I luv.... love this place!!! Okay, so the mall was closing and I seen that they fixed phones so I stopped by to ask how much to fix my screen and they gave me their immediate attention. Like I said the mall was closed! They offered to fix my phone in under 10 minutes, that’s unheard of. They did just that and I left the mall with a Big smile in my face! I’m a very satisfied customer. These guys are professionals in every way.

The sales associate Ally was very resourceful and she went over and Beyond to give me the specific Hardware item needed to protect my phone case. I give these people 5-star because they didnt make me wait long.

I was told by Apple that they could replace my phone for $323 because there was a very small chance that they could repair the auxiliary cable that was stuck in the headphone port. I took my phone to The Fix and they fixed it in 30 min for a very inexpensive price. I can’t forget to mention the excellent customer service I received as well. Thank you so much! I’m now back to listening to my favorite tunes.

I went it on Saturday (January 5) to get my phone screen fixed and a tempered glass screen protector with it for about $250. Picked up my phone, screen was fine again. However, when I left the mall and started to actually use my phone, it seemed to be uncalibrated and the keyboard was lagging. This didn’t bother me too much, because a few days later it fixed itself. BUT, today, I dropped my phone about a foot from the ground onto my hardwood floor and my screen cracked and there’s a crack over my front camera! The “screen protector” didn’t even crack, my phone screen itself cracked! I can’t even go back and do anything about I because I’m from out of town. I feel like they did not fix my screen properly and that’s why my screen cracked again shortly after. The screen also had 0 purpose considering the fact that it didn’t prevent my screen from cracking again. Extremely disappointed in the poor “repair” job I received. Just go to the Apple Store down the hall.***Upon reading another review, it seems like this has also happened to another person as well

Employee attempted to shove me for having a different opinion. When trying to negotiate my age (20) was brought up when trying to talk. The exact words were “why are you talking? How old are you?”. The situation was broken property which was a temper glass that was asked to be removed and was instead broken. This kiosk did not want to meet halfway at all and maybe if they did I would’ve paid the $280 price they had given me to fix the phone. Due to bad service I recommend not shopping here but if you absolutely have to they will have no problem taking your money for minimum service.They contacted mall security which in the end is now a charge against them for touching me. Terrible service, definitely care more about the sale rather than the customer. Penny Pincher type manager.

I have gone here twice and they are life savers!! Today my husband ran over my phone in the driveway, needless to say it was in bad shape.. I didn’t think I was going to be able to salvage my data on my phone because the screen was so screwed up. We took it here and they remembered my husband and I.. they had my screen and phone fixed and working in a matter of 15 mins!! They did such a fantastic job! Don’t ever go to AT&T, come here first.. when we tried AT&T first and they were quoting me $200+ minimum in order to fix my screen then would probably have to get a new phone.
