanted to give him a tip but unfortunately I rarely carry cash. This gentleman was a younger African American Male with a cast on his arm, I believe his name started with B. Thank you sir, I appreciate it. I hope this review finds it way to you.

Great place to rent a car from fast friendly service and very affordable rates. The car was also very clean when i received it and pick up and drop off was a breeze... if you havent tried them please do they are worth every penny i spent

Great place to rent from. This is my second time to rent from this location in the past 3 weeks. Everyone is very friendly. They get you in your car and on your way quickly.

Horrible customer service. Car does not even work properly and the sales people are very dishonest. Make sure you ask for a total 15 times before they charge your card

The Dollar representative did not ask me about the fuel option even though I always check no (will fill the tank myself) which is my organizations policy. Luckily i took a photo of both the fuel guage with mileage and the gas receipt with license plate. Now i have to wait 5-7 business days to get reimbursed even though i will have pay for this charge out of pocket. Redicluous. I have filled a complaint with my travel office.

Easy; had to wait a bit, but they had all reps working; the vehicle did NOT have a full tank and since I didnt have time to run back in and wait, I filled it up myself. I showed them the receipt upon return, but didnt receive credit. I was told I should have told them at the time of pickup. Lesson learned.

Not impressed. The people at the front desk in Jackson are nice. The mechanics dont seem to pay a lot of attention to their jobs. I got a car (Nissan Rogue with less than 2,000 miles) and drove to Birmingham for a wedding and was planning to leave from there to go to Destin for a week. In Birmingham, an observant valet noticed something under the hood near the windshield. When he popped the hood to check it out, he found a pair of pliers and saw that the cap was missing from the brake fluid. I didnt need to drive for another week in a car that could be losing all its brake fluid. It took several calls to get someone who would help. Finally we were told to drive it to the nearest airport and get another car. I was told Youve driven it this far without a problem, so surely you can drive it a little more. Fine. The replacement car did not have the features of the old one and we were really disappointed but we lived with it. Now fast forward...there is a toll road leading into and out of Destin. At one point, cameras take a picture of your car tag and mail you a bill for $1.50. Of course the bill went to Dollar. I went through this spot on the toll road twice, so the bill was for $3.00. Dollar paid it....and then billed me $33.00 - that THIRTY THREE DOLLARS for a $3.00 toll. Seriously? First, they have no consideration for the safety of me and my family and then they charge a $30 fee to pay one little toll? I wont be doing business with them or their parent company, Hertz, again.

RENTED BROKEN VEHICLE. None of the charging ports worked. Also we were told a set amount and reassured by the employee that it was that set amount and we signed for it. Policy says you cant return vehicles after 2hrs. At 2.5hrs we received an updated bill for an additional $200 that we had apparently signed under the guise of a different set price. Management took no responsibility.

I say the experience stunk. Why do you even bother to make a reservation for a car if they are going to tell you it is not available when you arrive?? They stick you in the smallest hunk of crap they have. I wont be using you again!
