Great service. BUT incredibly pricey! To effectively double the cost of the standard oil change for the use of full synthetic is ridiculous! I had been getting my oil changed at the dealer for half the cost, but was in a pinch so I had to go to Victory Lane for the service this time. Will not be going back!!!

The oil change service was super efficient! Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. It was also very close to the highway, so it’s convenient for anyone in need of a quick service, even if they are not from the area. I will absolutely stop here again!

Went there today for the first time because we live right down the street and couldnt believe I got charged $99 for an oil change. Not to mention I had to ask about putting the air in my tires and they said how much do you want in there. Ive never been asked that before, any other place would open your door and check what it says. Also I get the receipt and it said they washed the windshield and checked the battery power, yeah none of that happened! When I asked about the price being so high one of the guys said yup everything is higher now just like gas and food thats why I change my own oil and dont come to places like this...REALLY! I cant believe he said that! This place is a joke and will never go back!

The crew at this shop are amazing. Sent my wife there to get her car looked at after another unnamed shop was rude to her and me. These guys took really good care of her. Thanks again Victory Lane of Howell.

Called to ask a simple question. Our rear blinker has been out for a while now, and we cant find the bulb anywhere. All out. We just wanted to know as a last resort if they might possibly have it for whatever reason. The man picked the phone up, rudely shouted they were closed and hung up the phone.... I get they were closed, we didnt know, but if you were closed, not answering the phone at all would have been a better option.

My father turned me on to this establishment due to their excellent customer service and superior work. They are honest and reasonably priced. Plus, they are right by the expressway which is very convenient for me, since I travel an hour to work taking 96 everyday.Id definitely recommend them to anyone. Good work guys!!!!

Overpriced. Doesn’t allow you to bring in your own oil (I understand if that’s policy) but I’ve not read that you couldn’t on their website. Website is Misleading, in price and policy. I’ve never paid $80 for an oil change, normally I tip pretty well to compensate, but for an oil change of that price. I hope tip was included then. But there is no oil that costs $74. If I can pick up the brand, type and allotted amount I need, and it’s under $50, then someone needs to really break down the price of $74 for oil on my receipt. Because I can’t justify that. If it doesn’t include labor costs and just says “74.99” and what type of oil change, than I need to know what oil brand this is that costs damn near almost 100. Policy or not I felt Very ripped off.The employees were brief and nice.

They were so sweet and helped me know that everything was fixed. He fixed my exhaust so my car isnt as loud and none of my dashboard lights are on anymore. They also fixed my brake lights and my windshield wipers on top of an oil change, which total only cost me $125 and seriously 15 minutes! These guys are so amazing, Im a regular customer now!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience, I will start with the good. There were four people working on my vehicle therefore it was a speedy experience and no wait.The not so good, I was asked if I wanted the light on my License plate replaced for $4.99 I said yes.For a high mileage or synthetic oil change it costs $59.99 basic $39.99.I was charged $59.99 but had a $5 off coupon( plus tax around $63 total)As I was about to leave I asked if the light bulb was changed, they said noThen they said they didn’t charge me .... ?Ok so easy math 59.99 + 4.99 -5 coupon = $59.98Not sure how I wasn’t charged....At this point all four people stood in front of my car for 5 minutes discussing what to do...no longer a fast oil change.The manager came over and said whats the problemIf you can’t do that math, I rather not have you touch my car again. I asked if I could just leave at this point.He then stared at me not saying a word.I asked nicely if everyone could move from in-front of my car so I could pull out.Once again stared at meI said maybe you could guide me out, trying to get them all to just move.He said that’s all you need?No sir I need my light you claim I didn’t pay for but yes that’s all I need at this point.Over priced, no line should have been my clue to not try a new place. First time at the Howell location. Won’t go back.

This is probably the best Victory Lane Ive been to. No one pushed me for a sale, they did a super thorough job checking everything, didnt rush me in and out, and even helped me save some cash with their rebate! Will be returning to this location in the future.

They did a great job! Only problem was I waited almost an hour before I could get in! They have 3 stalls but only had 2 open! Maybe there was a reason that I was unaware of, thats why Im not saying it was a bad thing but it does say on the sign quick oil change! Overall everything was great and I would recommend it to anyone!

I did have to wait about 10 min, however, once in my service was fantastic! I’m pretty sure the boy who did the oil change did everything that a “book” would say. He shouted all the things he was doing as he did them so I could hear what was going on, including tightening all the things inside. I’ve never had that happen before but I enjoyed that. They also checked my cabin air filter inside my glovebox. Great customer service. I will return

Last review was quite a bit a go and the place recently went under a management change. I pass by them twice a day on my way to and from work, so for me convenience was important.The two gentlemen who worked on my car were very polite, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. Thirty minutes in and out for an oil change and replacing my serpentine belt. I certainly didnt help with that because we talked quite a bit about cars.Never did I feel forced to do anything and unlike many previous oil/repair places that just said this is broken, I fixed it, you owe me, these guys showed me the parts; obviously it helps that I design cars for a living, but they didnt know that at the start. So I dont think anyone should be afraid of sending a spouse or teenager who will be duped into getting unnecessary repairs.So, yeah. I am very happy. Prices were good and fair, service was quick, people were very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Highly professional and I wish the new management luck in gaining the support of the community.

Service was good. The guys were professional. My issue was the price! Holy geez, that was expensive! I have never paid so much for a 4qt oil change! $96 seemed very high even with synthetic filter and oil. Usually pay $74 AMD they sleep out my car at my regular place. I was desperate and out of town. I found a $5 off coupon which would have been great but I forgot to mention it until he swiped my card and then he said it was “too late”. But what if I refused to sign it? He could have canceled it, but I wasn’t in a mood to argue. He said he would put a $10 coupon in the system for next time which was nice and would be useful if there was a Victory Lane near me, but there isn’t. I had never even heard of this business before. Not his fault, but canceling the charge and redoing it would have been very appreciated.

Recieved an early morning email that my wifes oil was at 5% and she has to work an hour away at 10:30 am. I raced to Victory Lane and parked outside before they were even open. The gentleman opening went ahead and opened a little early and started my oil change right away. This is not my first time visiting Victory Lane Oil Change, their service is always good but this morning it was outstanding.

The gentlemen who worked on my vehicle were efficient, courteous and transparent. If I could change one thing, it would be that when checking your lights, they make an effort not to mumble. I have been through the process before, so I knew what to expect. However, I know there are people out there who would have become confused at the garbled direction and moderately wild gesticulation. lol. Overall though, great experience. I’ll be back!

95 dollars is kinda high for an oil change... one car ahead of me. It took almost an hour, staff was friendly enough. Then charged 3% for using my credit card....thanks for oil change, but I won’t be back.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. But your prices for a conventional oil change was more than twice as much as them other stores.

Steer clear of this place. They didnt fully tighten my filter. Luckily I noticed the pool of oil. They told me a free oil change was out of the question, offered $10 off my next change. Cost me more than that to add enough oil to make it drivable plus I had to buy kitty litter to soak up the oil. They explained that my model was known for filters loosening...vehicle is 8 years old and its never happened before. O well lost another customer.

I will never go to this place again. They broke my dipstick in January and told me they would have a new one the next time I got my oil changed. Every time I went back for an oil change they had some excuse on why they didnt have my new dipstick. Even after seven months they still were making excuses on why I didnt have it. I ended up having to go to the dealership myself to get a new one.

Was taking my car here until they left a drain plug out. Big Rays gets all my business now
