Got the job done, prefer uBreakiFix over the mall kiosk guys because they use OEM parts rather than the after market cheap parts and still being charged the same price. My go-to when I break my screens/electronics.

They were quick but too quick because now my Samsung s20 has a ribbon sticking out near the buttons, not a deal breaker cause itll be in the case. But pretty disappointing after shoveling out $250+ for something that is a bona fide Samsung service

I went here to get my iPhone XR fixed. It took them only 1 hour to do it !!!! Oh and ask for victor. He will take care of you. He’s a solid dude very respectful and professional. He’s the one that got everything done for me. Helped me out perfectly.

Havent used this one, but I have used others and they are great.

Turned 20 min to 1 and 1/2 hour to run a screen test, not very happy and they did not even tell me what the delay was.

Came in to get my phone fixed, Victor helped me out, he was very helpful and friendly.

Came in at 11 for an iPhone 11 Pro Max repair, Victor had my phone ready for pick up 45 minutes later. Very good service from them 10/10 would recommend

This place was about to steel my money. I needed my phones screen replaced and replacing it should cover by the phones warranty. The people over there were about to charge me to replace the screen phone even though the warranty should cover it. Glad I went to another place because in the other uBreakiFix, they allowed the screen replacement to the phone to be covered by its warranty, and they even fixed a small scratch dent I had on the edge of my phone with no extra charge.

Went there a couple days ago and Was held by a gentleman named Mehdi he was totally professional helped me finish my phone within a reasonable time professional professional work everything right all buttons working again I would definitely go back and definitely share to other people as well thank you for the 10/10 experiece

I was told that the repair would be done in 4 to 6 business days. Its been over 3 weeks there excuse is they are still waiting for the part to arrive.

This “company“ doesn’t inform you with ANY status on the repair unless YOU keep calling them to find out what the issue is and ultimately finding out they have no knowledge or experience on how to fix the problem. This is it not a company that produces positive results, this is a flea market that just set up shop who is trying to make a quick buck.

It litterally took them all day for a quoted 2-3 hour job. The phone was dropped off 45 minutes after opening and after several check up calls we managed to pick it up 30 minutes before closing. However the workmanship does seem solid. Perhaps Assurion warranty claims are thrown on the back burner. Maybe they had several other people in front of us but this was not presented when dropping off the device. If you like good quality albeit very slow work, this is the place. Pick your poison.

The price too high

Technician was not competent. Needed a cracked screen repaired. Was told new screen came in disfunctional. Waited over 6 hours before I was told this. Then when phone was put back together the technician forgot to put in my Sim card so I had to drive back over there for my Sim. Now after making it home realized I can no longer hear from the earpiece and can only use my phone on speaker. Was told theres nothing they can do until the new screen arrives in about another week or so. Very unfair and unprofessional. This place came recommended by Xfinity mobile. I certainly will not recommend this location to anyone.

Went in 20 mins before the stored closed for a several cracked screen and wouldn’t have time the next day but thankfully meddie stayed an extra 10 minutes after to fix the screen for me. I would highly recommend the location for quick fixes.

Great place to do business.

I took my s10 plus with one green line on it. They returned me a s10 plus with fully black LCD. I opened the phone and found out they have swapped my lcd with a broken one.I hope they had been honest when I called them about the issue but they told me something different than what I was looking at inside the phone.

Took a couple hours to repair my phone however, I was satisfied with the outcome.

I am very satisfied with this company not only were they professional but efficient with the repair of my note 8

My wife repaired her cracked screen using the first responder free promotion by Samsung, no issues, it was covered 100 percent. My complaint is that they took all day after the repair was approved by Samsung, dropped it off came back 3 hours later, still not ready, they called and asked for the password to the phone, said will be ready in 30 minutes, we drove over there and still had to wait over an hour. Ive had my screen repaired by other shops and they have never needed my password, I wonder if they just wanted to go through her pictures, videos, etc... The password thing was weird to me.. but we needed the phone fixed.

Brought my iPhone X in 30 minutes before closing. They fixed my screen promptly and everything works perfectly! Will update review if any problems arise, but I’m very satisfied.

Terrible place don’t come here! You’re literally better off buying a new phone!Came in here with an iPhone SE broken LCD screen and for battery replacement. I was hoping I could at least squeeze out another year out of that phone before getting a new one. Turns out I would’ve been better off just keeping the broken glass.The LCD screen I received was of the poorest quality one can imagine, wouldn’t respond to touches and swipes. The low quality battery lasted a whole three months, conveniently enough for the duration of the „guarantee“The battery life soon lasted maybe 2 hours on a full charge and I finally had to get a new phone because the battery started swelling and almost blew up on me!!!Don’t come here! Be warned!

Poor customer service they only will assist you if youre going to pay for something. Samsung sent me to them to get my note 9 updated which was supposed to be free. The guy at break told Mr that I had to pay $40 even though I had a reference # from Samsung and this is not the first time Ive had a problem there.

I call over the phone to see if the problem would be fix went up there and they said they cant help me with it

Got offered a free diagnostic another place told me that I had to fix multiple things but they reassured me that it was only the screen that needed to be replaced

They fixed me up QUICK. They are amazing! I got a little plastic pellet stuck in the headphone jack and I had no idea how to fix it even after trying the suggestions online. These guys fixed it in five minutes. And the employees were actually NICE, unlike most other repair shops Ive been to over the years. Highly recommend!

I dont do reviews but this place merits one. I wish I could give it zero stars.I took my iPhone 6 to get a cracked screen replaced. I had to go back twice for them to get my screen to work properly and get it to look right. The quality of the first screen they installed was terrible. The second one started having problems a couples weeks later. They pride themselves of using Genuine parts but I have found out that only Apple is authorized to use genuine Apple parts.They finally installed a good screen but then damaged my home button. I had to go back two more times to get the home button issue resolved but then they damaged the GPS capability and lost all my contacts, pictures etc on the phone. On top of all this I had to deal with their attitude. Their customer service is pretty bad.I finally decided to take my phone to the Apple store and get it checked. Turns out the GPS was permanently damaged. According the the Apple Tech the phone also had missing screws internally.Ive learned my lesson. For any apple repairs I will be going directly to Apple from now on. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I took my phone in to have the cracked screen replaced. I was told that they would have to run a diagnostic test on the phone once the screen was replaced and it would take 3-4 hours. For what ever reason they couldnt get the diagnostic test run on my phone and refused to give my phone back until it was done. I left the phone overnight with them and the next day they still couldnt get the test ran on the phone I finally told them to put the old cracked screen back on and give me my phone back. The customer service at this company was the worst Ive had. I will never use them again.

I bought an iPhone and it was not what was advertised. It came with serveral issues. I stopped in and mike was able to get the phone working properly and in less than an hour while I waited in store. Not only was he able to identify the issues, he was able to explain exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fix. Great customer service. Both services came with a 90 day warranty. You could find cheap fixes but you can’t beat the quality here

My laptop has been with these people they said it would be ready by this past Saturday only for me to call & them give me the same excuse about shipping yet no one called me to say anything this whole 3 weeks it’s been there I have been the 1 reaching out to them about any delays etc I will not use this store very unprofessional

Clean and professional shop. Employee was professionally dressed. He acted professionally and was very nice. He said it would be ready in two hours but had it ready in half the time. I hope I never need to come back but this is where I will come if I do.

They are good at what they do

Customer service is good, BUT...I had my screen repaired there yesterday and since then I keep getting No wireless connection and when I try to make calls it says emergency calls only. I really need my phone for my job. And this is very bothersome. This issue did not start till after the repair, I believe my antenna was damaged I wish someone would own up to it and fix it.UPDATE: I took phone back twice and they did fix it. Updating to 3 stars

They replaced the cracked screen on my phone,and now the camera does not work,the speaker sounds horrible, I called asurion and was told to bring it back for them to fix it but this place refuse to do it and said there is nothing they can do about it.

Very helpful thought I was gonna need a new charging port but tech saved me money turned out it was just dirty and they cleaned it at no charge very helpful forsure will be doing business with them again

Liked the work done to my phones broken screen, everything was in working order, only thing lacking is communication from management to employees & employee to customer, I had to drive back and forth to location when they failed to call in the time frame they gave me.

Ive used them a few times at different locations. The last time was to remedy a fix that didnt takeThe glue that apparently comes preafixed didnt stick after a couple of weeks and it fell apart. At first the tech wanted me to pay for the repair again. He did relent and said he would cover it this time . Sure hope the glue sticks this time. I wont be back.

Took my iphone 7 plus to get the water out. And they told me they need to replace the screen which i didnt see why if they screen wasnt cracked. A week later my phone cracked. Quality sucks!
