This company was legitimately a surprise. So nice to have your automobile diagnosed, and fixed, at a fair price. What’s the best part - walking in and seeing men wearing ties, having respect for themselves and the company they represent. Nice to see dress shirts/ties, not T-shirts/polos.

Majors is a very well managed and professional Auto service Center. Certified and very qualified auto technicians that will service most every type of vehicle. They have very clean customer lounge areas in each location. In addition to full auto repair they also offer a complete and very wide variety of tires for sale and well get you most any brand you prefer a very competitive pricing. It would be a good idea to call ahead and get an appointment for your vehicle they are always busy and sometimes scheduling in advance for your convenience.

Everytime Ive taken my auto to Mazurs Ive never had to go back to them to have it fixed again for the same problem. Very professional business. No wonder their rating is so high. I am extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism.

As always Ive been dealing with this company for over 3 years now they are fantastic with their communication honest with their pricing and evaluation and I couldnt be happier. I drive a foreign car and they have mechanics that are very well educated in dealing with these scenarios and our thoughtful in their assessment of what the issues are. I will continue to take my Volvo and my Acura there for any issues I always feel when I pay for my invoice that it is fair and my issues and the reason for being there have been resolved.

We took the car in to 3 different shop for a couple different things, these guys found it.Not only that, but they sent text messages every step of the way detailing what the status is and direct communication with my mechanic. After the inspection was complete they sent a text with a link with every little thing they saw, with pictures, ranked by priority. After everything was done, I was able to pay with 1 click through another text. How cool is all that? The entire experience was unlike anything Ive ever seen from an auto shop before!Finally, the customer service was exceptional. I found the Howell Total Automotive about five years ago when I had an engine problem with my 2005 Toyota Sienna the Toyota certified dealer could not properly diagnose or fix. I have been servicing all of my family autos here ever since. What has made Total stand out after decades of getting my vehicles serviced everywhere from the small independents to the tire and muffler chains to the dealerships is the level of respect they show for my very valuable time.First, the customer-facing staff is extraordinarily competent. Brett knows his stuff and is able to explain the root cause of my problems. He always gets right to the issue, offering the proper solutions without overselling. I have never received a going-through-the-motions (simply throwing a bunch of new parts at a problem without understanding to fundamental problem). In the past year I have needed major repairs on two of my three family vehicles. For both, Total staff recommended a stepwise option that offered a less expensive fix along with the full expensive option. In both cases, I chose the former, only once needing to progress to the latter when it became unavoidable.Second, use of the free loaner car while my car is in service makes for maximum convenience. When I call ahead for a reservation, the loaner is always waiting for me, started, warm and clean at the front entrance. Sometimes I drive in without reservation and am still able to take out a loaner car. The time this saves my family and me is invaluable.Third, Total’s staff provides solutions - they solve my vehicles’ problems with quality work and excellent customer service. Following major repairs, I have on occasion had the engine light go back on and returned my car/van to Total. In all cases they have followed up with tracking down the problem and fixing to my complete satisfaction on all levels.I highly recommend Total Automotive for car repairs if you want excellent customer service, competent repair work, and convenience.

We took my husbands jeep in to get his lights looked at and inspect it before winter kicked in. We absolutely loved the service we got from them. Customer service was friendly, we were sent pictures of car to show what needed to get repaired and the service was done in a timely manner.We will be using them again in the future for our other car.

Ive taken our vehicles here a few times. They are friendly, provide good communication, and quick turn around on repairs. The free loaner car program is fantastic and very convenient. Its a big reason why I have patronized this shop.I have two complaints, mostly regarding their pricing and presentation. First, Ive found them to be on the expensive side. The most recent example is a repair they quoted at $1,100, which the Ford dealer quoted at $857 (and we all know the dealer is typically more expensive then an independent shop). Second, when they call with the repair proposal, they always present this massive lump sum that is not broken out by item and will include some add on services. In all fairness, they are always willing to talk through each line item of the proposal with me, but you have to be the one to initiate the conversation regarding the cost and the necessity of each repair/service recommendation, and then wait on the phone while they work on re-calculating the costs.Overall, I would say that I am happy with their service and would return, but just a few things to keep in mind.

I have taken my car here a few times. While they are not the cheapest in town, they provide excellent service. They are very nice guys and they have very skilled mechanics. They also use high quality parts and provide warranties on their work. They also provide FREE loaners to use. All you have to do is make sure it has a full tank of gas when you return the loaner. They are also good at communicating and they either call or text you if your car either needs something or when your car is ready for pick up. They also do not BS you like some other shops and dealerships do. If they say your car needs something, it really needs it.I always recommend this place to my roadside customers if they have not been here before.And no I do NOT work there. I am just a very satisfied customer.

My family has trusted Mazur’s for many years and will continue to bring our vehicles there. The best customer service around.

I replaced my own ac compressor on my vehicle. They did a great job on charging my ac system no doubt there. Which cost me $155 but all the places I called around were $100 and bellow. They were just able to get me in the same day instead a week out so I figured its not worth burning up the compressor just let them do it. However after the system was charged the compressor wasnt kicking on they were going to charge me additional $180 for what they call stage 1 electrical diagnostic. Which if you are smart the first place you would look at is a fuse box. And all I had was a blown 10amp fuse because of the original compressor locking up. $180 to check a fuse seems a little steep, dont you think? Id hate to see what a fuse replacement would have cost me. Might be a great reason why you could get me in on the same day I called. Might want to just check the fuse next time and then bill for a fuse replacement. I will say the communication was great except the guy that called me initially at 7am and told me that you guys couldnt add compressor oil to my compressor without removing it first and then adding oil. I had to explain to him on how it could be done without removing the actual compressor and he told me that he would have to check with the boss first . And all of the sudden my vehicle was done and ready to go by 9am. Again communication was great about the vehicle but electrical diagnostic to ac charge in price difference is insane. Took me 2 min to find the fuse and put a new one in and the compressor kicked on with no issues.

Easy scheduling, prompt courteous check in, comfortable waiting room with coffee, prompt attention to my vehicle, found and repaired the problem that was missed by Brighton Ford service, very reasonable price for the work. I highly recommend Mazur for your automotive repair.

Had engine noise. Was told noise was coming from the lower part of the motor and we need the entire motor replaced for over 6000.00 dollars. Got a second opinion and noise was found to be the tensioner on the timing belt. The total repair cost was $325.00 not $6000.00 plus.Needless ro say we will not continue to trust our repairs to MAZURS

Had a disappointing experience unfortunately. Dropped my car off for an oil change, with any service they do a multi point inspection and told me I needed bushings, ball sockets and tie rods replaced because they were cracked and failing. This wouldve been an almost $1200 repair.Thought this was strange since I had just had a ton of service done to it the previous month at the dealer down in Texas before I moved up here. The paper from the dealer showed this part was in the green and not even close to needing to be replaced.So I went and got a second opinion at the Honda dealership in town. I asked them to specifically check the tie rods and bushings. The dealer also said they were in great shape.So long story short they were trying to get me to spend $1200 for a repair that my car did not need.Take any repair advice from them with a grain of salt and always get a second opinion.

These guys do an awesome job the initial inspection is astounding how well they actually look after your vehicle. every job i have had done by them has been quick cost-effective hassle free and seemed like they do a great job with the work that they do.

I had a great first time experience yesterday. I had a headlight out and a low tire light on on my Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. Both lights were replaced for the price of one and my tires were checked for leaks and aired up. I was out in less than 30 minutes and spent less than $40! One morning before I moved out of town my car had an extremely hard start and stalled in the driveway. I was able to start it later in the afternoon and I drove it to Absolute where they tried to tell me it needed an expensive part replaced. I was skeptical and after a $40 service fee I brought it across the street to you guys. After asking me some questions told me it was a rather well known “quirk” that the make and model of my car had. They didn’t charge me a thing and my car has been fine since. Mazurs total automotive has always taken such fantastic care of my cars. Today, I needed some repairs and brought it in first thing in the morning. I had to be to work, and no loaners were available (I have gotten several loaners in the past). They used my car, drove me to work, then drove my car back to have the repairs done. Once my car was done, they drove it back to my work so I had a vehicle to drive home in! The owner also gave me his personal cell phone number that I could text to keep updated on my vehicle. They have the kind of customer service that is hard to find-they treat you like family. I will never take my car anywhere else! This was the first time I have used this facility and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get my car in for repairs. I was able to leave my car in the morning and was able to pick it up that very afternoon. Joe was very professional and provided me with a very detailed cost of my repairs. I needed an urgent custom alignment and 2 shops turned me down given how custom built my car is. Brandon (the shop manager) was very pleasant given my demanding request and introduced me to Todd (technician) who worked on my car. They didn’t compromise on the quality of the work whatsoever. In my decades of driving and taking my vehicles to automotive shops in California and here in Michigan, Total Automotive is the best automotive shop I have dealt with bar none. Are they perfect? Probably not, but they are as close to a perfect automotive shop as youll get - my opinion only, of course. They are technically competent, honest, and quite easy to deal with. I actually get the feeling that they care. As much as is possible and appropriate, I take my vehicles to them for maintenance or repair, and I give them an unqualified recommendation, especially if you have an Honda or Subaru. Speaking as just a normal consumer, I recommend giving them an opportunity to work on your vehicle.

I broke down 40 miles from home in an unfamiliar area. Had to find a repair shop to have my truck towed. While waiting for a tow truck I called Total Automotive, explained my dilemma. The tow truck driver endorsed them which was very reassuring.I was very fortunate that they were able to supply me with a car to use while repairs were being made.Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Total automotive is spelled GREAT customer service. How many autorepair shops offer you a loaner to say, do your brakes. You dont haveto call days or weeks ahead. You dont have to get there at 7am andhope the work gets done that day. They tell you the facts. What needsto be done now. What can wait if youre on a tight budget. I trust themand I have never had to come back because the job was done incorrectly.Beside, the free water, soda coffee, candy and chips arent bad.I even take an extra on once in a while, but dont tell them I confessed to that.
