I have been stopping here to get my phones done many times before and all my devices are done as expected.Yesterday, I stopped by and they replaced the lightening port and battery for my iPhone 8. Sign on door says theyre open with varying hours. Dont waste your time. Not only are they not open, they wont even answer the phone. Its a shame really. I used the guy twice in the past, and the service was all around spectacular as was the price. Ah well.

We had a cracked screen that they replaced very quickly for a great price. 3 weeks later the screen failed and we arrived 10 minutes before they were set to close. He took the phone back to look at it and replaced the screen under warranty. I love that type of service and the fact that he stayed a few minutes late to take care of it instead of having me come back the next day.

I took my phone here to get the charger port fixed. The two guys who work here are very nice and helpful! They told me about all the charges upfront, took down my information and called me promptly when my phone was finished. They also called me because there was an additional problem. They did not want to continue working on the phone if I did not consent to it. I took my phone home but unfortunately it stopped working again. I took it right back and they were very understanding. No questions asked, they fixed it free of charge. They have great prices on all their services!

Phone charger issues for galaxy 7, they told me it was difficult to repair because it would most likely break the glass trying to remove it to get to the charger, bad phone design. Recommended I get a wireless charger just down the road at 5Below, so I did. Phone is now charging! Wireless, but whatever, its not a brick, so Im happy. Thanks for the good advice, will recommend yall!

Great customer service!! I went there after I cracked my iPhone 6 Plus in pieces. Khai was able to assist me right away after I called to inquire about repairs. He told me to come in and I waited as my phone got repaired. Max about 20 minutes. He did an amazing job!! I will definitely refer anyone I know that need phone repairs to this location.

I dropped my iPhone while driving across Texas and located this shop as we drove from San Antonio to Houston. I called several times because I was afraid wed arrive after they closed, but Ivan kept reassuring me that it would be fine - that I could scoot in 15 minutes prior to closing and hed get it done. He was true to his word. Friendly and helpful, he had my phone working in no time and we were back on the road.

The wifi bar on my iPhone 4S keeps going out. The guys have fixed it twice after fixing it the first time - no charge. Not sure why it keeps happening, but I am SO glad they are there to fix it! I searched a million places, all said there was nothing they could do. VERY satisfied!

My friend referred this place to me and these guys are great! I dropped my phone in water and the screen wasnt responsive. My charging dock also had corrosion that caused it to stop charging randomly. When I brought my phone in the took it in very fast to diagnose it first, then told me the damage, then went to fix it very fast. I have taken my phones with them for years and never had a problem until recently. I took one of my old phones to them and they could not unlock after all which was ok. I never not once questioned anything they ever did to my phones. This one after about 1 month later I take it to another person to look at it and see if they could fix it. Turns out my phone that was new and had never been touched other then these guys was missing 3 things. The battery, the camera, and something else. I was totally disappointed. They guy as soon as he opened it in front of me showed me they had taken parts out of my phone. The only people that i have ever allowed to touch my phones was Intouch. After this I will never trust them again. What a huge disappointment after so many years. I learned the hard way!

Very honest shop, great customer service. I dropped my Note 3 this morning found them on the web, called and went over to get my screen replaced. I was more than willing to spend the 99.00. He looked at the phone and pulled the screen protector off which was an invisi glass that tmobile installed. The only thing that was hurt was the screen protector. He could have walked it into the back told me to come back in 30 minutes and I would have never given it a second thought. Bought a new screen protector and they had a case in stock which i have had trouble finding. Again thanks for the help and honesty.

My Iphone 6 had a broken glass and i went to the store on a saturday.I was welcomed by Ben, he said it would take 30 minutes and he replaced the screen in 15-20 minutes, good service and great advice on why my home button was not working.I would recommend their store if you have any issues with Iphone 6.

I dropped my ipad and broke the screen. They immediately got it fix within an hour for me at a much cheaper price than others. 130$ at intouch while other places i called would charged me 175 and even 230! Can you believe that?! Overall, their service is quick and efficient. Totally would recommend it to my. friends and family.
