Came in for a iPhone 8 screen repair. The screen was shattered and stripes were running down the screen whenever I turned it on. Adam had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and the price was great. Great service here. Replaced my wifes iPhone 6+ screen for a very reasonable price in 20mins. Spent some time trying to save my iPhone after it drowned in the pool, was unfortunately unsuccessful but did not charge me for all the time and effort he spent. Would strongly recommend him.

The website quoted $89, so I drove from Katy, because the store here said $129. Once I got there, they said that since there was green flashing on my screen that it would now be $129. Also said Grade A iPhone parts, which one would assume is actual Apple parts. The screen now works, and looks good, and their turn around was quick, which is why Im not giving them one star, but the screen does not look like the original Apple screen. Really frustrated that I drove an extra 20 min to get the same thing I could have gotten 5 min down the road at the exact same price.

Called and told the guy what the problem is... he said he could fix it for 50. It was a wifi issue.. drove an hour away and now he is here telling me is $400 to fix... which i wont do it.. i had another i phone that need it screen repair and i figure since iam here , he said is 60 for screen repaird i asked if he would do it for 50 hoping he will do it for the inconvenience.. he declined i had the money but i just didnt felt like doing business with someone that made me drive for nothing and not wanting to work with me for the inconvenience... bad experience with this guy

I went to get a tablet fix and a day later I got it, I didn’t really checked it when I got it back which was my fault. I get home and let my nephew borrow the tablet and he cut himself with glass sticking out on the side and the screen was popping out. I called Monday since they were closed Sunday and he told me to take it back, which I did and it was really horrible customer service. He basically laughed and asked me “what do you want me to do”. Would not recommend to anyone, save your money and take your business elsewhere.

My iPhone 7 screen was cracked. Took it in and the whole screen replacement process took 20 minutes and was painless. Phone looks like new. All for 1/3 what it would have cost me at the Apple Store. Highly recommend.

IPhone 7 screen replacement - service was quick - walk in and only 30 min to replace screen. However, parts are not original Apple equipment and do not fit flush with phone face and colors are dull. Screen is functional, but wish I would have known this before going there to get the screen replaced. Would have paid the extra $20 at the Apple store instead.

My iPhone 4s lock button just stopped working a couple of days ago. I spent a few days using the gestures feature before I heard about this place. Adam fixed it in just under half an hour for $50 and was very professional and nice; could not have been an easier or better experience. The store itself is a simple setup, but the waiting area has comfy couches and a very nice TV. This is my first time dealing with iPhone repairs, but I will definitely go straight to Adam if I have any problems in the future.

I had a great experience with Mai at Houston iPhone Repair. I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I checked around a few places and Houston iPhone Repair was close to me and the fee for repair seemed reasonable. They took care of the repair quickly and perfectly. Within a week I dropped my phone in water and got it pulled out quickly. At first it seemed fine, but within 10 minutes some of the keys were not working. So I took it into the same place again and Mai quickly opened it up and got it dried out and put back together. Initially it was going to take a while but I was pressed for time for a family obligation so Mai worked me in quick. It did not need any parts so she did not charge me a fee to get it all dried out. I will use them again next time!

My iPhone 5s front screen was completed shattered and they were able to fix it in less than 20 minutes! The office is nice and has a play section for kids which helped keep my son entertained while we waited. The price was very affordable!!!

I’ve been getting my phone fixed from this guy since I had my iPhone 4, he does a fantastic job and he does it quickly. I’m quite clumsy so I come in to see him at least twice a year or so and he’s always so friendly and knows exactly what the problem is, he tells you the problem(s) and he fixes them. He’s amazing!!!

Have replaced three iPhones, 5S and 6. Prices were lower than other places I went. Services were quick. The third time the touch screen was slightly difficult in use and the guy changed it with no questions. I strongly recommend this place.

My IPhone didnt have simple broken screen or cosmetic issues, I had a phone that seized working on me and I needed all the information inside that very important, I went to 8 other places and they all said, may you are gone, there is nothing we can do, until I handed my phone to Adam, he took my phone went behind his workstation and all I heard was click click click, 5 minutes later he gave it back to me booting screen, wooow, I must tell you he might be a cyborg, or something. I am a very happy customer. Best of the best here... Worth every penny...

I walked in on a Friday morning with a shattered iPhone5 screen. I checked with the Apple Store and it was about $160 to fix my screen plus I needed to make an appt days in advance. If you need your screen fixed fast (20 minutes, I swear) with quality service and an affordable price ($135) then this is your place! Highly recommend!

Go spend the extra $50 and have it done at Apple. The price was right, and the service was quick and efficient. However, the new screen was not visible through polarized glasses (unlike the factory screen). Also, the new screen had issues texting and typing as if the touches were not as accurate. In short, the screen appeared to be a lower quality replacement and I was not happy with it.

I come home and call Adam they say they have it pay the phone then send me the wrong phone . lost my teen age daughter phone and im going threw hell with her. I dropped my phone and the screen was smashed up i took it to them around 4:44 and at 5:10 she came back it looked brand new. The touch works perfectly, everything works fine and now i don’t have to tell my momma.

I went there to get my iPhone 4S screen replaced. They had it done in about 40 minutes. I had to go back because there were lines on the screen (screen assembly not attached to logic board securely), and they immediately fixed the issue when I brought it back an hour later.Recently the screen on the same phone shattered so I ordered the part and went to replace the screen myself. As I was disassembling my phone, I noticed there were many screws missing from the inside of the case (including the one that holds the wireless antenna in place) and there was an entire EMF shield missing.I was livid when I realized how many parts were missing from in my phone and I would have given them only one star, but they were very pleasant when I brought in my phone and replaced my screen very quickly.

I dropped my phone and the entire screen shattered. I took my phone here and the screen was replaced for a fraction of the cost that Apple would charge me, and in a matter of about 15 minutes! The guy was so very nice and the waiting room comfortable with a large tv while your phone is being fixed. After returning home I noticed the front camera was not working (due to the drop) either. So I took it back a week or so later, and he opened up the phone, and investigated the issue and fixed that too, but free of charge! What amazing service! I will always go back here for iPhone fixes and highly recommend you go too!

DONT TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE!!! You might as well purchase a new phone. I had to drive back there 3 times for something Adam didnt properly fix. I asked for a refund and he said NO. He doesnt use new screens because if he did, he wouldnt hide what he was doing. Better off doing an insurance claim. I spent $250 in one month at this guys store to only have to do an insurance claim for another $199. Hes a CROOK!!!

Go spend the extra $50 and have it done at Apple!!!!The new screen has a yellow tint and is not visible through polarized glasses (unlike the factory screen). Also, the new screen has sensitivity issues which are extremely frustrating (i.e. talking on the phone and all of the sudden it goes to mute or speaker or contacts or facetime). The screen is definitely a disappointing low quality, sub-standard replacement.

This guy is the best. I originally took my iPhone 5 to Dr. Laptop and they botched the job. I was having the screen repaired and when I got it back the screen was several millimeters higher on one side than the other, he blamed a bent chassis and said there was nothing I could do. He also left the screws at the bottom a couple turns out so that they snagged on everything. I was recommended Houston iPhone Repair from my I guy and he bent or filed out the damage in the aluminum and now it looks perfect. He even had a pen to cover up the exposed aluminum due to Apples crappy anodized design.It only took him 5 minutes so he wouldnt accept payment, so I felt obligated to at least write him up on Google.Im never going anywhere else.

I came here last week to inquire about pricing to fix/replace a broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy tablet. An Asian man appeared from around the back looked at my tablet for 2 seconds and told me it would cost $70 to fix. $70??? I can buy a BRAND NEW ONE at Walmart for $78!! Plus I know the screen only cost about $12-$15 dollars (look on eBay and buy the screen yourself) Such a rip-off I walked out of the store

Great service. I shattered my iphone 5s screen. Went in to his shop, but he didnt havent any 5s screens in yet. Said he would call when they came in. 2 weeks later he called, I brought my phone in and he replaced the screen in under 30 minutes for the price he quoted.

Poor and rude customer service. I called in to quote a LCD screen replacement for my Galaxy S4. A guy with an Indian accent answered the phone (with an inpolite way). He quoted me $250 for the replacement (they website listed $248). I asked him whats the different for others that listed on Craiglist that only charge for around $150? He just told me to go a head for those listed on Craiglist. I am just trying to know what they provide since there are price different. I dont mind to pay extra since the location is 5 minutes from my work place if he tell me that they provided some kind warranty or some professional job gurrantee, etc. Does this guy realize who is the customer in this situition??
