I have taken many phones over the years to be repaired at this business, why? Because I trusted the gentleman who owned the business to take care of my things that needed to be done. A few days ago I took my iPhone X that had the bulb go out in it due to my daughter dropping it, screen did not have a single crack but for some reason it was not coming on. I found it a bit much to pay $92+tax to have a screen that isn’t cracked replaced but hey I need the phone so be it. When my husband and I dropped the phone off we talked to the Owner about a phone case purchase, he gave us a price and we stated we would come home to see if we had one and if not purchase it when we picked up the phone. We go to pick up the phone & the case is on and they went the extra mile on putting on a screen protector that we did not even ask for. Now I get customer service and sales however, not asking about upselling before adding extra items is not okay. We explained that we had both items at home and did not want them. Well the associate stated he wouldn’t be able to do anything with the screen protector after removing it so he left it on. Upon getting home and my daughter being so excited to use her phone again, she turned it on and what do you know? It doesn’t work! We called the store immediately and made them aware and he had the audacity to let us know that it would extra to get it to come on! I took my phone there to be fixed not to be stolen from! They take your money say they fix your item and then want to charge extra if it doesn’t work. Do not bring your phone here if you want it to be fixed correctly. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB in hopes that this business will not be able to do this to anyone else.

Very humble, affordable, and knowledgeable. The gentleman behind the counter found the underlying issue with my iPhone 7 and repaired the issue instantly. He fixed my iPhone while I did my grocery shopping at HEB, so time waiting for repairs was very minimal compare to other electronic repair shops that Ive used in the past. (AA+).

I advice not to go there the owner fukran who is the owner says himself a manager is very false person. Last week he sold me a used repaired phone saying it semi new. He is very shrewd guy but very sweet talker he talk like that he really cares for the customers but in real he cheats people. I advise every one not to come in his sweet talks. In fact a road across there is another phone store sell a lot cheap and good phone please aware of this man.

At first I was really skeptical about a cell phone repair place inside an HEB. I realize that I had judged a book by its cover. The service was amazing, the people was amazing, and most importantly the quality of the repair is amazing. I had my screen replaced and they were swamped and they still proceeded with a level of professionalism. They walked through why you should go with them and the actual value that they bring to the table. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

They were open late until 9pm, which was GREAT! Very friendly, only cost $49.99 for my phone repair, which was almost half the price that two other places quoted me! AND they said it would only take thirty minutes, which was perfect; but they actually finished in twenty minutes!!! I honestly couldn’t have asked for more! Definitely check them out!

I have repaired my husband phone twice the technician Jack is very rude guy. When my husband came with the same problem the third time he was just blaming us and not excepting his fault that he does not repair it properly. I request not to go to the store for repair as the guy Jack is very rude and trying to ripp the customer he talks also very unprofessionally.

Harris was super friendly and did a great job fixing my lifeline (iPhone 7) late in the evening when everyone else was already closed. Best of all, the price to replace my broken screen and add tempered glasses was so treasonable it can’t really be beat.Live about 45 minutes away but I would send people here no matter where they live to get their cellphone repair needs met. Took my Samsung S8+ here, the glass was shattered on the back side. They finished it before I was done picking up a few groceries, and for probably the cheapest price in town. The new back is plastic and doesnt match the color of my phone, but it does not matter to me, especially for that price.

Paid 300 to fix a iPhone X max screen turns out Apple does it for 315 this guy end up braking my Facebook id and the screen repair half of the time glitches and half of the screen on some parts it lost it sense. Why pay 300 when they just made it cheap and even worse . Don’t come here hope they close down riping people off

These guys do impeccable work for incredible prices. I really destroyed my phone before I brought it in and they had it looking new in 40mins. Then, because I didn’t get the screen protector they told me to get because I *swore* I had one at home (I never found it) literally a week later dropped my phone again and messed up my screen really bad again. I brought my phone back and they fixed it at a discount and even threw in a screen protector 🤦🏽‍♀️. I just moved and hour away but the next time I have an issue I’m coming back here.

Took my phone in for a charging port that wasnt charging anymore, got that fixed, in the mean time they messed up the volume down button and very kindly offered me to go buy my own part and bring it back again to be re-repaired again... I fix stuff for a living, if you break stuff or create a new problem, its the fixers responsibility to fix it at no extra cost to the customer.... Wont take my phone back over there anyway. Its an alright repair service at the very most

Got my screen replaced here and three days later, a small crack appeared around the speaker and then all the way around my phone. Never dropped it. I pulled it out of my pocket and the screen was cracked . They didnt honor my warranty and they source cheap parts that break in days.

I bought a case for my mega cell phone. I was told how great this case would be and in less than 24 hours my cellphone fell and cracked. When I returned then I found out that he would not refund my money and to add further insult to injury he wanted to charge me $55.00 dollars to fix it.I will never go there again!!!!!

If you want to buy a new phone or sell an used phone, this is not the correct place. Ive been to this store multiple times to buy as well as sell a phone. First day they offered one price, which was changed in the next day. Reason given by them is price changes on day to day basis as if they are doing stock exchange business. Please dont waste your time going to this store as the prices are same as you get it in the original stores ( like apple, samsung)

Went to fix a broken screen, LCD screen, and the home button they fixed it, so called. Then I find out the touch screen is messed up, the touch id (finger scanner), and service antenna do not work I paid almost 90$. Then I go back to tell them and they want me to pay 45$ + tax and thats with a discount I received. Only 5 dollar less.
