Poor results.On 10/25/2020, I went in to get my front screen fixed. I have an iPhone 11. Nothing was wrong with the screens function, it was just really cracked up. I didnt realize it was so close to close, but the two young men were polite.The first time I got my phone back, immediately, the face ID would not function. I took it back inside and and they checked the connection. I was given back my phone and the face ID still wouldnt function. One of the young men suggested turning my phone off and back on; after 3 tries at home it worked.!!! My screen is not flushed with the phone frame, at the top right corner. I can hear and feel the click when I try to press the screen there, I also have to press REALLY hard to swipe down the control center, and please forbid theres an add, I have to assault my phone just to close the add! I wasnt going to say anything and I was just going to fix it myself, like I usually do anyway. I just keep getting so upset when I have to deal with this poorly installed screen!!!! Sidenote: Please tell your customers that the water resistance will be gone BEFORE you work on their phones. And please say something other than Oh and your water resistance is gone, so dont get it wet, as theyre leaving the counter.I was going to return to have the back glass replaced, but thats definitely a no.

I have been coming to Kintech to get my phone repaired for over 2 years. The staff is always so great and friendly. And they never over charge. One of the absolute best small businesses in Houston. I recommend 100%!!

Went to get my iPhone 6S fixed here; they were quick (under 30 minutes) and it was only $65 to get it fixed. A lot cheaper than buying a new phone and cheaper than what other places quoted me nearby. Gerardo was very professional and I would recommend this place 10/10

Can’t say enough about this place. Got my iPhone 10 screen replaced for a fraction of the price of apple or Best Buy. Customer service was terrific and will definitely go back here if I ever have other phone issues.

Stopped by to take my iPhone 6s Plus because although the screen was clean and clear but it went black due to being dropped. I already had it repaired once somewhere else for the same thing and had an idea of the cost. The guy behind the counter wanted to over charge me by $60 bucks! On top of that they had coupons for 10% of a phone repair and I asked if I could use that and he said no, that’s for next time. I said but I’m here now and he still said no. Needless to say this place will not be getting any of my business. Feel free to be overcharged but I would not recommend! 0 stars if I could!Replying to your response: You are not sorry and you did not care when I was in there. Youre only replying because of my honest review and you probably thought I wouldnt take the time to respond. Your attitude and lack of customer service told me all I needed to know about this place. I will never bring you my business. I would rather pay more than to deal with you. The one star stands and I will be adding this to yelp and all of my social media sites!Update: Went to Willowbrook Mall at the The Fix Kiosk right across from Hot Topic and they were able to fix it for $50 cheaper!

I had two iPhones fixed for under $175. They are fast, reasonable, and the quality is great. You can’t tell the phone was previously damaged. One took 20 mins and the other took 24 hours. Would definitely recommend.

I am beyond unsatisfied with the workmanship and quality of this establishment. I work 6 days a week 12 hours a day my time is very limited . I had a cracked screen that needed to be repair when I received my phone back I notice my camera was not working . I didn’t have time to fix it then and there so I came back 2 weeks later mind you I use my phone for mainly work . I’m a Sales woman at a Dealership it’s very important that I have my phone on me and working . Today I came to fix my phone when I received it back that day my phone started to ring a call from my General Manager . My phone failed to work I could hear him but he could hear me . I called him several times same results and my screen kept going black . I had to waste more of my time because of the poor quality of this establishment . I would stay away from this place if your time is very valuable to you

Almost 2 weeks to solve the issue with my phone. Not a well stablished client follow system. I had to call and go to the store to know what the status of my phone was. The employee at that moment could not figure out why the phone was not ready, he could only supposed that the part was not there yet. No notes left for the other employees. The 2nd time repairing the same phone in less than a week and when picked it up, repair price was more than originally quoted. The employees had to call the owner on the phone as per my request because he just wanted to argue instead of trying to understand and putting himself in the client’s shoes.Beautiful store. Nice virtual games set up. Needs better management, more experienced influence to better deal with customers.Update: 9/1/2020 The response from the company to my review, as you can see it below, was that the store manager was going to contact me. As of today I have not been contacted by anyone from Kintech Phone repair. Another excuse to avoid having great customer service.

Brought a family member here for a repair on their iPhone 7plus the screen was very well done, service was done very fast in 1 hour or less. So you will get it same day! And they also have a warranty if anything happens to the screen repair. I definitely recommend this place great prices as well!!!!!!

Took in my phone today with some serious damage, they fixed it up on the same day. Works and looks brand new. Very professional and great customer service.

Yesterday I called asked for a quote and when it would be ready. I was told a fair price and that it would be ready in 2 hours but would have to schedule an appt to have it fixed. Asked if I could drop it off now while I was close by and they said that would be even better then it would be done tomorrow. They would just call me to let me know when it was ready between 12 pm and 4 pm. I told him ok no problem but would like to see if they could have it ready by 2 since I would be in the area for lunch. He said no problem since you are dropping it off today they would make it priority. I saw the invoice for the phone this morning so I paid it right away. I still had to wait for there call so I went down the street and waited from 1:40 pm until I decided to stop being patient and called them at 3:41 pm to see if my phone was ready. So a different guy was there today and he tells me yea yours phone is here and ready. Its been ready for a while. I told him wow wish I would have gotten a call like I was told so I wouldnt be waiting this whole 2 hrs for a call. He tells me oh well I just got here for my shift I dont know why they didnt call you. Told him ok well Im a few mins away Ill be right there. Then when I get there the store is closed with a sign that said closed for lunch will be back in 20 mins. So I called the store and no answer. Waited for a few mins and he opens the store door to look out for another customer that was waiting but he walked away. So I walked up told him I was here to get my phone. He just gave it to me and I told him I already paid do I need anything else or a receipt. He said I have one here for you but its also emailed. Told him ok dont need it I already paid. Guess he didnt hear that part cuz he said oh no your good you dont need anything you already paid online. I just walked out. I was so upset not even an apology for any of it.

I have the Iphone 7 and never had the battery issue on the older model that everyone else did. I had this phone for about a year and then the battery became an issue. I was draining to 20% without doing anything. Apple wants you to make an appointment at the Apple store to get it replaced or send it to them. So that means your without a phone. Not a good solution.I went to these guys before stepping into Subway and they had me hooked and did a great job in about 30 minutes. Battery issue is totally gone away and now I have about 89% at the end of the day. Great company and great customer service! If your into it they also have a VR arcade. Not really my thing but that is pretty cool if youre into that. HIghly recommend this company.

First time I got my I phone 6S screen repaired (very affordable, they always have discounts) second time I went with a friend to get their screen repaired and third time I attended their anniversary bash which I won the raffle.
