I went to the store today (Tuesday) guy told me to drop the phone without diagnosing it and asked me to pick it up on Friday. He never tells the price and then at the time of delivery he drops a big $$ bomb. I went across the street and got it fix instantly and way cheaper.

The guy working there is always on the phone i had brought 2 phones in for a screen replacement and he said $50 each so i left them,when i come back he said it was $194 when he had said $50 each my son was there and he heard him say $50 he was saying it was 85 for each and that he never said that,i don’t recommend this place he is a liar and a thief.

This review is for CELL MART on Long Point but I learned while waiting out side for hours that the same guy owns this location as well.No matter what you do, do NOT use this cell phone repair service. Today, I dropped my phone off at 10am, he said it would be done in 30min - 1 hr. I told him I’d be back in 1 hour exactly. I showed up at 11 and he had a sign in his door that said “back in 30”. I waited outside his store for over an hour before driving home and calling him from a friends phone. He did not show back up at the store until after 1230. MY PHONE WAS STILL NOT REPAIRED. I demanded my phone back immediately but he couldn’t find my original screen. He put on someone else’s cracked screen that was way worse than mine... I refused to accept that and he said “well pay me $100 and I’ll fix it”. Sketchy.While waiting for him, I spoke with his neighboring businesses, they said he frequently disappears throughout the day and has angry phone-less customers asking to use their phones.This guy is sketchy. Do not use him, do not support his shady business or this inconsiderate business owner.

Sold me a phone that they claimed it was new. Turns out it wasnt . It has water damage. I tried going back several times and just kept telling me to go back the next day. They wanted to charge me 25% restocking fee. Im calling it a loss but i would say stay away from this place. I paid 550 for a note 9 and is useless it wont charge properly and has moisture by the front camera. Since the lighting is not bright like outdoors I couldnt see it. I went back immediately and they just gave me a different cable to charge the phone with and the moisture they said that it was just dirty when is obvious that is inside the glass not outside .. dont buy anything here. The phones they claim new are not. Scammers
