This is the most thorough oil change shop I have ever been to. Everyone that I have encountered has been not only very polite but also great about suggesting necessary routine maintenance without pressuring you to buy or replace items unnecessarily. All fluids are checked and some are topped off free of charge. They also check tire pressure and exterior lights. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service with a totally reasonable price.

Took my vehicle in to victory lane in Brighton and had my oil changed. I felt like something was wrong so I brought my truck here and they informed me that an integral part of the oil plug was missing. Even though I knew something was wrong, these guys confirmed that my suspicions were correct. I did call victory lane while in cruzn quick lubes bay. The manager at victory lane said my next oil change is on them. Not sure if Ill ever go anywhere else. Last time I had something like this happen it required a new oil pan which was 375.00.

We pulled up-- the guy guiding our car into the stall had a mask on-- the one coming UP TO THE CAR to hand us the clip board. NO MASK ON. NOT COOL!! Wont go there again

Been getting my oil changed here for years, usually really good service. Pushy on the sales but understandable I always just tell em oil change. But got my oil changed over the weekend to find a streak for grease along the whole side of the truck. Definitely lost a customer due to complete lack of care. I wouldn’t doubt they didn’t change the filter on the other guys car. Like it ain’t that hard. Anyways they easily could have told me or just cleaned it off. Instead the just leave the grease there to smear down the highway.

Called st 345 there at 4 foot opened and greeted with a smile and a cute dog :) lived in Brighton 30 years and in my life never had a better oil change experience. Was asked about things but not up sold even told to bring back my wipers and they’d put me on free. Amazing place please support them

Convenient. Typically sales oriented. I can understand the need to increase revenue but dont do it by telling you need something that isnt required. Example, always pushing for a transmission oil change the is required every 30,000 miles. The owners manual states that it should be changed every 130,000 thousand miles. Honesty builds a better bussiness than selling.

Amazing prices, very speedy service, and some of the kindest people Ive met! One downfall is they do not tell you when something is wrong with your car, I had to find out that I had an oil leak from my mechanic boyfriend. So while a good place, be careful!

Everyone there was very respectful and they took time to check all our filters and fluids, and the prices are fantastic! It was all done in less than 15 minutes. The BEST place to get your oil change. I bring my Ford Escape there. Brighton Ford would overcharge so much for a full synthetic oil change, this place will never take advantage of you! Abe is the absolute sweetest. They check my lights, fill my tires and have VERY reasonable prices. You cannot find a better price anywhere. Plus the shop has an absorbable husky named Leo! I’m never going anywhere else.

Alex is always great. Fastest oil change youre going to find--and the price cant be beat. Between my wife and I, we both need oil changes every month, and I wont go anywhere else. If you tell them you just need an oil change, they wont tell you what things you should get changed. And they dont tell you that you need something unless you ACTUALLY need it. Friends Jeep needed an oil change so I thought wed stop in.Wow these folks are not your run of the mill oil change shop. They know their stuff, noticed a crack in my caliper assembly that was leaking brake fluid, showed it to me, explained their thoughts on a solution and took extra time out of their busy day to fix it on the spot. The Jeep took up extra space in their bay while they had other customers coming through for an oil change but it didnt matter. The Jeep wasnt safe to drive and they waited for the parts, offered me a fair price and fixed the Jeep up. I asked them to replace the brake pads while theyre down there--no problem and a fair price as well.They took extra time out of their day to help me out when Im sure more money couldve been made servicing other cars.Im a car guy and own a number of other vehicles. I intend to use this shop as my go-to mechanic site from now on.They also have an incredibly kind dog on site (Leo) should you need the emotional benefits that dog petting offers.

I have been coming here for five years. They are always pleasant and fast. They never try to up-sell. After he pulled the hard to get at air filter, He told me I had a couple more visits before it would need to be changed. I would recommend them.

The guys always do a great job on my oil change. They always show me old and new filters and oil. They also take time to show all other fluids and suggest changes or flushes if it seems to need it. They are never pushy if I say no.

Just not impressed with the quality of work here no more. Not the same as it used to be. Now i take my business to Big Rays down the road. Very honest guys and great work

The price is advertised as $19.99 for an oil change, but once I was there they told me my car takes a special oil filter and it would be $10 more. My car is 9 years old (and nothing fancy), so it makes me wonder how many other cars require a special filter. They also didnt turn off my notification light for the oil change, so I had to do it myself.

Ive been going there for oil changes for years and they have always been fast and friendly. I recently bought a used car off craigslist and asked if there was anything I should check. They showed me where the cabin air filter was. I watched them pull it out with a mouse nest and plenty of chewed up leaves. Well worth asking and Im glad I got a new one.

I used to go here a few years ago but generally I perform my own oil changes when I have the time. I was short on time and over on mileage a few weeks ago and decided to stop in. The place must be under new ownership. They first told me they would need to charge extra because my vehicle required 6 quarts of oil. Absolutely not, it requires 4.5 quarts, I know this, and I told them to check their book. Then they charged extra for my oil filter (which nobody else does) and charging extra for 5W-20 (which costs the same on a wholesale basis), they made an absolute mess underneath my vehicle. These guys are either dishonest, stupid, or a combination of the two. I will not be back.

Its funny that i found reviews saying these guys are criminals. Im looking because all 3 times ive been there for an oil change i have ended up with serious problems(check engine light immediately came on 1st time,car not starting AT ALL second time, and this time had a flat tire right after leaving 3rd time) the day/very day after, and everyone is telling me its improbable. I have a 2013 but still wrapped it up to coincidence but after other reviews definitely not going back!!!!

Had my oil changed there , noticed spots on driveway after . I found the oil drain plug was loose ( 1 1/2 turns to tighten). There are 2 things to tighten on an oil change , the filter and the drain plug. I will never go back there

I know they have a business to run b9ut all i wanted was an oil change and they literally kept bringing up every single filter in my car saying its bad. He compared them to brand new one and you could barley tell a difference. They looked a litttle dusty but they seemed very fine for now. So my 30$ oil change cost me 115$. Only reason i gave them stars is because they got it done fast

Fisrt tried to tell me i needed a coolent flush by showing me a meter with green coolent ( my coolent is orange and fine), second they over tightened the oil plug rounding the corners. Stay away.
