Was recommended by Google FI to take my Pixel 3XL in for repair. The gentleman read all the communication from the printed emails that I presented looked at the phone and couldnt even identify it. He went to the back and returned after a while and said that they dont have parts and suggested I check with other stores. I call the other 2 stores and got the same reply. I guess that I will pay the deductible and get a replacement. I hope that the replacement works as well as the current one.

This business provided excellent service. Came in with a broken key on my laptop and an hour later, after some shopping in the conveniently located in this commercial area, the key board was fixed. A very pleasant experiance.

Man forget any tech store you have ever been to. This is the place you need to take all of your broken phones to. I broke my s10 screen and took it to bestbuy since it was covered under warranty. Turns out bestbuy does not fix Samsung devices. Bestbuy recommend these guys. Bestbuy sends all of their customers here. They did not disappoint. Luckily they had the parts I needed and were able to do a turn around service on my phone in less than 2hrs.(Would of been sooner but. I went on a busy day) the staff are very informative and answer any and all of your questions. Definitely recommend.

Very good experience. The process was very strait forward, they did a 90 day warranty on my screen replacement and used OEM parts. I had a small issue but they did honor their warranty and solved the problem right away! IWould definitely come again since they do work with all brands and use quality parts.

I do not live in Texas but while visiting my son I had shown him how the back of my Note 20 Ultra was shattered. I thought I would have to pay a high deductible and take the time to wait for the new/ refurbished phone, then send the broken one back and then do all that needs to be done when replacing a phone. But my son suggested to take it to Ubreakifix. Not only was it cheaper than the deductible but it was fix in less than two hours and I still had my phone. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this place!

That is the worst experience ever, they took my Samsung tablet and told me diagnostics will be ready in 24 hours, then next day they told me we need to order a screen to test it!!!we are not able to test it, why are you telling me that? You were suppose to tell me we do not have the equimpent to test it rather than wasting my time.

I walked in convinced that the connector port on my phone was broken and would require repair or replacement. The tech took my phone to the back and returned a few minutes later and surprised me with it working normally! Apparently, there was some pocket fuz or gunk that needed to be cleaned out. Theyre Samsung service center and for my Samsung S10+. I couldnt be happier I basically got a new phone with the components that they replaced, and did not lose any of my data. Usually takes about 2 hours to get your phone worked on just call ahead and make sure they have the parts.And they do just as good a job with Apple products.

I cracked the glass on my Samsung S20 plus phone that was so expensive. They were able to replace it fast for a reasonable fee. The 8 K camera was the whole reason I bought it so I was very happy.

Awesome Service! It was my first time at uBreakiFix. Went in to see if they could save my Iphone that was stuck in a reboot lop. Donovan help me and he was Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Donovan explained in detail the possible causes and solutions for my Iphone. Right away I felt in good hands, So I let them fix my phone and he was able to salvage my device. Had to have the battery in my laptop changed out and they kept me up-to-date with the order/repair process. Took about 2-3 weeks with everything going on and just after a month of use I dont have any problems and my laptop works great! I went into Verizon last week to get my phone repaired because I was unable to hear out of the speaker. Verizon referred me to this location being that it was across the street. A claim was never filed, they just told me to go there and said they had availability based off of their openings for appointments. I went there and told them Verizon referred me but I didn’t have a claim number for them to look up. Due to not having a claim as I should have for them to repair my phone, they were extremely professional and said that they would take a quick look and clean out the speaker. It was fixed in less than 10 minutes. They were so nice! I advise having a claim with your phone provider before arriving to save them time and yourself for future. I will definitely visit again. I came in to get my battery replaced which went fine, but I started to get problems right after I get in my car and now 2 hours later my phone screen no longer responds to any presses/touches correctly. I have never seen customer service as great as this place. They are professionals and their job performance is beyond excellence. My phone screen was shattered to the point where I thought it could not be fixed. I took it to uBreakiFix and met Jeremy. Jeremy was very kind, polite, educative and above did an excellent job in fixing my phone. I was surprised when he handed back the phone to me. It looked like a brand new phone. I highly recommend this place. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5.

The guys at this shop still do things the right way. Getting a phone fixed these days isnt cheap, but it beats buying a new phone. When these guys are done, your phone can look brand new. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the tests they performed after the repair to make sure the phone was 100 percent.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve used them twice in the last 2 months and the pricing has been upfront and reasonable. They even discovered an issue with my son’s phone and fixed it even though it was only taken in for a cracked screen. We will be going back with all of our phone repair needs.

I have never heard of uBreakiFix until my phone was broken and needed their service. Although I came in 10 minutes to closing, Jeremy and his manager still serviced my phone. They stayed an extra hour to ensure I left with a working phone and I am forever grateful. I would recommend people to get insurance if you dont, its okay, uBreakiFix will fix it.

I made a appointment to fix my samsung note 10+ cracked back cover. It was promptly taken care off. Fast and efficient service. They also follow the Covid-19 social distancing practices: masks are required and no more than 2 customers can be in the store at the same time. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!I went there on 9/26 to get my iPhone SE screen repaired and I came out with a phone that was deactivated and locked. Apparently my SIM card was deactivated in what they did. I will NOT be trusting this place anymore. So now I have to spend $150- $200 instead of the $108 they charged me to make my phone even worse than before.

Couldnt ask for better service. Jeremy, my technician, was beyond helpful and polite and although I came in to the store right at closing time, they were able to replace my broken phone screen that night. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Thank you sooooooo sooooooo sooooo much. These guys fixed my phone twice in one week. And you’d think I’d get a case...I Didn’t. :-(. One if they guys did however try to offer me a slight discount for my misfortunes. It really helped a lot. I also purchased the screen protector they offered because he told me it has a warranty.My entire phone situation is trash in general but they saved me over 500 so that I wouldn’t have to purchase a new one.Thanks again so very much.
