Apple store told me that my phone is not fixable and they offer me to throw it away and buy a new one. I decide to take a second opinion and I found Gadget Xpert on Google. So, you will be surprised as they told me, that phone is completely fine, just need to change one part. I still use my IPhone 8 already for a year and no problem at all after Xpert fix. Cost of fix was definitely much chipper then in Apple store I usually paid. Then I took all my old gadgets and Gadget Xpert fixed them. We saved so much money, because instead to buy new phone or tablet we able still use old ones. Thanks Gadget Xpert!!!

I went to this place some time ago but I kept forgetting to write a review! Now, Ive remembered. My S8 was cracked, lights all messed up, and they told me that all I needed was a new front screen. It was done in a few hours, at the price I expected, around 200. The lady was super nice (they also had candy) and she made sure that I got the service I needed by talking to her boss up front. Needless to say, phone is great, and they emailed me it was done.Whats more, they even checked to make sure I didnt have battery damage, because I told them about how the charge drained so fast. It was fine, but its nice that they remembered. They also have amazing cases. Said it would work like the more expensive ones, and they are sturdy. Ill come back for a new case when I upgrade to S10 (if I need it).

I had my laptop major repair done a few days ago from this store. The hard drive needed to be replaced and some other issues need to be resolved. The tech guy gave me recommendation and I did the repair he recommended. The price he charged was reasonable for the work and the work done was excellent. Now the the laptop is fully functional and working much faster and better than before. i am very pleased and I would not hesitate to recommend him for computer/laptop service to any family or friend.

❗❗First and foremost, I initially decided to call this establishment due to the high rating of customer reviews and it being near our home. WORSE MISTAKE EVER! If I could give a -0 rating, I would. The guy Faz said, hed order the earpiece part needed for repair on my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and that I could bring it in at 5pm on Monday. I was told the repair would take 45 mins and would be $35...well the saying, you get what you pay for is correct!! When I went back an hour later, my earpiece on the phone (which they were suppose to replace) still sounded like trash and to ADD, I now have a CRACK on the back glass of my phone. The lady that assisted me still charged me $35 + tx totaling $38 and some change and refuse to discount or do a store courtesy given they damaged my phone within a matter of an hour of being in their possession. She also tried insisting that I leave my phone overnight or bring it back for the tech guy to replace glass back and replace ear piece....I would have been a total idiot to do such a thing!! I advise any customer wanting to do business with this place to RUN!! Theyre not FAIR or HONEST with their customers!! I will NEVER return here again. However, I will return to CPR Cell Phone Repair @ Windermere Lakes which is a little farther from my residence but, they can be trusted and will properly repair my device with quality parts!! GADGET EXPERTS are NO experts at all! RUN, RUN, RUN from this place!!

(THIS IS THE CORRECT BUSINESS!)They stole my laptop and the $185 I paid to get it fixed. I went there to get my motherboard replaced, paid the lady after they told me the repair was complete. The only issue I had was with the computer not powering on because I accidentally put pressure on the motherboard when trying to make the screen easier to open and close. I got home to find the power came on, but it wouldnt boot, so I took it back. Out of TRUST, I didnt ask for documentation, I just thought theyd fix the problem and I would simply pick the computer up. Biggest mistake of my life. I never saw that computer again and when I went back up there to ask about it, the owner got belligerent. Avoid this place and just take your stuff to Micro Center or some larger more accountable business. When I came to this place, I simply wanted to support a small business and im all for it, but when it comes to my TECH, this business has forced me to change my tune.

Worst repair shop ever. Do not waste your money with them. They took in my Dell computer long time ago (about 2 months ago), and charged me $250 dollars. My computer was working when I brought it in, the only problem was that the battery was not charging when plugged in. They promised to recover data and to do a check (diagnosis) to see what the problem was.I picked up the computer few days ago, they could not fix the problem, plus it looks like the computer was damaged even more. At this moment the computer does not turn on at all, it was turning on before I took it in. There is a major scratch on the screen, they told me they had to work on the computer many times and it happens. There is a lot of dust inside the screen (cant clean from outside), again they said it just happens. Several parts inside the computer were manipulated, I am hoping they did not damage anything else inside. They did not take responsibility for the damage.After all this time I wasted my money and my time, additionally my computer was damaged even more. Now I have to take it to best buy or send it directly to Dell. Do not make the same mistake as me, I was trying to save money, but instead I am going to spend a lot more.

I disassembled my laptop to clean out the fan since it was over heating and fan was acting slow. Pulled out a power ribbon by mistake and didn’t know. Thought my laptop was doomed since motherboards and wires for laptops are really sensitive that anything could go wrong. Once I found out it was the power Ribbon I wasn’t gonna do it myself with my clumsy butter fingers so I went to three places. And they wouldn’t even touch it said my laptop is too old and I might have fried the motherboard my touching it and I should get a new one or want 200 bucks and to leave it in for a week when I knew it was the power ribbon a simple fix . So I walked in this place and Justin was really nice and took his time to look at it and hear me out and fixed it for me, he even cleaned the laptops fan for me. In under 5 mins Needless to say I’m Very happy! I would definitely recommend this place if you need computer/phone repairs

If i could i would give zero stars. I took an iPhone to get the charger port replace because my phone wasnt taking charge. When i spoke to the lady at the front counter she told me that it could be either the charger port or the screen, which i understood. I asked her about the price and she said if it was just the charger port that it would be $40, which i thought it was a fair price, she also said that if it was the screen it would be an additional $45. I was very specific that if it was both that she would call me before proceeding. I went shopping and about 1hr later i got a phone call from her saying that the phone was fixed. As go to the register to pay she tells me that the price for the repair was $95. I asked why and she said that the repaired both the screen and the charger port. I really wasnt intrested in spending $95 on an older phone but she never notified me before hand. When i asked her about her not notifying me first she started to act extremely rude and said that she was too busy to call me and notify me. Never again will i take any of my devices to these thieves.....
