I went there yesterday and got my mac book repaired for a quarter of what the apple store was charging me for. Juan was amazing- his helper seemed introverted and like he was a newbie- but he was cordial as well. At first I was told I would hear back within two days.. but within two hours Juan called me and said my computer would be ready in 20 min. Loved it! Highly recommend!!!

I took my phone here a few weeks ago to get the crack on my screen repaired. They were able to do it in about 30 minutes! My ultimate goal was to be able to trade my phone in for full value, and that wasnt a problem once the screen was repaired. The screen looked brand new. The price was very reasonable. They were friendly and helpful.

Sina was phenomenal throughout the whole experience with fixing my phone. Juan was really helpful in diagnosing my issue and giving me a cost-effective solution. He also happened to have the part already formatted, so the repair was super quick, too. In the time it took the big-box store to diagnose my problem (even with an appointment), Juan was able to diagnose and repair the issue and at half the quoted cost of the big-box store. He has a new faithful customer!

My phones internet wouldnt work, even though it was connected to Wifi and data. I had restarted it, reconnected wifi and data, and tried (seemingly) everything. I walked in and explained my problem, and the guy said, Did you try resetting the network settings? I did, and restarted my phone, and it fixed it. I asked, How much do I owe you? and he shook his head. Youve earned a customer any time I have issues with my computer or phone in the future!

Ive been coming to iPC for the last 7 years, and have taken everything from iPhones to PCs and iMacs. Service is always impeccable. Juan is great and incredible at his work. Ive seen him do repairs on everything from iPhones to big iMacs (Ive been around iPC often...I break my phone a lot I think Ive broken it about 8 times in the last 6 months). Prices are reasonable and fair. The quality of the materials is great and turn around time is super fast. From the few minutes I have to chat with his staff its clear hes a great leader. Because of a change in circumstances (life move) I wont be coming back, but Ill miss them terribly and hope to find a great place like this soon. Thanks for everything iPC. I spilled coffee on my laptop yesterday and it shut off immediately. Obviously I started freaking out because I needed it for school. I reached out to Apple about getting it repaired and they quoted me $800. I was like no way...might as well get a new laptop. I started searching and found this shop! I brought my laptop in around noon, paid a diagnostic fee (that applies to your repair IF they get it to work) and picked it up same day before 3pm. They were nice and professional. I’d recommend this place to anyone and would use them again if needed! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REPAIRING MY LIQUID DAMAGE LAPTOP TO FULL HEALTH. I’m sure others will come here looking for pricing. They gave me a ballpark $250-400 when I called and I ended up paying $300. There are no discounts unfortunately but at the end of the day this was way more affordable and timely then Apple. ALSO you get a 6 month warranty with them included.

We were dealing with water damage to a laptop but the hard drive was part of the motherboard which meant we lost everything. They ordered parts, repaired the board and extracted our data! Awesome!

He replaced my screen and battery while I was at school, no hassle. When I came back to pick up my phone I was in and out in five minutes(!!!). I was able to bring in my own parts and they only charged me for the labor. Computer and phone repair might be iPC’s main demographic but Juan had no problem providing his soldering services for my paintball electronic equipment. I dropped off my iPod and all of my laptops for one reason or another through the years and am always amazed at the speed of the repair and how great the pricing is. More impressive to me is that I have called twice now with incredibly isolated/rare problems and Juan repaired them with me OVER THE PHONE! A frozen cursor the first time (I inadvertently double tapped somewhere specific on my pad) and a locked screen the second...LESSON: If he puts you on hold, do NOT hang up...hes getting the answer for you!

Juan did a bang up job resolving my issue with my Macbook Pro. He was super professional, patient and 100% dedicated to solving the problem and providing me an error-free solution. I took my IPhone that was not charging at all and He FIXED IT! Cheap and fast! These people are great! Can’t say enough good things about them. No line, immediately took care of the problems that were driving crazy for weeks! Go to them, solve the problems!

These guys repaired my Macbook Pro screen within a day! Much better value and customer service than going to the Apple store.

They have stolen screws on multiple occasions and even a Face plate. Face plate is important in protecting ribbons and such. I didnt think the screws were a big deal at first but the second time I used their services screws and a face plate were missing. I Fixed the phone before myself so I know there was a face plate in there. The customer service seemed easy. They were friendly and fixed the phone fast. However, I do not like people taking advantage of anyone. Not a great business practice in my eyes. Although it can be quite common place now-a-days.

So nice in there I came in near close and they still helped me. Good price and I ended up getting a new home button and battery as well. Couldn’t of been nicer. Than I cracked screen in the same weekend. Worked with me on price to fix again. I dropped it on pavement with no case. Love these people will come again for sure.

Ive been to this location previously and had a good experience which is why I am surprised that upon a second visit, I received such terrible service. I went for a screen replacement on my iPhone and was told it would be $90, after about 30 minutes I returned to pick up my phone and pay. I paid and opened my phone and the screen resolution was completely different. I was told by the gentleman who serviced me that since they use after market products, this is the quality that I could expect. He told me that there was another option with similar quality to an Apple screen that was $160. I was told this AFTER i had already had the screen replaced and paid for the service. It should have been explained before the service that the resolution would change with this particular screen replacement and I should have been given all of my options beforehand, not after the fact. The employee there then proceeded to argue with me that it was too much to explain to every customer. I am so disappointed with my experience here and will not return.

Needed to get my rear camera fixed and when I came to pick up the phone, my screen is not working the same as it was before. They did not tell me until I asked what happened. I would have had both taken care of HAD they told me prior. Didn’t compensate or offer any accommodation.They are fast and cheap so you’re getting what you pay for. Spend the extra $20 elsehwere.

Cheap prices and fast service are good. However, I had them put in a replacement battery for my iPhone and it sucks. Worked ok the first month and now the charge last half a day at best. Just know you get what you pay for.

The fixed my charging port in about 20 minutes. They were quick friendly and offer a warranty. Cost was very reasonable as well, only $40. I would use again.

Ive recommended this place to so many people since the first time I went there, its really a shame Ive never actually reviewed it. Its pretty simple: quality work in a timely manner, they dont charge an arm and a leg, and its just a few doors down from a Jus Mac. Anything Ive needed repaired has been under $100, mostly iPhones (6+ and older). 10/10 recommend!

Great pricing and timing. my phone came out looking like new

I had them replace my screen and have had nothing but problems since. Buttons always stick when trying to text and the screen lags like crazy. And now just 6 months later after having it replaced, the buttons on the bottom half of my screen no longer work and I have to pay to get it replaced all over again. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

This is the place to go for liquid damage repairs. Ive brought in Macbooks that were liquid damaged and will not power on whatsoever. Thought they were done for but iPC brought them back to life. Quick turn around time as well. I was surprised as how fast they resolved this issue. The Macbooks are still working months after.

Update review:I have taken several phones to this location for repair including batter and screen replacement. The last two repairs have really upset me and will not be going back. The screen repair has stopped working 3 months after repair. Battery has also overheated. The people that mentions that your screws get either stolen or missing is true.Before the owner replies, let me explain I have now taken both phones to a different business and I have had no issues with them .

Got my laptop (an ASUS) screen replaced. I think it is not a complicated fix, but iPC Repair did a great job and everything is working well since I got it back! The repair was finished within 24 hours, too - that was impressive. Great shop, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable employees. Definitely recommend.

I changed my i-phone 6 screen and battery with these guys in December. 8 months later the phone was restarting anytime I tried to use it when it wasnt plugged in. Even though the warranty was up, they did the right thing and replaced the battery for free. They also replaced the screen for free since the touch screen was having issues in one area. While the equipment failed I have to say that I appreciate the customer care! One warning though. Before I went back to iPC I tried to have apple replace the battery. I was not aware before, but if you replace a battery with a third party product, Apple will never service it again. You may be ok with the risk since the cost is much lower, just be aware.

Tired of being lied to about the repair potential of your damaged macbook? Go to iPC repair off of Westheimer to get the truth about the damages and if its worth your investment to fix it. After taking my 2013 water-damaged macbook air to micro center and apple genius, I was told my macbook was not worth fixing and that I needed to purchase a new one. Upon further research, I found iPC repair. Juan at iPC repair opened my damaged macbook (which the other places were unwilling to do!) and he showed me the damages from the water spill. He was honest about the repair potential, gave me a quote for $280 for repairs, which I approved, and he repaired the macbook in less than 24 hours! I am literally writing this review on my water damage survivor macbook air! Before you buy a new macbook, get some honest advice from Juan at iPC repair - it will be worth your money and time!

Sorry for the long paragraph.I took my laptop in which is also turns into a removable tablet, because of the screen being cracked. I paid around $100 dollars for it in total. In the whole process they lost my original charger for my laptop and gave me someone elses property in replace of mine. Plus when I got it back upon me arriving home to charge it. I noticed it doesnt hold a charge. When i took it back they told me that was already a issue before i bought it in. I was a college student at the time and needed it for class and had never had a problem with the charge. I had to get my parents involved and they told my people that I was loud and rude and they didnt want my service anyway. So my family took the laptop back because at that point they flat out refused to take responsibility for the laptop. With in a few month of me having my laptop back they screen was not properly put back on. My laptop being a tablet also has a now persistent issue of it clicking on a line going vertically on my screen. When I am on a web page or typing which I no longer use my laptop specifically for these reasons, have a hard time doing so. The vertical line literally clicks on what ever button is there and continuously uploads that button. Never go to this place. The owner which they told me is some Indian guy; we spoke face to face, told me I will have to pay to get everything fixed again. So instead of fixing a broken screen, I still have a broken screen (just a new issue) and now no battery charge. Thank you for reading.

I came in thirty minutes to close, expecting them to tell me to come back tomorrow, but the man working took my phone and had it fixed in about half an hour. Paid far less than I thought and the work is excellent. Im so glad I came here!

They used to be great. Fixed my phone several timesThen I came In And they doubled their price for the same work in a period of less than a year. I was already there so I said fine. When I returned to get my phone they hadnt fixed it and told me the price was even more. After I told them that Id forget the whole thing and let them fix it if they gave me 10 dollars off for wasting more ham an hour of my time, the high school kid at the register took a few seconds to think about it and shrugged saying no.Used to be the only place I came to but with prices more than doubling and bad service I dont think Ill ever go back.

AVOID !I brought my apple MacBook pro with the flashing folder problem for repair. The guy at the counter even before touching anything told me it is mostly a corrupt HD. OK, possible I think. They tell me they will diagnose and tell me same day. No call so I call back next day, they seem to have forgotten about it, then checks with their technician gets back and says they tried reading HD no use. Then they started to sell me the Solid state drive and how I would like to replace it and they could send me HD to the data recovery company which is not cheap. I had precious data which was most important. Fortunately before doing anything drastic I checked a few online videos, someone suggested a replacement HD cable. I bought it for 10 bucks, opened up and replaced it myself and voila- problem solved, my HD works just as before.

Service is both friendly and quick. When i took my macbook pro for a diagnostic i was thoroughly explained what they were going to do and how much everything costed up front, no hidden fees or stipulations for the job. What really blew my mind was the owners willingness to work over the weekend and have my computer back in my hands. Overall, would recommend to anyone on the fence on whether or not to get their idevices worked on.

This place is outstanding. My 2009 iMacs 1TB hard drive blew out - I called- spoke to the Mac tech who quoted me a full diagnostic (I was concerned about some recent lightning blasts surging through my system) and a replacement 2TB harddrive for $323.23 out the door incl. tax. Brought in @ 11:30 was ready by 1:30 - 1yr warranty from them and 3 yr warranty on new drive. Professional, organized. What more could you ask?

The guys replaced a keyboard on my mac and repaired a broken iPhone. Their prices were fair and weve had no problems with any of the repairs that they did. I would definitely recommend their services.

They are good when it comes to charge you but when it comes to the warranty stuff they are trying to charge you again instead of covering the expenses. You know it sucks when they exaggerate warranty but they dont do anything when it comes fixing it.

Very quick, friendly guys. They repaired my phone screen and home button - but both are now on a delay and its difficult to now open my phone and phone keyboard doesnt fully work in some applications.

IPC Repair is a good place to come get your iphone repaired. Brought in 2 of my iPhone 4 to get the screens replaced and it was the most fastest repair i ever seen for both the phones. The young gentlemen has good customer service.And didnt have any problems with my iPhones after the repairs where done.

Replaced my iPhone screen here, they did not connect the sensors right, they wouldnt fix the problem afterwards. They told me my new iPhone screen was an apple product, to take it to the Apple Store to fix the sensors (they caused it) and that the Apple Store wouldnt be able to tell that I replaced my screen (not true). If I knew they were gonna mess up with my iPhone, I would have taken it to the Apple Store in the first place.
