Really great store, reasonable wait times and has a 90 Day warranty which makes me more comfortable with any repairs.Aaron was my technician and he was very courteous and helped me with my broken iPhone screen. He explained the process very thoroughly and even gave me some tech support advice!Any iPhone repair and tech questions I’d say ask for Aaron!

Weve now used this place twice and will definitely be back with any future phone issues- they do a great job! The two repairs weve had done have been quick & affordable. Aaron is the best- hes super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable which also made for a great experience.

I had gotten a little water on my phone wile it was on kitchen counter - my daughter recommended putting phone in bag with rice which I did but a grain must have gotten stuck in charging port as the charger wouldn’t go in after I took phone out and I couldn’t see any obstruction. The Meyerland UBteakIfix staff looked at it and fixed it within minutes (I went on Labor Day so it wasn’t busy) and they took care of the issue immediately, at no cost! Apparently a grain of rice was stuck deep in the charging port and they removed. They have earned my business, I will be using them from now on and recommending them to others as well.

My iPhone SE (1st generation) wouldnt hold a charge. Took it to the Apple store yesterday and they said to try a tweak. But, battery was dead this morning. Thought Id run it by here first before buying a new phone. Excellent choice!Trevor was great, calm, and theorized that my cables (!) were worn out and that I should replace them first before escalating to a battery. He plugged my phone into one of their newer cables and it picked up some juice quickly. Trevor saved me a lot of cash with this diagnostic - so I opted to buy a cable from them. Hey, they have got to eat, too - plus why not throw them some dollars for the great free diagnostic?He said, if the cable solution didnt work, they could always move on to replacing the battery. In the meantime, this $20 solution will keep me operating. Highly recommended to give them a shot for all of your phone and tablet needs!

The store’s employee saw me as I came in while he was working with two other customers. Didn’t acknowledge my presence at all. Finished up with those customers, walked to the back, and presumably worked on their phone for next 3 or 4 minutes while I waited for him to at least say “ Be right with you!” Nothing. I called for a quote to fix the earpiece on my IPhone and their price was reasonable so I stopped by. I was told they would try to clean it first before repairing and see if that may help. I got a call back a few days later that they cleaned it and believed it was working fine but to come by and see for myself. I stopped by and sure enough it sounded great again like it used to. They didn’t charge me since they didn’t do any repairs which I was surprised by. Needless to say I will come here first for any of my future repairs and have recommended them to friends as well.

I have tried other places to repair my phone and none compare to here. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are also very helpful and nice. Aaron went above and beyond to get my phone and two computers back up and running. He also took the time to explain every detail to me in a manner I could understand. With how much I use devices, I have no doubt that I’ll be back!

Great staff and service! Walked in with an issue in the kids Nintendo Switch. They took it to the back. Fixed it in five minutes. NO CHARGE. Even took time to explain the problem. Then I asked about an repair to an old iPad, and got an honest answer about the cost and benefit of just getting a new one instead of trying to fix it. Will definitely come back for any device fixes!

Love this place!!!! They fixed the screen of my Samsung S21 in under 2 hours! They told me that they replaced a new battery and I saw that theyve installed a new screen protector and it was all included in the $220 Samsung screen replacement package. I will come again since these guys are authorized by Samsung and because Samsung tend to be a very reliable phone brand over LG, OnePlus, Motorola, Sony Xperia and any other Android phone Ive owned in the past.

Had a Samsung Note 10+ that experienced mother board failure. Being that the phone was under warranty they were able to process everything with no cost to me. During the few day process of diagnosing the issue, receiving the replacement and re configuring the new device, the store provided a loaner that allowed me to continue to work being that my phone is required for 2 factor authentication. Great people that understand technology and how to handle a customers.

I highly recommend this place. My cellphone had a message about a virus and started populating unwanted messages. My carrier suggested wiping my phone clean of everything except my contacts and pics but thank goodness for Alex at uBreakiFix who was able to identify the problem and fix it in no time and without me having to delete anything that I needed. Aaron at UBREAKIFIX on Beechnut in Houston went above and beyond to repair my *front and back shattered* iPhone in less than 48 hours! This is usually a tricky repair that takes at least a few days, but knowing I would only be here for the weekend, he made it happen! Additionally, it was so easy to get ahold of them to check on the status of my phone— I’m often worried businesses won’t answer the phones because of past experiences, but my calls were answered each and every time. I broke, Aaron fixed!

Between Verizon and these people, be prepared for the run-around; each says the other should handle the problem. And, they decided on their own to cancel my appointment because the day before they told me it could take 4 hours - or longer and I expressed dissatisfaction with Verizons new (at least to me ) policy of making me take a warrantied phone somewhere else for repair.

Fantastic experience here. Called and got a quote for $50 for a cracked lens cover with an estimated hour repair. Ended up being only $30 and thirty minutes. Alex Alonzo was super prompt and professional, and Ill definitely come here again if anything else on my phone breaks.

Im glad I tried them. I brought in my old phone to have its battery replaced. They warned me that once they took it apart they might discover that the power management chip was bad in which case it wouldnt be worth it to replace the battery. Fortunately it was just the battery, and after putting the phone back together they tested it very thoroughly according to Googles requirements. Overall a very positive experience.

Made an appointment online to have the front screen of my Note 10+ repaired. Took them two hours to do the repair and my phone now looks like new. They offer a warranty on their workmanship, but accidental damage by yourself is not covered by said warranty. Overall a very enjoyable experience and i would recommend using their services.

Most honest people! I brought my wifes phone in being sure the screen was cracked. I was ready to drop it off and pay the full repair price when the tech took a look, noticed that there was a screen protector on it and said there was a chance the phone screen was still ok. He removed the protector and said Im good to go for free. Other places would have charged $159 and called me 1 hour later and said it was fixed and I would not have known. Really appreciate such honesty!!!
