This place is the worst never go here. They never answer the phone or respond to text. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau on this place. I have put it on all my social media as the worst place of business to ever visit.Day 2: Store says open but door is locked. I call no answer text no response. At this point I just want my phone its been over three weeks now.

They fixed the charging port on my Galaxy Note 5 about a year ago, and I forgot to leave a review. Great work, competitive prices. Will certainly used them again. Thanks guys! 👍🏾BTW, Im referring this place of business to someone on the Next Door app.

Only place I found that was taking appointments on Sunday that was nearby. Took my phone in for a repair because it wasn’t powering on and they had it done within the hour for a good price. I was satisfied with their services and they young man communicated and explained well to my questions

If i can give this place 0 stars i would i wouldnt recommend this place to anybody took my sister iphone for repair and said it would be fixed they gave back the phone with the screen hanging off then didnt respond for 3 days i had to show up and wait outside for 4 hours only to have the guy try to say it could be something else apparently the bracket was bent when i dont see how cause it didnt have problems before they replaced the bracket they had bent but gave back the phone with the camera messed up which i dont see how thats possible considering we were getting the screen repaired and now they dont wanna answer the phone apparently the owner was gonna call back but never called back i dont care what the owner has to comment on my rate this is b.s cant believe you do this to your customers worst place to ever get ur electronics dont ever get your phone fixed here

I felt like the technician here really went the extra mile for me. I came in close to their closing time at 7pm and my phone was not working and he stayed past business hours to fix my phone which really meant a lot to me because I had no gps, no way to get a hold of anyone, no way to call family or set alarms for work. Very appreciative of that

Was a little worry about service after reading reviews but once we got there they fix my iPhone screen the next day. The guy in front also gave me a free screen protector as well as a discount for some small issues that came about but other then that they did a great job and finish in a reasonable time. As u can tell this place has polarized reviews. They will either fix easy problems quick or damage your device and give you horrible service. The kid that works there will lie to you and hold your device hostage for months. Be warned, if you miss a pickup time they will lock up your device and the kid doesn’t have keys to the storage locker. Baffling. They have a cellphone for a store phone, but don’t bother leaving a message, because they won’t return your call! Try and coordinate a pickup for your device? Forget it! Excuses excuses!!! Dont bother showing up when they open, because the posted hours are not the real hours. The real store hours are whenever they feel like being there. Unprofessional business!

Every time I come here the door is locked they have a sign saying that they are open from 12 to 6 along with the open sign turned on the gentleman says that we’re supposed to call him and let him know 15 to 30 minutes ahead of time before we come in told me to come at 2:45 I’ve been sitting in this parking lot for over an hour and a half waiting for him to open the door he doesn’t respond text messages he doesn’t respond phone calls I don’t know what else to do he has my laptop inside of the store and is refusing to answer any of my phone calls or messages the gentleman’s name is Ollie the kid Does not take his job seriously at all when I first came here to drop the laptop off I knew I shouldn’t of done that because he literally sat on the phone and was text messaging somebody while telling me to hold on instead of helping the customer like he should’ve been I am still sitting in this parking lot is now 428 and he has still not answered any of my phone calls or messages and still has not open the door even though the open sign is showing that they are open

Worst experience ever. Took them so long and still my phone was not repaired. I went there mutiple times to find if my phone is repaired yet, but every time I went there was a new excuse for some kind and had wait for the next day. It took the guy almost a week and half and still no repair; and I eventually had to pick up the phone unrepaired just in order to save myself some time and dignity rather arguing about what happened. Pay $10 more for elsewhere, but dont go to this place!!

This store took over a month with my S9. To the point where I had to demand they return it. When I took my S9 to another repair shop, they told me that this store broke my board and incorrectly opened it. They are horrible with communicating with their customers as they never answered my calls. They said they would call each time I stopped by the store but never did. To top it all off they still had the nerve to charge me a fee, after breaking my phone. I have never written a review but, this definitely deserves one for their horrible work.

Went there yesterday to get the cracked screen on my s4 fixed yesterday evening. The guy there named ALI replaced the screen. Once I got home i releized that after the repair the speaker on my phone was no longer working. It was already late so i decided to stop by there today morning. Their shop hours state that they open at 10 am. I went there at 1130am and they were still closed. I called the number on the door, and he sent me a text back as what i needed. I told him that the speaker was not working after the screen replace. He was yet to call me back. Bad Sevice. Bad Repair. Would not recommend this place.

My headphone opening was bent and my screen was badly cracked on my iPhone 6 Plus Ollie fixed the frame to where I could plug in my headphones for no extra charge Left very happily knowing I dont have to keep using wireless headphones anymore

Looks like my laptop was stolen by this place. I dropped it off 2 days ago and now everytime I call they dont answer, went by the shop and its always closed. Next step I will be filing a police report to report theft by this company and by the employee who took the laptop in.

I went to get 2 iPhones fixed I told him one dosent turn on Bc the screen is damaged the other one just needs the back camera fixed and only had one scratch on the screen right , so he offered that he would fix both phones and both screens for $110 which sounded like a good deal and took like 3 hrs he said it was taking him a while , at then end he only ended up fixing the iPhone that only needed the back camera the other he couldn’t fix ,and he said $70 and I’m like I only agreed to 110 for both phones this phone only needs the back camera fixed which he said would only be like $30-35 btw then I’m like how much and he says $75 and like you said $70 and he just says other bs and ended up paying Bc he didn’t want to give me my phone . So he literally took almost 3 hrs to fix one phone that only needed the camera fixed I didn’t need the screen to be fixed ! I told him that but he gave me an offer . So I took it and ended up paying $75 rip off ! Go somewhere else

I would not trust them again. Be aware, they will try to pull a switcharoo on you.

My iPhone 6 was cracked and bent all around and he fixed the screen and the bending somehow, the screen fits perfectly inside the phone now but before it would not go in all the way and always would be popping out, prices were cheaper than the other phone place I usually go to by fry road, I was pretty surprised to receive anything more than mediocre service

All Negative reviews are fake - left by Frankie E of advance automotive repair and his employees on highway 6 after the owner took his vehicle to be worked on, and the welding was not done resulting in an accident & lawsuit, and the owner leaving them a bad review on their google link describing what happened.
