The one on alameda the customer service is great 👍🏾 the only problem is that them make up prices I get my hair cut at the shop next to it and I sent my daughter inside to see how much was a iPhone 11 phone case and they told her that it is 20.00 and then the next day I went in and told them that I wanted the phone case they said it was 30.00 so they need to put prices on the products

He fixed my phone in under 15 minutes and it looks exactly like new . 10/10 and the prices are affordable as well. Definitely recommended other places was trying to charge 130 just to fix my front screen for an IPhone XR.

Walked in to get my iPhone 11 screen replaced. The cost was about $10 more than other places I found online but it was worth it for me as it was a convenient location and they would get it done in 45 min. Apple store was twice as much. They also added in a screen protector at no charge. The customer service here is fantastic. They are fast and efficient and friendly. I didn’t get the first guys name but he was pretty funny. I would definitely recommend this place.My phone looks new and feels great not cutting my fingers on the shattered screen anymore. I can also see clearly now. Thanks guys!!!

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 that the battery was bad and expanding behind the screen. Very few shops will repair this PC as the display is glued to the frame and must be removed for repairs. I even contacted Microsoft customer service and they dont support it. I called many shops in Houston and only found one other shop that would attempt the repair. However, their quote was high compared to some out-of-town shops that would require mailing. GadgetX was able to complete the repair and for a very competitive price. It looks and works like new! They were professional, and followed safe procedures during this time of social distancing. Based on this experience I highly recommend GadgetX.

This was my first time visiting this business. I came in to get the ghost touches on my phone (LG Stylo4) fixed. They investigated for possible issues and replaced my screen the same day. I only waited 30-40 mins. The shop owner was friendly and funny. The price was within my budget and I got 90 day warranty. So far I havent had any issues with my phone. I would highly recommend this place if you need your electionic devices repaired.
