Very help and considerate of my concerns and fair prices

I see a lot of bad reviews but I’ve honestly only had one bad experience here. I was offered a lowball amount for an item but other than that it’s been great! They’re very friendly and quick.

I see a lot of bad reviews but I found this place on OfferUp looking for a phone. I purchased one that my husband like Samsung but end up changing it because it was changing slow they gladly change the phone and we got the iPhone 11 Pro Max for a bit more money we are both happy the price was fair and the wait was short.

STAY AWAY!!!! This place will take your money and do a terrible job of fixing your phone. My phone now has a red line across the screen from a simple glass repair. I asked for part of my money back and no response. Scammers and thieves!!!

They posted a ad for a used PS5 for $425 but when I got there they wanted $850. If you see any of their ads dont bother going to get it.

Too expensive they sell the stuff like if you buy it new they charge u for everything they dont give you the electronics whit charger and then they charge taxes it wasent like that dont recomend buying from this place

There used to be someone at this location by the name of Sharif who I believe was the owner. He had control over these people. It seems he has apparently sold the company, as it is a different person who answers his phone now. Prices are now significantly higher and workmanship is horrible. Had them repair my droid phone and iPad 2 this past weekend. Buttons no longer work on both devices. All I can say is check your device through & through before walking out of the store. And I mean everything. They tried switching out my Samsung brand cell phone battery with another one without saying anything = THEFT. They steal the good parts out of your phone and this time I was the victim. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Typical Middleastern trash. They offered no explanation for doing this, but gave me my old battery back after I noticed the switch and said something about it. Watch these people. They are scammers and you will be scammed. It is too bad since I have been going here and giving them my business for several years now. But not anymore. When I received my phone back this time, the new glass had been gouged and scratched badly in 4 places, the phone had no sound, and the battery had been (stolen) switched out for a different one. My iPad mini button also no longer functions. Folks, this is why I refuse to patronize middleastern-owned businesses unless absolutely necessary. Its like a religion to them to screw over their customers in any way possible, otherwise its just not worth it to them. I guess its just part of their culture.

Customer service is not that great they sold me a broken phone and when I tried to bring it back the man argued with me saying I was lying…I will never shop here again

They replace your parts with damaged used parts and are hostile and argumentative when attempting replacement. The quality of work is shoddy at best. My “repair” is covered in rubbery glue and bent replaced metal. I don’t feel comfortable (Covid or otherwise) returning to fix the phone again after speaking to their phone representative.Theyre not transparent with their cost model and don’t ring up or log purchases. The staff does not wear masks or require anyone else to wear them. Place is old and not regularly sanitized.

Reasonable prices on anything you need good friendly people

I been here a several times the hispanic lady in the front is honest when selling anything, BUT the black girl she is always trying to charge you extra.If they offer you 150 for your phone, probably they going to resell it for 270

DO NOT GO HERE, they sold my boyfriend and i a STOLEN phone. the people here are very very rude have horrible customer service. we went to unlock the phone at food town, the guy at food town showed us proof that the phone was stolen. i immediately called and informed them that i was not happy at all and that i will be coming to get a refund or a new phone that is not stolen. the guy “max” on the phone was very respectful and nice. however we arrived there and the first thing the guy said was “NO” first off excuse you, you shouldn’t be speaking to customers that way. So we demanded to either get our money back, a new phone they could prove wasn’t stolen or we were going to call the cops and address the problem. they took the phone and started talking in another language laughing so disrespectful. they took forever with the phone and were acting like they weren’t going to refund us. there was a cop outside and we were about to go get him. after they saw that the guy came out with the money for the refund. of course i checked to make sure it wasn’t counterfeit. after that we left the store. we drove a total of 4 hours and wasted our time and gas on these very rude people who sold us a STOLEN phone. oh and my boyfriend was trying to get this phone because we got car jacked at gunpoint and when we told them that they laughed like it was funny. if i could rate this place less than a 1 star. i would rate them -0.000001. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, PHONES, & CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

We had called world wireless repair before we drove from 290 and Antoine all the way to hillcroft in West Park and we got there the lines were extremely long and we were told on the phone 0 we were told that we can get $20 to $30 for each iPhone one Apple iPhone Apple iPhone was a 6S and perfect 0 other was a 7 plus in perfect condition these phones had no scratches no brakes nothing was wrong with these they were brand new just like brand newwe even checked the charger ports they were perfect shall we head out there thinking at least we would get 40 and then when we get there we get told that we only get 30 because theres something wrong in the back of the phone when we know there was nothing wrong in the back on the back of the phone the guy would not come out to the front and even speak to us 0 and then when we try to call him he saidwe must have talked to another employee that wasnt an on shift anymore I said he hadand the man on the phone started talking on little voice saying oh I can do that basically just mocking himthis is a horrible store to go to I do not recommend anybody to take their phones there or to go to the store for anything whatever they say over the phone is not true and itll be a different story when you arrive at their store

Most definitely not satisfied with the phone I purchased , with it being a used phone I was still expecting a decent working phone, while standing in the store I’ll say 2 to 3 people walked in complaining about their screen not working after the 3rd person I was real Skeptical to buy the phone but for the price I was like why not , long story short if you want a decent used phone don’t go here !

Absolutely horrible place. Heard one employee making fun of a black customer that came in. Lied about their inventory, called to confirm beforehand, got told and quoted one thing on phone completely changed upon arrival. Then when I explained I just talked to someone, no one took accountability and all of a sudden nobody answers phones. These people are awful.

OK JADE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Jade went out of her way to message me on offer up saying the store would by my phone for the list priced of 400. Confirmed via text also .I drove down to the store , about an hour , I get there and they decide they didn’t want to buy it for that price jade she would honor . They do not honor the prices jade offered despite showing them original message and a text from her . Terrible customer service . The employee here were just extremely rude handling this situation as well . No customer service skills . You should do your business with we fixed cracked only 2 miles away . Very rude my daughter brought her phone here 3 years ago it was a iphone they downsized the phone to a Android it was broke screen was cracked they be scamming do not go here for your phone services very rude never even tried waisted money they make you leave your phone to sell parts and tell them come back to get it

Who ever runs that store is incredible — they are great with people, they know what they’re doing, and they Do an awesome job of not taking long when fixing the phones. I fully trust Royal Wireless with all of my tech needs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!From the Store Manager to the Technicians to the Front Staff everyone here is clearly clueless of the operations on the store 9/3/2020 I inquired about an Apple Watch Series 4 (44MM) that was posted on a resell application called OfferUp I spoke with a person named Robb I explained to Robb that I lived in Austin and that I would be in Houston so that I could stop by and pick up the watch. So I make it to Houston I explained to Robb that I was about 5-10 minutes away from the store he said i have the watch at the front of the store waiting on you with your name on it. I make it to the store I park in the congested parking lot and walk in as I step in I immediately see the customer in front of me irate about Apple Airpod Pros that werent authentic being sold to him, I continued to listen to the conversation as he said this isnt the first time you guys have done this at this point Im tempted to leave but I told myself that my experience maybe different so I get to the open window where to Staff Members werent wearing masks I asked for Robb they explained that he wasnt there so I stated I was there to pick up and Apple Watch Series 4 the Staff Member says we havent have carried those in years.////// SPEND YOU MONEY ELSEWHERE PLEASE

These people are crooks. They offered me 200$ for a phone I was selling online. I drove 30 minutes out of my way and when I got to the store someone else offered me 150$. There were 3 other people in line and all 3 of them stormed out mad because of the store workers lying about pricing. Do not go here. Save your time and money.

The Blbest repair shop i found in Houston area

My sons screen was not just cracked it was smashed and had chunks missing as well as screws missing. His phone was repaired like new. No fuss, no wait, no problem. Great price swift professional service. Highly recommended

Royal Wireless Repair got me frustrated with their surfaces. What can I say - Bad repair service, Bad Customer Service. If I can leave a zero star for them, I would. I recommend you to stay away from their business. I asked them to fix my Microsoft Surface Pro 3. I had one crack through the whole screen on it, it felt once. The touch screen option stopped working after that crack appeared. I could only use mouse to work on Surface. That is fine - the crack on the screen was hard to notice. I thought that changing it might be a good idea. I brought it to this repair shop. They have told me that they will change it - NO PROBLEM, because they have another Microsoft Surface Pro 3 that they can use for parts. They sounded convincing. It will cost me only 125$. I thought OK - lets do it. What happened, they broke accidently two screens - on my Surface Pro and another Surface Pro for parts, when they were taking those screens apart. They have shown me both Surfaces Pro. The screens on both of them looked like they were after an explosion. They gave me my Surface Pro 3 from this store with the screen completely destroy without some parts on it. Three men were working there, and they told me, they think it is OK to return to customer her item in the conditions like that. Broken screen before and broken screen after. It looks like repair man there are not sure what they are doing. They told me that to fix screen now will cast me $380 plus man hour. The repair men truly did not understand what I was so unhappy about. I took my Surface with completely broken screen and left. Stay away from them - it will be the best decision of your live. Hope my review were helpful.P.S. I brought my Surface Pro 3 to another repair shop after this one. Man their looked at my Surface Pro, then looked at me and asked Do you have bad habits?. Tears through smile!

I dont like to write and post bad reviews about people business but you went too fare.if there were zero stars, I was going to choose. but I am speaking specifically to this tall, thin gentleman with the assit-mixed hair who sits behind the apple computer. In this live, everyday for the thief and one day for the owner. the police could not come to defend us but Gods righteousness exists. Phone repair person (name is Juggernaut) is legit. I give him four stars (missing one star bc he refused to give me a receipt).The phone accessories (same store, different seller) is a lying crook. Don’t trust anything he says. I paid cash for a case, only to find out after put it on immediately after payment that it does not fit perfectly. Seller claims he already entered the payment in his computer while standing in front of me in the ten seconds that has passed and refused a refund. I give him one star.

Took them a week to even look at my phone, I called them every other day, they just said they’ll look at it in a few minutes, then they said they couldn’t fix it. I got my phone back and the touch screen doesn’t work. They said they don’t break phones. Apparently the do from these reviews. They just laughed, don’t waste your time and money on these incompetent group of individuals. The extent of how unorganized these people are is mind blowing.

This place is the kind of place if you have the time and money. And a phone that needs fixing. Here where you should go. It is busy. This guy know what he is doing. Needs improvement on organizing, but is good service and nice environment.

A friend visited to get her cell phone repaired. They finished in less than an hour. We also purchased a couple of cell phone cases. One case fit perfectly and the other didnt, I tried to return the faulty one and they only wanted to try and make it fit. This upset me so I will not purchase any items from here but would utilize the repair section again.

BEWARE ! Came in to fix the screen on my daughters phone. After being told the price I asked them to go ahead and repair the screen on my phone, they let me know in advance my phone would still have some lines. What they FAILED to tell me was the surprise I got when I went to pick up my phones. They had glued another thick screen that was not even the size of my phone, ON top of my already cracked screen! It was completely not aligned, the cracks were completely noticeable and the screen they placed did not even fit the phone! Not just that, to make matters worse, they messed up my sim card opening AND on my daughters phone they messed up the sound along with the phone itself, voiding all warranty. I went in to repair 2 screens, now I am out having to buy 2 new phones. Not to mention they were extremely rude. i DO NOT recommend to anyone. Sometimes trying to save some money can end up costing much more in the hands of inexperienced people trying to make a quick buck.

Dont go there theyre not organized. They will steal your phone and sell it online. I took my phone there for repairs when I came back to pick it up they couldnt find my phone, no compensation for my lost phone, all they say to me was; since you have insurance on your phone go get another. Make sure they give you receipts for everything because they will deny doing business with you and keep your phone. They are thiefs. Stay away.

Terrible service & customer service. I came in needing a screen replaced... turned into a battery problem so I paid for that... next I check my camera and it was a yellow hue. I spent 80 dollars on terrible work. If I could give this place no star then I wouldve done just that! Multiple times I asked for the lady and guy to check out my camera he kept telling me theres no problem and there clearly was. I asked around the store... everyone said the same thing the camera was yellow. Im very hurt and disappointed by this action.

I went into this store today to get my phone re-fixed after I went there yesterday to get the screen fixed and they failed to do that right. So on today when I went back to get it fixed for the second time, they lady in the front already had the rudest attitude and so did the rest of the staff. They had the worst attitudes and customer service I have ever experienced. Mark got my iPhone 4s front glass replaced in about 20 minutes while I was waiting there. He was also multi-tasking. Pretty efficient service. I would recommend.

I had VERIZON phone.... but they made it ATT..... i cant use any service now... just amazing how they can be so un-educated...Even though They own Repair shopthey dont do much of repair... or they dont have any good knowledge of it...they DONT have any knowledge of how to fix phone correctly... here...They will try few things and they will be like bro we need to do some more things to make it work... but... you need to pay for it..... even though i damage your phone more.... The only place in town that wont take your phone from your sight while repairing it. And this means a lot in this untrusting world. Im done taking my phone for repairs anywhere else. Wanna see a genius at work? My work phone was repaired,taken apart, after my screen was shattered, while still ringing. Im definitely not looking forward to it, but I will be a repeat customer and recommend all who agrees you get what you pay for. Amazing how the time I was sitting there not one customer android or iphone was able to leave without a deal. I think the owner is the dad and the godly technician is named Sheriff. Its a momma pop spot that still operates with respect for others and quality in their work. My 5 stars given are well deserved.

They fixed the shattered glass on my Note 4 within a couple of hours and cheaper than several of the places that I had called. It looks great. What else can you ask for?

Positive experiences with this shop. The owner is a tech wizard whos fixed phones since he was a boy. Talk about commitment. Ive brought numerous iPhones in and have always been pleased with the quality of the repair. The one time there was a technical difficulty, Shariff was prompt and professional to correct it. He runs a good business, the volume of the clientele affirms that.

DO NOT GO THERE!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR PHONE!!The place was very sketchy but i still went. It was so unprofessional, and they had mice running around. I went in for an iphone 6 battery replacement, and the guy put a broken battery in my phone and didnt broke my phone, for which I had to repair at another place. After all the distress, this guy STILL wanted me to pay for a broken battery, which i didnt. The staff was disrespectful and disgusting. They talked about me in a very harassing way in another language, because they thought i didnt understand it. Overall, please save yourself stress, money, and time. DO NOT GO HERE!

They fixed the LCD on my phone in 30 mins and it was pretty cheap too. I had checked with several other repair shops but they had the best prices and by far the best customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Best service for a good price. I have always used my iphone to run my business so I wont just trust anyone to fix it. Here, they are very quick and efficient, knowlegeable, professional, and kind. I have sent many people here and always hear that the service was awesome for them as well!For some of you who have complaints, there are signs of their policy in CLEAR VIEW for all to see. Also, they do not push accessories to anyone, that is a separate part of the store.Keep up the good work!!

This place is completely unprofessional. I called here and the women literally hung up on me 3x. I called to ask where a supervisor was and she was like I am the supervisor. I asked her why she was being unprofessional and hanging up on people and she had NOTHING to say worth real merit. If you want to repair your phone, do that but if youre expecting professionalism of ANY kind you will not get it here. They steal peoples phones and dont answer your questions directly. The manager is a complete idiot and extremely rude. (I guess that $15/hr theyre paying her doesnt pay enough to make her a polite and professional.) And if the owner sees this, he should fire her because shes definitely making him lose business.

DO NOT BUY A CELLPHONE HERE (NO REFUNDS) because they are all throwaways. I had to change my previous positive review about successful phone repair. They do have decent cases and accessories. I made the mistake of buying an IPhone 6 here 2 weeks ago. It was sold to me as unlocked but new. NO REFUNDS. The phone never worked right; screen glitching burning down the battery. After letting them repair this “new” phone unsuccessfully they gave me another iphone 6 with phone service connection problems requiring complete resetting and redoing wireless internet passwords multiple times a day. What a headache. I wasted almost $300 that I can’t get back. They only offered to upgrade me to a 7 o higher for $500+ but now I believe all their phones are refurbished and I would be a fool to spend another dollar in this store.

He was nice but the repair of my phone glass was mediocre at best the touch response was at about 70% and there were hairs under the glass he installed and it kinda bothered my OCD so I just went and got a new phone about 2 months later.

In February, my husband and I came to Royal wiless repair 7350 Harwin, 77036 to fix our iPhone 6 Plus. They always did not keep their promise and always change their prices. They also promised to return another working phone or get a new phone from Apple for us But all of reasons was lied to cover for their rude actions. After many times, we did not have any phone. They had given a new address for us to pick it up: 7010 Harwin, 77036.However, New employees and new address still continue to lie and steal our phone. When I requested my phone, they threw a lot of caution papers on my head. A elder man promised to returns my phone at 12 pm in a next day but next day he broke his promised again and again even a man at the front desk said he did not repair my phone yesterday😡.???? I had called the police for my case. I did not want to tell my story anymore because now I have a plan to treat them. But I want to warn everyone that this service very bad, not worth one star. Anybody give me 1 million I swear I will not go back there again. I also want another beautiful day, their service disappeared on the face of the Earth. I hope they will reap what they sow from their God !!!

OMG this place is 1)DISGUSTING, Completely infested with ROACHES/BUGS. 2)the employees are PREJUDICE towards BLACK PEOPLE. 3)employees DONT know how to speak to customers!! Employees are unprofessional.I called and told them my iphone 6 plus was severely cracked, at the time everything on my phone still worked. They told me the screen would cost $70 to fix over the phone. When I arrived a different person told me it would cost $90. The service was fast, but after leaving my front camera did not worked and i could only hear my phone calls on speaker phone.I returned a few days later to have them look at my front camera. They claimed it was already broken but stated they would look at it. They said I might need a need a new camera which would cost $15. (I had no intention of spending more money, I just wanted them to fix what they broke. If they could not fix it my intention was to get it serviced elsewhere). Before asking me if I wanted to pay for a new camera the tech guy put one in anyway and attempted to charge me $20, which was more than I was told. He then attempted to make it seem like I was getting a discount by asking another employee how much the service was, he stated $30. Frustrated I paid the whole $30 (double the price I was told initially).Im not sure if they did this because I was a woman or what but I will NEVER get anything serviced here. I would rather go to a more professional business with upfront prices and warranty for their services. This place could not even offer a receipt! I ultimately ended up paying more than expected.

I got my phone fixed within 45 mins for the quoted price. Only thing I didn’t like was the color lcd screen that they had and I really had no choice to get it, since the black one was not in stock. It will work for now until I can replace my phone with a newer model.

Called ahead and got a quote to replace my Galaxy S4 and S3 screens and got it replace within two hours. Reasonable price too.Thanks

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I left a phone and an i pad to be fixed. Both items where supposed to be picked up 3 days later but where not ready. When I asked for my items back, I was accused of theft. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAD REMOVED SOME PARTS FROM MY PHONE. I had never had such an experience before. I found out later from talking to other customers that they notorious for disrespecting customers when they dont do the job. I also found out that the bulk of the repairs is actually outsourced to another business. I am surprised that they actually have up to 4 stars on yelp as I met other customers that were dissatisfied with them. I hardly write reviews, especially negative ones but when ive had a terrible experience with a place of business, I feel the need to warn others. There are so many other better and trustworthy options around the Harwin area for phone repaired and accessories. PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SANITY. The young owner (I believe his name is Shariff) is so disrespectful of women.Beware of any review that praises this business. Most of the positive reviews where written by them and people they must have hired. They have 1 star rating on BBB and many negative reviews from other customers. They should be reported as a fraud.

Do not go here ! Ive been to this place 3 times to get the same phone fixed over and over again. At first it was just to fix a cracked screen but then after replacing the screen they didnt connect the sensors so I had to drop it off again and they kept my phone over night ! Yesterday I dropped my phone off again because the screen just popped off. Today I went to pick it up I decided to try to turn it on in my car before I left(usually when you get your phone back its always dead doesnt matter if its at 100% or turned off) and for some reason it wasnt charging or lighting up. I went back inside to show them that the phone is completely messed up after being in their care overnight a woman with a bad attitude had the nerve to tell me that she doesnt think my phone was working to begin with but then stated that my phone was vibrating and going off yesterday when I dropped it off and also stated that when they put the screen on they didnt turn it on(which basically mean they didnt even check to see if the screen worked after working on it 😡) the guys that work there are okay its just the new female worker they decided to hire is the problem. She makes up false accusations shes unprofessional.For someone who works at a cell phone repair shop she doesnt have the best customer service skills I wouldve much rathered talk to someone who hardly knows English than a ghetto Latin chick.

Phones are junk here and overpriced.

Stay away from this repair shop! They are crooks who despite the great price, put lousy parts on your cell phone. I brought an iphone 6 plus for screen replacement and was made to wait for 3 hours, and when i followed up, he told me in a rude manner just to wait. Later he said I need a new battery, which i agreed. I also gave an Iphone 6s for repair and will be back later for it. After a day, the screen was bad and the battery was bad too (refurbished or defective parts???). Kept following up but Shariff (manager) kept delaying. After five days went back, had 6 plus replaced screen again (after a day was bad again) and my 6s was missing and they kept telling me to wait while they look for it. After an hour, I decided to leave and count my losses. Avoid at all costs. Bad management and very bad parts. Also, IRS should check on them because I asked for a receipt and they wouldnt give one and only accepts cash.

Avoid , avoid, avoid!!! Dropped my phone off a week ago and now they cant find it. Unprofessional staff kept giving me the run around. I arrived to Royal phone repair today after they told me it was ready. Nope!! Supposedly they are working on it so they tell me to wait an hour. I wait TWO hours and thats when they tell me its lost. Saturday afternoon gone dealing with this B.S. unorganized shop. Once again avoid. You have been warned.
