I’m so happy I found this shop, the owner is very nice and knowledgeable. He fixed my TV a day early. I’m not sure why but now that I have my tv back there is a hole in the back where the light from the screen shines through... I’m just going to put some tape over it but I’m pretty sure there should be a screw there that was taken out and not replaced during the repair... no biggie. My only issue is that he does not have a price list and wouldn’t give me an estimate until he looked at it. So I ended up dropping of my TV with NO idea how much it would cost to fix, thank God the price he told me was affordable.

After reading positive reviews, I took a chance and took my TV here. When I dropped it off, Gilbert did not have a standard way of processing the item. He simply gave me a scratch sheet of paper and said to write my name, number, TV size, and minor description of my TV. Then when I paid the $25, he did not have enough change so was going to credit me on the paper. Ok, fine. However, he starts writing the credit on another TV. When I tried to correct him hes trying to move the paper from that tv to mine. Again, I corrected him and he finally got it right. First red flag! I dropped it off on a Monday (Thanksgiving week) so I figured it would be a few days before I heard from him. Saturday, I decided to call him and check the status. He told me it was ready and said I could pick it up. When I got there to pick it up. He is very confused. Saying he has not worked on my TV and that I should have called. Ummm... I did. You told me it was ready. I told him I didnt want to leave my TV anymore and that I would go ahead and take it somewhere else. When hes paying me back the $25 he felt the need to say I was getting upset at him and once again says I should have called and gets mad at me for not calling. I reminded him that I did call, but by this time hes just brushing me off and doesnt care to listen to me. I dont know his quality of work, but because his front end services are not up to par he lost business from me. I think its important to know how to talk to your customers and assure that they know their property is in good hands.Note: When I called, I did say my name.
