For a few years now this is my go-to if I have a problem with my phone and definitely with my computer. The staff are always nice and professional. And when anyone calls me with a problem with their phone or computer I refer them to CPR. ~ Thank you for always helping me in a bind.

I dropped my new iPhone 11 (with a cheap screen protector I purchased online) and the screen, screen protector, and front camera shattered. I was devastated because I do not have insurance on this brand new phone. I read reviews online and decided to go to this location because of great reviews. The gentleman working were very kind and helpful. They had my phone fixed and looking brand new in less than two hours. It would have taken weeks to get an appointment at the Apple Store so going here I was able to get it fixed the same day. The prices at CPR really reflect the quality of service, it’s well worth paying $199 to have your phone fixed correctly. I will continue to use this location and recommend it to it others. They are friendly, efficient, and do a quality job!

I’m fortunate to live close to their Eldridge Parkway store but if you live further away it’s worth the trip to get this level of service!They are polite, efficient, professional and good value for what they deliver! I first contacted the 1960 location to replace the battery on my LG phone. The salesperson made fun of me because I did not have an IPhone and was obviously too dumb to realize how superior it is compared to my LG. At this point I went to the Eldridge location and got wonderful service. My inferior product was not a problem for them to work on and I was not treated like I was ignorant. I highly recommend using this location.

Wow finally I got my iPad Pro screen repaired. I was told it would take a couple of hours and later a couple of days and finally it took almost a month to fix it. It was not their fault. In the beginning I panicked because they said they didn’t receive the right screen, then when they had the right one, the power didn’t turn on, so they had to send it somewhere to fix it. They finally got the job done. Now it is all good. They did a wonderful job and also gave me a fifty dollar discount for testing my patience. I would definitely give them 4 stars and would recommend their service to others. Thank you CPR to you and your entire team. Keep it up.

Came in to do an application to see if I could get approved, took about 10min, got approved and was out the door with a PS5. It was brand new in a sealed box. Would highly recommend coming in to purchase an item with higher value from a trustworthy business, rather than possibly getting scammed meeting up with someone in a parking lot. My go to shop for all my screen protectors. I recently learned they sell used Mac products. Bought a used Mac book pro for a good price. They were very patient with me and let me test several options. 2 thumbs up!!

$20 for diagnostics was great! But an additional $20 for some water damage ?..They Could not figure out my issue, directed me with instructions to find a business that could help me out with possible shortage issues on circuit board. I mentioned possible motherboard issues at the time of drop off so them advising me that they dont handle all type of repairs at that point would have saved me a day and some $$

Brought my Apple 6S cell phone in to see if they could retrieve its data. It was stuck in a loop and would never fully turn on. Even though they were not successful, they tried everything they knew, short of wiping all data from the phone. I would recommend this business to anyone that is having iPhone problems.

Yesterday, went in for a simple battery change for my iPhone Se. They didnt have it but said they would get it tomorrow (i.e., today). Went in today, they had it, took about 1/2 hour to fit me in the queue for the repair, got my groceries at Kroger and I picked up my new battery fully charged. Great company!

Geek Squad told me too expensive to repair, just buy new. I keep this iPad for my grandkids. CPR repaired in two days in time for my babies to arrive and enjoy. CPR was the only one in my area open on Saturday. I got off work late and they fixed my phone in the last 30 min of being open. They changed my battery and cracked screen.CPR has the Invisible shield on demand machine and can make film screen protectors. If your not a fan of glass screen that easilt pop of curved screens then Invisible shild is the way to go!

Guy was late showing up even after I made the appointment for 10 am online. After dropping off my phone I was told it would be ready at 1230, well it wasnt ready till 2 pm. The quality of work was great just wasnt to fond of having to make multiple trips. Over all experience was good. I would recommend if you need your phone repaired.

I called for a Surface Pro 7 screen replacement, the screen was ordered without even giving my name and before my Surface was in the shop. There were and still are issues with the replacement screen as the touch portion stopped working after the damaged screen was replaced. CPR took the time to order another screen, touch module and cable replacement as well as spend more time to attempt a fix.The only reason for the 4 stars is that due to me leaving the state I had to take the Surface without the touch functionality working. CPR and I agreed though that I would be back to complete the job and we would both stay in contact while I was gone.This facility was more than professional and accommodating to the situation. Communication was good with multiple phone calls to let me know where the process was at. I will be returning here with any other issues I have in the future.

Great experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair. I had a challenging repair that took a lot of time. The store was closing at 7 and I was concerned they would not finish that day but when I called and asked when they would close....the response was we will close after you get your phone back. Most companies would finish the next day. I did get my phone back that same day. Great service for certain.

People were great, product install was done terribly. Went to get new screen protector on 2 phones. Mine was installed very crooked and had a ton of bubbles under it. So misplaced that you couldnt see any notifications or the clock on the top bar. On husbands phone, it was straighter but still had a ton of bubbles under it.

Wife drop her iphone 7 in seawater and of course it stopping working. They were able to bring it back to life for a reasonable price very quickly.

100% great service!! The 1st day I went with an issue & the Owner (Mr. DeLeon) did a quick check before I left and figured out it was my case, no charge. I brought my company to him the next day, he sat with me again for about 15 min to completely figure out the issue. Let me know that he would need about a day but would call me if he finished earlier. My phone was finished 45 min before I left work and it worked perfect. The price was better than the place I used to go to before I found CPR. I 100% recommend them if you have any phone issues!

The customer service is impeccable. Felt very comfortable and reassured of leaving my device to get fixed. Although my device could not be 100% recovered (it had been at the bottom of a pool for 3 mins), they did the best they could to get it up to 90% standard. I highly recommend their services.

Recently moved from another town that had a CPR Store. My expectations were high when I took my phone in. I was not let down. The Owners are both former military guys and their level & quality of service AND honesty were beyond reproach. The store is 20 minutes from my house and there are several cell phone repair stores along the way...CPR is where I will always bring my phone for repairs.

Although breaking my phone while hoping out of a Sprinter van was a bit unpleasant, the repair process was pleasant and speedy. Thank you guys for your work!
