Look no further! The name says it all. I have used ER4Gadgets for several years. I am hard on my phones and had to have my phones repaired on several occasions. No matter how dire my phone issue, Roberto was able to fix my phones. He could have rightly charged me $300+, but he did not. His prices were more then reasonable. You can go to the Mall to fix your phone, or go to Roberto and have it done right. Ask for the Andrew Special! :)

A very interesting experience here. One of our older iPads (5th gen) had suddenly stopped working. We had previously had the screen repaired here (no problem), but this time things were quite different.u0003Our main concern was the lack of communication from ER4GADGETS. We called and visited on multiple occasions to get updates about the progress. After trying a different battery and charging port, we did not receive any updates for almost a week.Finally, I returned to retrieve the iPad. We were told the problem was with the power supply on the motherboard (logic board?). Im guess this was probably true, but Im not sure if the source of the problem had actually been diagnosed or this was a general statement. I dont know much about these devices, but the owner said we could replace the entire logic board but this is not cost effective. Perhaps a repair would not have been cost effective, either.In the end, we were not charged anything, which seems to be the business model of ER4GADGETS. However, the shop did spend some time looking at the iPad. We did appreciate this. Again, our main critical feedback was that there was no effort by the shop to communicate with us, we had to visit the store on multiple occasions to get information.

They never on time and full of empty promises. Garbage place, unprofessional staff. Cant fix my tablet screen for 3 weeks. They keep telling me every few days after I call them, its going to be done in a few days, but they come up with more excuses. Never called me back when they promised me. Do not come here if you value your time and money.

Took an iPhone 7 for microphone repair. Bad communication, no time frame. Was told to one thing and then told another. Waited for response from them and I had to call in to check on how my phone was doing. Dropped off phone with screen working, picked up phone and the phone is not working anymore. Not the way to do business.

The guy who works at this place is so nice and friendly!! He is helpful and quickly repairs your device. I needed my Apple Watch screen replaced and he was the only person in town who would do it for less than an arm and a leg. First time customers also get a discount. Would highly recommend this place. Will be going back for all of my electronic repairs.

Fantastic shop. All apple parts and perfect repairs, can use lasers to remove cracked screens and has all apple parts to repair phones from iPhone 6’s through 11’s! Several generations of equipment.Thankful for his quick service and personal experience and communication.

Cost $140 to get my LG screen replaced and took about 2 hours. It was done right and the price could have been worse. This was my 2nd time using this place.

I brought my iPhone to get the screen repaired. After the repair it was not working well and finally completely quit working. I brought the phone back to pick up, but no one was at the store. Store hours on their web site are from 10:00-6:00 Monday-Saturday.. it is now 10:37 on a Wednesday. Several customers have come no gone. Very poor business practices.

This is for a request for him to slice 3 wires. Easy right?For 4 days he strung me along telling me it would be done end-of-day or EOD tomorrow and then would have another excuse for why it wasnt done. I wasted at least 60 mi driving back and forth.Then when finally done at the last minute he silently tried to upcharge me from our agreed-upon price. He only corrected when I called him out.2 stars because he eventually did manage to splice those wires

Umberto fixed my smashed phone under two hours. Way cheaper then I could’ve ever imagined. Apple store would’ve made you buy a new phone with how bad the damage was but Umberto fixed it under 150$.

This store was beyond incredible!!! They are soooo nice and very reasonably priced!!! I took my Apple Watch to them and they fixed it 24 hours! I highly recommend getting all your electronics fixed here! Lastly, their store is so pretty and clean!

Thorough, exact and worth the price. I cracked my phone on that perfect drop. Spider web cracks all across the phone with chunks missing.I asked about buying a new phone at the office and was told it would cost $600. For $89 ER4 replaced the screen so the phone looked brand new. They also did it as promised in less than 1 hour.

Great service they seem very experienced in many fields. Up front about what they could or could not do to help 6A joystick. I came back 4 hours later and they let me know my son had worn out the transit or something to the stick and they had to order one that was for extensive use. But my son provided the part and theyre working on it now. Very pleasantly received very nice store front. Felt comfortable talking with them even though I dont know much about these things. Always made me I was part of the conversation of stuff I did know anything about. They were very kind. Never felt off tone or condescending. I was doing a run for my sons gaming Worn out controller and joystick.. I would be glad to Take business to them again.

He repaired what he can advising me to not to order repairs on the other devices I brought in when they were not worth the repair cost which saved me money. Would come back again!

Took my drone here to be repaired and they didn’t repair it at all i don’t recommend them for drone repair the job was supposed to take a coupleOf days they ended up keeping for a month them when i got it back it still didn’t work like wouldn’t even take off there’s no way they tested it before they gave it back or they would Have realized it wasn’t properly repaired i would Not recommend them at all for drone repair i own a phantom 4 pro and have it being repaired at another shop and if they were stand up guys they at the very least would have offered a refund or a partial refund but nope so do yourself a favor and don’t use them for drones

The place is really good and really bad. The good first. The place is clean and well organized. They fixed my broken phone rather quickly and it wasnt that expensive. The bad part is that the location is hard to get to. The nearby intersection is busy... Would I go back? Yes I am sure I will be back because folks in my family break their phones all the time.

Top class service and amazing work all accross the board I had a pair of bose 35q that couldnt be fixed other places and even, though they dont usually advertise fixing these they took in the challenge and, were so kind to do it with great attitude, price and end product. I dropped my phone and shattered my screen earlier today. I needed to get it fixed ASAP and stopped by ER4GADGETS while on the way to another shop that had provided less than stellar service over the phone. I was immediately greeted and helped by a great guy at the front desk who promptly took my phone and promised me it would be ready in 20 minutes or less.I barely had a chance to enjoy the free water, television and magazines before he handed me my phone, throwing in a free screen protector. The price was just what I wanted, the service was fantastic and my phone is as good as new - better even without those scratch marks! I would highly recommend this local business.

This was my second phone repair here. The first time, a charging pin was loose and they fixed it in a couple of hours. This time, the charging pin had broken entirely off and I needed a new charging motherboard. I waited in their office from 11-3 with no problems. They had to go get the part at 2. My initial quote was for a 3 pm pickup and my actual pickup time was 3:05, so that was spectacular. They have a TV playing movies so thats a nice touch if you need to take a Lyft there and back. Ill be back for more repairs in the future, Im sure.

While he was fixing my phone he put on a show that he thought everyone liked and left us to be. 25 minutes he came back with a smile on his face saying everything fine.after getting my phone i was proud of the service and the attention he gave a person in need of fixing a screen calling just 2 hours earlier for help he helped us the best he could

No one in town would touch my netbook tablet, but ER 4 Gadgets said they would. Whats more, they fixed it at a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. I am so pleased with their work. I would use their service again and I encourage others to give them a try!

I visited this repair shop today in a hurry due to an impending trip. I had previously been promised that the necessary parts would be ordered and ready only to be let down at the last minute by Fix Ur Gadget on S Shepherd. Luckily, on site they already had the parts required and fixed both the screen and camera in 2 hours and at a far cheaper price than quoted by the company mentioned above. On screen replacement, the phone trim was also replaced free of charge. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, unbeatable price, and very friendly service! They can fix SO many things!! I was sooo worried about a very important USB that had all our work documents that malfunctioned and I couldnt access the files. I went to Best Buy and they quoted me $50 for shipping and $450-$1,450 (yes over $1000!!) for them to recover the files that would take 2-3 weeks!!!! I was losing hope that I can recover these files that I needed ASAP!! This place is a gem! The price was very affordable, $20!!!!! and $20 only if they could fix it!! how amazing was that?? and they fixed it within an hour!!! On top of all this, the place is very welcoming and inviting, and the person that helped me was great in answering my million questions about other devices. Overall, this was perfect! I took my phone for a glass repair. After one day of not having my phone they gave me a phone with the leather coming off of the back and missing the two metals going on top of the speaker and microphone. Then I was told thats how they got the phone. It wasnt. Poor workmanship, no care for the product they get. Ill file a small claims court against them and hopefully they wont do this to anyone else in future.

They told me they dont have time to fix my computer, that they have too many things going on. So contrary to their advertisement that I dont have to let it die, thats exactly what it looks like I have to do. Thanks for nothing ER4GADGETS.
