My wife needed a front and back replacement and The Fix was the best price overall. They had to order the parts but received them the following day but we returned the next week. The fix it the same day with good quality. My wife then broke her phone following week they where very kind and gave me a discount and fix it again with the same quality and in a timely manner again. I highly recommend.

They have really low prices on phone fixtures and are very informative on their products they sell and how to install. The best part is that theyre very fast. The only downside is that they might not have a certain part you need but once its in it takes minutes to get it repaired.

Went to get my phone fixed here and instead of leaving with a fixed phone... I left with someone else’s screen. I came in with a perfect screen. They spent days telling me their fixing my phone and never even fixed it!! Instead in now have a broken phone and screen!!! I went to the apple store to make sure they didn’t steal any parts or replace my phone with broken parts. And off purse they did.NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE A BUNCH OF CON ARTIST!

Came to fix my camera to this guys on my Note 5. They run a quick diagnostics on it, but it didn’t show the problem right away. They explained to me that they will need to keep the phone for 30 minuets, so can tell me the exact problem. They gave me a call in 20 minuets and Ralf me that it was just a connector that pupped out and it was fixed without any change. I appreciate their honest to a customer that has no clue what could be the problem! Extremely positive and nice stuff! Will come back to this place. Recommend to everyone to go and get their free diagnostics over there!

DO NOT BUY A CHARGER from this place. I purchased a charger from here and after hooking it up to my phone my phone was automatically disabled. I took it to the Apple Store and they said that its a risk you take with aftermarket chargers. EVERYTHING on my phone was erased, as I had to restore it to factory settings. This was very inconvenient and when I asked for a refund I was told no. The woman was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and would not even look at me while she was talking. When I asked to speak to a manager she said my manager doesnt want to talk to you. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU SHOP!!! A charger isnt worth possibly damaging your phone.

Came to replace my back glass for my 8 plus, replacement was good; but came out with a fried mothe board. Took it to apple and 3rd party to get my logic board redone... Apple mention that these company use heat gun to take off the glass in which they did “most repair store does that because laser is expensive”, couldn’t even fix the problem instead kept saying it wasn’t their fault...

Never had problems with my screen until i came to get my back camera fixed and literally an hour later my screen started bugging and now it doesnt work in the middle when im trying to send texts. some bs

The guy working said he would charge me 25 dollars to replace my screen IF it fixes my issue of having an ON black screen and wouldnt charge me if he couldnt resolve issue, which he didnt. At the end, he charged 27 dollars for labor, which was never even mentioned.... scammers!!

Awesome place. I went to 3 other places before I found The Fix. They were the only place that agreed to fix my Motorola. My warranty expired one month before the charging port decided to break. Anyway, apparently nobody likes to fix Motorola. But they did! Very nice staff and great work. The part took a little while to come in but i didnt care. Price was very reasonable. They saved me from having to buy a brand new phone. Thank you The Fix! Will be recommending you for sure!

I went in for a quote on an iPhone 6 battery, and they were cheaper than everywhere else I went. I automatically took the deal. Then they offered me an extra month of warranty at no charge for accepting their services. They also gave me a deal to fix my screen cuz it was cracked. They did my screen and battery together for $105, and they were done in literally 10-15 minutes, and my phone is flawless! They were quick, and offered great service. Im definitely going back for future services if needed!

I went to them about three weeks ago, although their prices were quite reasonable. My phone Touch ID completely stopped working after the man fixed my iPhone 6s Plus screen. When I went to him the very next day and told him my Touch ID was working when I handed it over to be fix and that after getting fixed, it STOPPED WORKING... He immediately got defensive and said it wasn’t him, that it was a software issue. Clearly, my phone was fine before he fixed it... Then two days later the screen cracks... literally by falling on my carpet from my couch not a hard fall at ALL. My previous iPhone screen fell once from couch and never cracked, till it fell on cement. I haven’t been able to go back to have a talk about my Touch ID due to work. They must fix it, but it’s their doing.

Took in my Samsung Galaxy Tab A for a problem with my SD card reader. Told me the card reader was broken and that they could replace it for $90 +tax. Thought this was more than reasonable, as my tablet retails for $200 new.They had to order the part and I paid 1/2 the total cost as a deposit and would pay the rest once the part came in and I got it replaced.The repair itself took longer than expected, although it was not the fault of the store. The company they ordered the part from had sent the wrong part for my tablet, so they had to send it back and get the right part. Once the part arrived, it took a day for it to be repaired and now, my memory card slot works as it should.I was offered a free item for my inconvenience, so I took them up on this and got a free screen protector for my tablet.Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and I thought the price was fair. I would come back here if my tablet/phone needed repairs.

I had a very badly cracked phone screen. It had been dropped from five feet high onto concrete. They were able to fix it completely in a day. Highly recommend.

These people are extremely cheap. Yes, they will fix your phone but they will use the cheapest least durable equipment possible. They fixed a shattered iPhone screen and less than a week later, from having the phone in a purse, the screen was cracked and unresponsive. It was not dropped or slammed down, it was sitting in a purse. When I️ took it to them to show them that the screen was unresponsive, all they would say was that there was “clear physical damage” “you could have dropped it” and argued back and forth with me for at least 15 minutes saying the same thing over and over. If you want a quick fix that breaks in 4 days, they’re your place. Don’t expect quality work or customer service though.

I bought a phone case and screen protector and spent $45. 4 days later my screen protector came off i bought one much cheaper and its still on my old phone. I wouldnt go back to them. Now have a small crack on my phone and have to pay $200 to get it fix. Not their fault but thats what i spent $30 for which was a waste.

The fix came in clutch, i went to a cell phone fix down the road to get my screen fixed and they tried charging me $239. So i see The Fix and they replaced it for even cheaper than that and they got it done in under 2 hours. I highly recommend this place. 10/10

What a RIP OFF, I had purchase yesterday this same case from one of The FIX little kiosk that it’s in front of Macy’s Men’s Department, and the guy sold me this exact same case for $35 (saying that originally this is $45-$40), I definitely understand the part they have to win some money from it but the part that really gets me mad it’s that he keeps repeating and repeating saying this is top quality, top leather, this is the best of the best + the case came with a lot of scratches, I don’t feel satisfies with my purchase, I feel very uncomfortable and I didn’t wanted to cancel cause the guy had already run my card and he was acting weird already... don’t recommend for cases purchase, next time I will get it from Amazon and it will be way cheaper

Today I had them fix my 3rd phone. It had been broken and out of use for 4 months. Friendly and reliable service! They even asked about my other devices that they fixed previously. If there is an issue with the service, come back in and we will fix it! Cant say enough good things about them! Not only would I consider going back there, I have gone back time and again!

Liked the the different accessories that the fix had there, found a screen protector that worked for my other phone that I had before.

I let these guys replace my screen and forgot to ask for a receipt. Now the phone gets super hot when I use it and I cant hear anyone unless I use the speaker, making a private call impossible. Even though all of the employees recognize me from 3 days ago they are unwilling to fix the problems they created. Bad work and bad customer service and they dont stand behind their work. Even if I had been given a receipt I doubt I would trust them with my phone again.

If I could give a lower rate I would went in to my son iPhone 6s Plus screen repaired . The price was affordable plus warrant . But his front facing camera didn’t work went back in 2nd day only for the lady to have a attitude didn’t want to fix it . She fixed it than his button came off went back 3rd day they told me that wasn’t their problem and that they could not fix it . Bottom try at your risk !!!

They have 2 places at willowbrook mall. The one next to sears, the guy working there is extremely rude and zero customer service. I had my phone fixed on saturday aNd after coming home somsthing was still wrong. I came back the next day to get that taking care , the guy want me to pay again for sthg thay wasn t done right i had to go to the next location close to h&M and they fixed it for me. He was a very nice guy. The price is expensive though.

They quote whatever price they want. Different everytime. Ill ask my manager they say lol. Anyway i think they messed up my phone. At first the battery apparently was broken and he put in a new one and everything came on i entered my passcode in front of them and i decided to charge it overnight and see if maybe it needed juice. I went back the next day and he put in apparently the same battery and it wasnt working. Then he got it to work but apparently it had to update. It was updating for 2 hours? I got mad and decided to just change the battery. I paid and mind you i fixed my.screen the day before and camera lens. $130 dollars later...it still wasnt working. At home it finally turned on just to see an activation lock on and a different apple ID because mine wasnt working. And when i signed onto my account on the computer the Phone was there as a device but on the iphone the hint for the email was different. Kind of weird. I dont trust them at all. They dont let you see what they do on the phone or their computer. Wasted $130 and two days and my iphone is not useable.

Wish I could give less than one star! I called the day before I came to get an estimate and tell them the part I needed (back camera lens) he said hed have it by morning. I showed up at 1130 and was told 45 minutes! 3 and a half hours later the lens was finally fixed! But I could see smudges on the inside of the lens and every picture was blurry. The guy first told me it looked normal. Then I came back with my husband and the guy said he would try cleaning it but if he broke it hes have to charge us for a new lens and that we couldnt prove it was his fault because I didnt have pictures taken with my SHATTERED LENS! IT WAS LITERALLY BLURRY DO TO THE VISIBLE SMUDGES ON THE INSIDE OF THE LENS!! rude staff and terrible service! 😠😡😡😡😡😡 we asked for the managers number and the staff yelled at us and said we didnt need it

I self installed a so called OEM battery. Phone did not power up. Brought in my Asus Zenfone 2. Kevin examined it and diagnosed the battery as not OEM. However, he got the battery to plug in. It powered up!! Awesome job at a reasonable price.
