Very good service! I came in the morning, 10 minutes before the opening and the stuff was already there. My phone was liquid damaged and they fixed it in the same day that I brought my phone. I was impressed how fast it was diagnosed and repaired. Also the price is affordable.

I have a iPhone6 plus and called around different places in town to fix my broken screen. DrCellPhone was close to my place of work and the time it took to fix it was during my lunch hour. I have dropped my iPhone 5 probably a hundred times, and this last time, the screen finally shattered, to the point that it was nearly impossible to read anything (including the time). I debated about trying to use it as-is until Im eligible for an upgrade (only a month or two), but after my first few glass splinters, I decided that I would be better off just having the screen replaced. The people at Dr. Cell Phone are super friendly, and they quoted $114+tax to replace the screen. Based on other quotes I received, as well as the price I found to purchase the parts to replace the screen myself, this is a very reasonable price.Hopefully I wont need to use Dr. Cell Phones services again for a while, but I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their cell phone screen replaced!

I never buy insurance on my phones and when my screen cracked and the Sprint store told me they would not even be able to recover my contacts or information onto a new phone, I was very concerned. I came to Dr. Cell Phone and they fixed it right up in about an hour and a half! For the LG G2, it cost $125, which is more expensive than other phones. I will probably not buy another LG in the future since they are more expensive to service.

Dr. Cell Phone replaced my broken Samsung S5 screen and fixed the middle chassis and damaged bottom port cover at the same time. Very quick service and fair price compared to alternate repair shops. Dropped my phone yesterday and shattered the glass. Walked into Dr. Cellphone at noon and just picked it up 5 hours later after work. The work is as good as can be expected given the frame bent slightly. But the work is good and price is fair. Would recommend.

Got my battery replaced here since I only had 2 months till my next upgrade. Im pretty sure they used an extremely sub-par quality battery or a used battery. Who knows! Battery life extremely short and overheats in my pocket for no reason. On a good day Ill get 2 hours, worse then before. If you are planning on keeping your phone for a long time I would not recommend.

I had a shattered screen on a Galaxy S 3. Their replacement left the phone as good as new.The serice was courteous and fast: I brought it in on a Friday at noon, had it in my hand on Monday at the same time.

I cracked my iPhone screen earlier today, took it to Dr Cell Phone, and had it back within half an hour. The two guys that were in the store were very friendly, and the prices on phone accessories are very good. Hopefully I dont crack my screen again, but if I do, I know where to go.

Got my nexus 5 shattered glass replaced and OS recovered.My OS crashed after an android L update and it got coupled with an accidental fall of my phone shattering the glass. I tried to fix the OS myself, but it appeared to be a lot of work. So, I went to Dr Cell Phone and they have fixed both of them in less than 2 hours. Though they initially quoted around 230$ to which I agreed, they charged me around 160$ after the repair making me very happy. :)

This store gives a $20 discount for rating the store upon purchase, so thats probably a large reason why there are so many reviews are 5 star reiews.I took my iPhone6 in to be fixed--I had cracked the screen. Once I got home, I noticed that the screen seemed bigger than usual. My roommate and friend agreed that the screen was abnormally large. Surprise, the phone cracked again that night, I believe due to the larger screen. I took the phone to be fixed the next day, as I had a warranty. Surprise, I had to pay another $110 to fix my phone, despite the fact that the break was largely, if not entirely, their fault.When I received my phone, I noticed that the mute button was in a fixed position--it was unable to move. I took it back yet again to get fixed. This time, they loosened it too much to the point where the functionality is very minimal--I have to try especially hard to mute or unmute my phone, an issue not present before I took my phone there.The staff is nice, and the owner seemed genuine when I was forced to return my fourth time, but I cannot it good conscience give them anything above 3 stars.

TL;DR: My phone is working again (maybe?) after 3 weeks of dealing with poor customer service. I have 0 confidence in this shop. Cant speak as to screen repair but dont trust them for solder work.Brought my Nexus 5 in after the power button began to fail (persistent/random reboot). They originally quoted me 3-5 business days because they didnt have the button in stock. I called back the next day to see if there was a more accurate time estimate and they said repairs were complete (and didnt call?). I went down and asked how they managed to do the repair if they didnt have the part in stock. The customer service rep said the tech must have found a button lying around and used that cause this phone works. Charged me for the button replacement. A WEEK LATER the button begins to fail again. Lo and behold some research uncovers that if you open the phone up and toggle the button from the inside it will TEMPORARILY fix the problem. I called and gave them hell about it and the same CSR insisted the tech had replaced the button because it was in the computer. This was the same log I saw him update as I asked about the miraculous turnaround time. CSR says I can bring it back for free because its within 90 days. The real question is how can I trust that theyll actually replace the button this time?--- TWO WEEKS LATER... ---I finally have my cell phone back. Even with an angry customer they would not rush a parts order and the button took a full week to come in. Then the repair took them another 3 days to complete. At least thats what I assume it took because they never called me to say it was ready. Every time I needed an update on my phone I had to call to ask.
