They were super professional and I got my phone back the next day with a new screen protector to boot. Also, when I had my front screen fixed by their competitor, I was unable to use wireless charging because my screen would spazz out. Crack mend’s repair did not have this problem. I had the glass on my phone replaced and all seemed well when I left. I went home and added a tempered glass cover to protect it. Days later, as I was leaving the house, I grabbed my phone and slid it into my back pocket (like I always do), and walked to my car. I removed my phone from my pocket before getting in. When I went to plug it into the car charger I noticed a crack. After a quick examination I thought it was the tempered glass, but its not! The crack has grown and spread across the screen! The phone hasnt been dropped, sat on, roughly handled or anything! It actually looks worse than it did when it took it in to be fixed.

Had my galaxy s20 ultra repaired in Sept 2020. It stopped functioning properly 6 months later. After checking it out somewhere else, it seems they didnt seal properly when they repaired it, so humidity, etc.,caused it to stop functioning. Bummer, that the repair only lasted that long for the money spent.
