Had to bring in my phone to have a cracked screen repaired. I had forgotten to check my insurance status before coming in, but Lucas was very patient and helpful as I set up the warranty replacement through my carrier while I was in the lobby. The repair itself was faster than expected and my phone looked as good as new when Lucas gave it back to me. He even said that the waterproof rating was maintained after the screen replacement. Cant recommend this place and Lucas enough - thank you for the quick service and the hospitality!

Great Experience!I needed to install a liquid glass protector to my new iPhone. The staff member assured me on the phone that they can do it & when I got to the store he explained the entire process. Sought help for my slim PS4 with the blue light of death. Thinking it would be a couple days, I was called within 4 hrs, Joshua explained the issues and options. When I went to pick it up, I believe it was Roy who explained the issues again and answered my questions. I appreciate their expertise and service. Highly recommend.

I had broken the metal part of the power charger off in the charge port of my computer and it was completely stuck. I had tried for hours to get this out with zero luck. So, I went to the store. The employees there were named Lucas and Joel I believe. They went to the back room, and somehow popped it out within minutes. They were straight forward and professional about costs if they couldnt pop it out before hand. I felt they were the few that actually werent trying to rip me off like a used car salesman at most computer fix it places. Have a problem Id check it out before the nerd herd at Best Buy.

Great customer service. They explain the issues with your phone. If they discover anything else while working on it they will call before proceeding and review the cost. No charge if you decide to back out of repair if you think it’s too expensive. I thought my screen repair was reasonable. They matched their online price which was a lot lower than in store without argument. Bernard was very helpful as was his coworkers. I highly recommend their service.Update.Screen replacement just over a year old and stopped working. Phone like new and never dropped. Took it in and only option was to replace it full cost. Disappointing.

I took in my son’s Nintendo switch last week. Lucas took our info and device. He called me back a couple of hours later and told me they had found the problem, fixed it and that I wouldn’t be charged. They were awesome!

Replaced hard disk in iMac efficiently, quickly and at a reasonable price.

They did a repair on my s8 and they did an excellent job. It was a fair price. They also do an all around diagnostic check of the phone systems, before they return your phone to make sure nothing else is damaged.

My phone wasn’t charging so I took it in to get tested. It turns out that the port was just dirty, and they cleaned it at no charge. Kevin was great. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this business. Something was wrong with the lightning cable port on my iPhone. I could not get the lightning cable plug to attach at all, so I could not charge my phone (except with a wireless charger). I took the phone to this place and just dropped in without calling first. Because right now they have exclusively curbside service, I just called from my car outside the store when I arrived. They answered the phone immediately, and came out to my car, and quoted me a price to replace the lightning port on the phone. However, the technician said that he wanted to first examine the phone more closely inside the store where he could shine a light in it, clean it and see if that would solve the problem. He took the phone and a few minutes later he was back at the car with my phone. He told me that what looked like a piece of uncooked rice had lodged itself sideways in the port, not visible from the outside, and was blocking the lightning cable from plugging all the way in. He removed it, the cable plugged in and the phone charged just fine. Problem solved. He refused to charge me. That is just wonderful customer service! Obviously, when I have a problem again, I will go back to U Break I Fix, and I will recommend it to my family and friends. What a great experience. I am so glad to have discovered this business here in our neighborhood.

UBreakiDONTfix is more like it.I have yet to be able to get them to fix anything. I brought in an iPod that wouldnt charge and they couldnt fix it. I brought in a droid with a cracked screen and they couldnt fix it. I brought in a Moto Z2 with a flaky battery and they couldnt fix it. Do they get kickbacks from the manufacturers on new sales? Because buy a new one seems to be their answer to everything!#Worthless!

Really enjoyed my experience with the team here. I brought my iPad in as the sound stopped working, turned out it was a small fix that just required a soft reset, and they technicians explained it all to me over the phone. They didnt charge me for the service either since no work was required! Super honest, communication is strong, and they know what theyre doing. Id recommend them for all my Apple and Samsung product fixes.

One of things I worried about 4 years ago when I transitioned to android is the lack of an Apple Store equivalent. Well, yesterday I broke the screen of my samsung phone. Went to the samsung website which recommended this chain of stores. I was skeptical at first, but the ease of dropping off, same day fix, and professionalism by the store was overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend. Also, much better than my wifes experience with apple stores more recently which requireappointments and driving to a crowded mall or shopping center.

I came in with what I thought was a damaged phone the had no working charging port. My phone got wet and one of the kids put it in rice. (Not me, i promise). Yes it had rice in the port. ubreakFix removed the rice, no charge, awesome...6 stars....!

I have taken my I phone here numerous times for various issues. They always figure the problem out quickly and conveniently for me, and at a very reasonable price. Today, I brought my phone in as it has not been charging easily for weeks. Literally two minutes later, Lucretia fixed it.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I have now gone to this place twice to get my phone fixed. Both times I called a head before coming. The first time, I called quote and told them I would be right in. I made the drive there and guess what after get there. I was told they did not have the part. They did apologize and said due to Codiv-19 shipments for supplies have been behind. Which is completely understandable. So I waited a month and called today. I made sure they had the part in stock before making the drive. When I got the Hunter wrote my phone up. He went inside to get me a time on it being ready. Then said it should be done at 7pm which is closing time. So of course I would arrive at 6:45pm. I called and told Hunter who picked up the phone. I was outside. I asks do I need to come to the door to pay. He then said he could not find the work order for my phone. Then started asking me for all my information again. This is they same information he personally wrote down himself earlier in the day. After that he then told me the phone had not even been looked at. However it would be ready before closing tomorrow at 5pm. I then told him I work all day until 5. I asked Hunter could someone please stay late for me to pick up the phone. Only because I really needed the phone back. He then said yes sometimes a manager stays late. I asked Hunter could someone please call me. To let me know the phone was ready. I told him I could try to leave work early. However if I could not please make sure that someone would be there. Hunter then told me well the phone could be ready on Monday at 10. After that I asked for the phone back. What makes me upset. They could have called at anytime today. To say hey sorry we’re running behind. Can we get your phone to you tomorrow or an eta. It is an inconvenient to drive there when you don’t have too. It extremely frustrating to back and forth with customers on pick up time. Once they are there to pick up and to lose their information. I personally feel like he drop the ball. Like never wrote my photo up on a work order.

I brought my Harmony remote to see if they could unscrew the tiny screws that had become stripped. They ended up taking it and attempting to drill the screw out as a last resort, but the results werent as perfect as they wanted them to be. I was more than happy, though, and was very appreciative of the work they put in.However, because they werent fully happy with the results, they didnt charge me a penny, even when I tried to pay them for the work they put in.Overall, great customer service and the next time I need device help, this will be my first stop

So today I went in about my Samsung Galaxy z flip because the crease was showing in the center and there was a pixel showing. I contacted Samsung and they told me since the phone was under warranty I should take it here and go get it fixed because they were a partner. I was hesitant because they came out to look at a brand new TV that was shipped to me by Samsung that was internally damaged but the guy came into my house wasnt even speaking English when he was on the phone talking to them and just told me I would have to pay for it because there was physical damage. I did return the TV however Samsung told me that there was no physical damage to the TV which means the god lie to me and I was like okay cool whatever. Today about my Galaxy z flip I knew the phone had no physical damage the phone is only 20 days old and he told me that his manager told him there was physical damage and I could pay $119 to get it fixed and Samsung would cover the rest which sounded strange because the fix is $119 and there is nothing else for Samsung to cover. So I decided to take it to the Samsung store about 2 mi inside the galleria and instantly the guy saw the phone said it was a common issue the same thing the guy at the store said and told me to just wait in line and someone will be able to fix it at no charge. Not only were they going to fix it for free but they upgraded me to the 5G version for only $23. Im not going to comment on how these guys fix devices here because Im pretty sure theyre good but when it comes to giving an estimate or identifying the problem I feel like they are scamming you because this was my second time bringing a product to them and they have lied to me and said it was physical damage in the company has said there was no physical damage after reviewing it. if you dont believe your device has physical damage and they say that it is take it to the manufacturer or even ship it in to them before you spend your money here

To begin my grievances, they took 7 days to just look at the computer, despite telling us the diagnostic would be completed by the 7th day. When we received the computer back again, we were missing a few screws that had been there before we dropped it off. The computer was also dirty, like someone had dropped something sticky across the top of the laptop. And when we received the laptop back, all they really told us was to contact the manufacturer, after they had it for over a week. Not pleased with the quality of service.

***ZERO STARS***Purchased a brand new phone had it for two weeks and cracked my screen, I brought my phone to this store for repairs. When I received my phone back the screen was fixed but my microphone would not work on speakerphone mode, therefore I could nott make video calls also. when I call the store next day to let them know of the damage theyve done to my phone they told me to call my insurance company as though they were going to get paid again. Because of this company I would not do business with asurion or them anymore.

Very professional and take ownership of their work. Replaced my battery and the speaker died. They knew because they fully tested the phone before I got it back. Made sure they had the part and I had it back to me in a few hours.Super nice staff. I have confidence in their work and highly recommend (was at the Kirby location).

My battery was failing, and when I arrived to drop off my phone the person who helped me was very polite. However, I have a google phone that is under warranty. With the warranty, I should have been offered a loner phone, and the Ubreakifix associate should have done a factory data reset on my phone. The associate did not offer the loner phone, and did not mention anything about resetting my phone, but he reassured me my phone would fixed that day. Fortunately they did not reset my phone. I asked him to call my secondary phone number when they needed to contact me. Near the end of the day, I called them to check the status only to be notified that they did not have the parts they needed to fix my phone. So, they initially told me they had the parts, and failed to contact me regarding the issue. Which means that my phone was there an entire day for no reason. When I went to get my phone, I found that I had a missed call from them on that phone. They had my main phone number, a secondary phone number, and my e-mail address, yet they couldn’t manage to contact me. My husband went there for a phone repair a few weeks before and ran into a similar issue. They had an issue, but failed to contact him regarding the problem and decided to just keep the phone that he needed…. After these continues failures to provide reasonable customer service, I decided to take my phone to a different Ubreakifix location where I had excellent service. Funny, I live right by this location at 5318 Kirby Drive, but I would rather drive across town for better service.

Worked w/ Hunter and Joel, both very professional, courteous, and fast to repair my Samsung S8. I had a sim card tray break while in the phone, so couldnt retrieve the tray or sim card. They were so difficult. I had to go back 3 times because they couldnt do their job but my phone carrier insurance kept bring me to them. When we finally got all the problems figured out a new problem arose but my phone was already there and they didnt even call me. I had to call them and then they acted so nonchalant about the situation. Ridiculous.

Stayed late to get my phone ready for me

I recently had an accident where my phone was left cracked in several places and the LED & touchscreen ability in the screen was damaged as well, leaving it completely black regardless if was receiving important calls or not. My cellphone service provider refused to fix my phone, but instead tried to have me buy a new one. Since I use my phone for business, that was the least favorable option for me. My iPhone 7 had the SIM card tray o-ring broken. Apple Store charges me $6 to replace the entire tray even my phone is still with in warranty as the tray is not covered by warranty.
