WARNINGThis guy is the most dishonest person I have ever meet. Stay away from this people if you want to save your electronic and money, because he will promise to fix it for less and ask for deposit and then they’ll call you to let you know that he couldn’t find the part and by the way your deposit is not refundable.

I dropped my laptop and the hinges broke. I took it in for repair and in minutes it was assessed and I was advised on what it would take to repair it. I was quoted a very reasonable price and in an hour my laptop was fixed. This is a great shop very knowledge, professional, efficient and personable! Excellent work!

Excellent service from Aria. Resolved the issue with my laptop in 15 mins. Note that the sign in the entrance says “Great Empire Service Center”. This made it hard to locate the store initially until I realized it was ste 151 which was on the road sign.

While getting out of my car earlier today, my phone fell from my lap on the concrete and shattered completely. I contacted apple genius, and they did not have an opening appointment until the following week. I foundcomputer+cellphone store on google with good reviews and scheduled an appointment for the following hour.My iPhone 7 screen was fixed. I was very pleased with new screen and even bought a glass screen protector and new case with stylus for just $20!...I definitely recommend Computer+Cellphone services.

I’ve been without my iPhone for about 6 months since my screen cracked came to visit Houston and found this cellphone place there really nice and affordable. I was greeted when I came inside the store, the owner working on my cell instantly worked on it in front of my face didn’t have to wait for him to go to the back and do it, only took about 45mins could of been less if I didn’t need him to do the iTunes update for me and to charge my phone. Will definitely be back if I need any work done by this lovely store.

I took my damaged computer to somewhere else, they said it will cost $600 to fix it. Aria (Computer plus cellphone) fixed it with less than $165. I recommend him to everyone that needs a clean and not expensive repairs.

I got my iPhone 6 battery replaced. It was $20 and took ~20 min. However when I got it back, the lock button and flashlight didnt work which appears to be a common problem after researching online. After some discussion, he agreed to fix it without charge. That took about an hour. Make sure you prove everything else on your phone is working before he starts fixing it. Overall nice place and a nice guy. Would rate 5 stars if that problem didnt happen. Maybe I was just unlucky.

One of the best places in houston to repair. after extensive research from iwstelecom to find the best repair centers in houston we found that this place is by show of hands one of them.

This place is a total ripoff. Just goes to show you get what you pay for. I took my phone in to have the screen repaired, now everytime I let my phone sit for 10/15 seconds the screen freezes. Of course they just tried to charge me more money to fix their own mistake. I wish I hadnt been so cheap and just taken it somewhere more professional. Stay away.

Was looking for another laptop repair shop that seemed to be out of business. I called this place and spoke with Parnia. She attempted to look-up my screen over rhe phone. She suggested I bring the laptop into their shop. It turned out to be five minutes away. When I walked in, Aria took one look at my laptop and said he could fix it immediately! This place was a lifesaver! My phone stopped charging 2 days before having to travel across the country. I went to a different place first, they didnt have the part and it was going to take a couple days and a lot of money to fix it. They werent even sure if they could fix it.I went here, not only were they able to fix it. They had the part, fixed it the same day, and it costs half of what the other guys were charging.

Cheap but he did a terrible job. I came in for a hard drive problem, he couldnt transfer the data to a newer drive. He installed a newer version of windows after i told him not to. The problem is that the version he installed is not authentic and now its asking to activate this particular version. Dont get any software from this guy, he basically made my computer useless.

Scam artists. DO NOT GO HERE. My colleague from NYC and I had some business in the area and he cracked his iPhone 6 screen. This place was very fast (less than an hour) and quite reasonably priced. The new screen was nice, but later that day, his battery was acting up, not holding a charge. It eventually would drop from 100% down to zero in 30 mins. Once back in NYC, a repairman opened the iPhone and found that not only did they neglect to use the proper glue, but also his Apple battery was replaced with a used, faulty knock off. Since hes never had his phone worked on, this place is the only suspect. Its sad to me that small business owners would ever risk dishonesty, but apparently this place would. Youve been warned if you choose to do business with Micro Empire!

Found myself down in Houston on business and dropped my laptop in my hotel room and busted the screen. Internet Search led me down to SW Houston and this store that also seems to sell Womens accessories (strange but ok!) anyway, they found me a replacement screen and installed it while I ran a few errands and had it back that afternoon. Ended up buying a used unlocked cell phone from them for way lower than ebay (Galaxy S5) because my current S5 was damaged. They let me trade in my phone as a credit against the other one. Guy named Aria (sp?) owns the place and runs it with his wife (name?) I found the service quick and the price fair.
